Hi
I ordered EETV full package, in the advert it said you get a free tablet worth £100.00 if you sign up before April the 7th,and you can pay a one off line rental payment to save money, its all rubbish, they then tell you the tables is only if available,so I cancelled, as people have said, customer service leaves a lot to be desired, do not sign up with them

We've been with EE for years now. On the old ADSL connection since Fibre broadband wasn't available in our area until about 2 weeks ago. When it got upgraded we decided to upgrade to it and they said it would take about 3 days for it to come and its now been a week and nothing off EE. It even says on the website if there are any delays we will contact you. I'm fed up with this how can a company this big get away with just literally not bringing you the stuff you order?! Its stupid. -

Absolutely shocking customer service. Avoid at all costs!!! The free Norton virus software that you get with the broadband is a con. If you have the latest software on your Mac then the Norton is not compatible!! I have been on the phone to them for 45 minutes, passed between about 5 people all of which couldn't be bothered dealing with my complaint and so passed me to some other person to deal with. I hae been on hold for about 15 minutes and then told to call them back in about 30 mins as the systems are 'slow'. One bloke was very rude and refused to give me his name and job title, so he passed me on to someone else. Avoid!!!!!! -

I am so disappointed with the ee home broadband. It was in the very lower speed last year and keeping that way
longtime, after I contacted them (I paid about £15 for the call),they
sorted the problem, but now the same
problem come back again... -

Received the new router 30/1/15, but even though have been with them since free serve days only now is my postcode a problem! Supposed to be done feb - nothing. Then supposed to be done yesterday oops you've guessed it my details are lost really how can that happen. They are totally inefficient and it appears stupid to boot -

Worst customer service ever, never been so frustrated about EE. Starting on 22/3/2015, frequent disconnect on network and called customer service. After all the rubbish standard of procedure of checking and testing line, which cost 40 minutes EVERYTIME, and you require an engineer to visit, but customer service you called are not able to direct them because they are outsourced. Ok, they will call us back tomorrow.
One day later, they called, test connection again, they said ok to schedule a engineer but need to call us back to confirm. I was at work and wont be able to spend 45minutes on hold. I missed one call, and I call them again, they need to start everything from 0, from tier 1 customer service test connection and said give me a call later.
Missing 1 call and you bounce back to zero? I have wasted 3 hours talking to robots from sunday, till now I still have not yet been able to schedule an engineer to look at it. I have changed a 50 pound router, new filter, new cables just to ensure it is beyond our control.
Worst customer service ever. How can this company still exist in this generation... -

How do i describe my experience with EE. Here's and example, it took me ten minutes to get to the point of writing this review. loading this webpage with my internet speed was outraging. We will contact EE and they will make in just bearable for a few days, but then after those few days of barely average internet have passed it goes back to its frustrating slow self. I am completely sick of this. -

Just changed my home broadband and calls to EE from sky because I am fed up with sky's constant increase in prices despite being a light broadband user. No options to pay landline annually to bring the price down either. With EE they offered a light user deal and upfront landline deal equivalent to £11 a month!!..I am sooooo glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews...the swop over has been a breeze. I have had nothing to do except place my order. I have been informed of my order by email/text every step of the way. Customer service very helpful and polite. I was given my connection date for 23rd March and up and running perfectly. Set up easy. Saving £13 a month/£156 year 'every little helps' Thank you EE excellent service. -

I was offered the home broadband and tv package switching from Sky to EE. Well the activation date was supposed to be 1 week ago. All they managed to do was switch off my previous broadband and phone line and tell me my order had been cancelled with no explanation. I then get a new activation date for 2 weeks later and they then contact me one week later telling me that the order was unsuccesful. Have spoken to at least 10 people trying to sort it out but its not worth the hassle I have given up, cancelled the order and will now be getting BT. -

I would not recommend EE to anyone. I have had a year of trying to resolve issues with my mobile phone, temperamental signal, a complete error with the Broadband and Landline phone and the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I could say more but I'm fed up with it all and wish I had never changed to EE. -

There wasn't an option for zero stars!
The worse ISP since the internet was invented.
What a nightmare I have had with EE broadband.
Connected in September 2014, took 2 weeks to get started, thats right so there is no such thing as "seamless transfer" when I did starting off with very slow speed.
2 months later phone line and broadband go dead, took EE 2 weeks to send a BT engineer, Since then all I have had is really really slow speeds. With the pervious suppler I was getting 15mbps. After 4 BT engineers and 1 "cube engineer" (a EE engineer that only checks ur set up) they still didn't get the issue resolved. Finally after 7 months they have agreed to wavier the early termination charge. I stupidly paid my line rental upfront so I lose that. whats thieves this company is, AVOID AVOID even if they give it for free.
There is many more unhappy customer on their EE Community. I wish I did my research beforehand. -

Absolutely horible broadband provider, I have fibre and I suppose to get 35+ MBs but they cut the speed at peak times down to 6-7 MBS which is useless. I have complained to them so many times that I'm now fed up, they say it's a normal practice which it's written in their terms and conditions. I'm just waiting the contract to come to an end and move back to BT. My honest advice for anyone looking for broadband is to avoid EE, expensive and rubbish! -

If I could use NEGATIVE star rating, I would. The customer service is truly shockingly bad. Having applied for BB and phone services in Dec 14, to go live 3 weeks later, EE failed to provide ANY broadband service at all. Over the subsequent 6 weeks, 3 further dates were given to me for the BB to go live, all of which failed. Complaints went unheeded, I lost count of the times I was promised a call - back or email, which never materialised. I was offered, but never got, compensation of a "month's free broadband" - that would be a month's exemption for the charge for the service which I never actually got... In despair, I applied to BT, who provided the service exactly as promised, on time and with no hassle, only to find that EE was still billing me for the non - existent service.
On trying to follow up on my final (fifth) complaint call, for which I had a reference no, I was informed that the complaint was "...handled internally, the resolution decided, the case closed and that the complainant customer was never contacted further in regard to the complaint anyway ...".
I am in the process of escalating this complaint and the complete failure to provide the service to far higher levels, having gone from irritation and frustration, to near incandescent nuclear rage at this appalling company.
If you really wish to punish yourself by aligning with EE, beware that the "come hither" offers may not be available in rural areas, such that BB is capped quite low, commencement fees are applied, and the monthly charge is FAR higher that the headline deal. -

Disgraceful, incompetent completely unsympathetic and unreliable customer service! Worst customer service in my experience of 25 years! Would never go with them again. Customer care definitely not one of their concerns. You are treated as a number, not a customer. -

I was told in the shop that it would no disruption to my broadband changing suppliers. My old broadband was switched off at 2am. Email from EE to say connect my router. Still can't connect. Spent hours trying with no success. Boyfriend who is Techical whizz router is rubbish. Very frustrating and regret listening or believing the salemans patter that it would be plug and go. Not worth the stress!!!

I've been on the phone to EE for 1 hour and 33 minutes so far. I'm currently on hold so thought I'd multitask and write a review at the same time. I transferred my phone line and broadband from Tesco to EE on 3rd Feb and have never had an incoming phone line since then. Internet has also been extremely slow. This is my 5th phone call to them and today I told them I want to cancel.
I've been told I can't cancel without paying a termination charge! This is despite the fact I've been paying line rental for two months without a phone line. I'm currently on hold with the technical team as I have no alternative.
I have never experienced customer service which is so bad! Please don't put yourself through hell and stay away from EE!
