Avoid at all costs! House move, informed a week prior, told new speed at new address(fibre) 38mb....only to be told 3 weeks later fibre not available.. Even though it is...bt engineer advised fttc at ourcabinet and available via bt when entering land line and address? So Ee now wanna charge £250 cancellation even though they cant provide the service.....bring it on ee...you will not see another penny from me for any service ee provide ever... And best if luck getting any fees out of me.... One brand i will avoid from now on! -

Hopeless customer support. On hold to them for 26 minutes and gave up. Broadband speed is poor but not their fault. -

Appalling speeds. Trying to watch videos is a nightmare. Used to be with BT with no problems, apart from price. Spoken to EE cannot offer anything! -

Having used (or tried!)to use the ee broadband service for 12 months we are about to give up. Customer service is so poor and blatant lies they tell you, we were told we had to have a new order after THEY disconnected our service in error only to find out 7days later the order had not been placed, they promise to ring you and never did. I have spent a total of 8hours plus trying to get to the source of the problem without success. Must be bt showing their influence. Never again will we touch ee. Broadband and 5 mobiles about to be moved. -

I recently went in to transfer my contract that had finished to a sim only card. What should have been a relatively simplet transaction left me without a phone for 4 days. I spoke with 10 different people to try and get the matter resolved and had to visit the shop 3 times. Stay away from this company they have no idea what they are doing, they have no customer service the overall dealings was a horrific mess. -

A completely useless customer service set up. Liars and cheats.
Supposed to buyout previous bb contract but wriggle and duck and dive. Passed from pillar to post. They churn YOUR cash and are basically money launderers. Fraudsters. -

Worst customer I have ever received. Normally can't be bothered with reviews but feel I need to fowarn people to avoid ee altogether. Left sky as price increases and went to ee
As 1640 for broadband for and line was as good as it gets. Existing customer with mobile. I went with them as long as I could keep my long standing number. Get to the point of relentless emails to contact them because of a technical issue. Called them resolved that as inconvenience manager persuaded me to enter the contract and a free months fee would be waived. I agreed. Day came of takeover I rung house phone to have deadline tone. Called to complain said can't do anything until 24 hours after activation. frustrated but accepted it. Called as instructed said they can't do anything until Monday as openreach are closed until Monday but assured me he will call me Tuesday. Tuesday came and no call so called up and was on one call for 84 mins record I think for any company. Promised to cancel and waive charges and then passed me to someone to do this. She said she would do this then said if I stay another months free will apply. How bloody bold. I said no And to go ahead with the cancellation. Then a silence for about 2 mins and line went dead. No call back no nothing. So called again to be told can't see cancellation as systems down. How convenient but took her name and promised me call back. Again no call back so called again. Lad answers no notes to say waive cancellation charges I said I have the managers name well it doesn't matter it would be 111 quid. I shouted first time I said for fuck sake. To be told he will disconnect if I swore again. I then shouted you can't be serious put me through to a manager. I cant he is on lunch well go get him, no I am not disturbing him. Line goes dead another 9 mins of my life. Did another call a lady who again gave me speel said she needs to check system and put me on hold I said why do I need to go on hold for you check notes and regardless placed me on hold. 5 mins and came back to say they will waive the fees and everything will be cancelled down immediately. To hear that was brilliant so I said yes yes yes. Then realised had no service due to their enept staff and bad service. What about compensation well they waived the fees. Oh well I should be happy then. Do yourself a favour if it's not broken don't fix it. Saving a few isn't worth it. Worst company ever and when mobile is up sacking them all off. -

Our EE broadband ranges from adequate to incredibly slow. Customer service is poor. When I reported slow speeds they ran a test between midnight and 10am and informed me the speed was good. -

Awful service - slow speed.
Tried repeatedly to improve speed but asian call centre would follow script and when it didn't work would hang up . This occurred 3 times. gritted teeth and endured till the one year contract ended then the day after I left , I received 3 calls asking me to stay with promises to fix issues. the last caller got angry with me when I refused to stay and got very rude. Avoid this service. -

I have had EE fibre plus for about a year now and recently upgraded to EE TV. Really Pleased with broadband the service, it is very stable and extremely quick with a downspeed of 79-78 mb/s and uplink of 20 mb/s and the Bright Box 2's wifi range is far better than our old virgin router. Everything was connected on time and landline number ported from Virgin successfully. Recently took the TV service as it was the same price a month with it. Saved me a packet as pay now TV £6.99 a month instead of sky £30 a month for the shows I watch! the recording facility is good and being able to watch and record 4 shows at the same time is a big benefit.
We had one issue so far where the house phones dial tone disappeared. Called EE at about 7 in the evening and yes it was an offshore call centre but the gent was knowledgeable so I didn't really care. After some testing he confirmed there is a fault with my BT line and BT Openreach needed to attend to fix this. I was told there is a 72 hour SLA to get this resolved from EE notifying BT. The next morning at around 9 the engineer from BT knocked on the door and asked me to give the landline a test. All was well again, superb service from EE and the BT Openreach. I hope it stays the same when BT take over EE, I would highly recommend this service. -

EE offer a terrible customer service. I have been having intermittent issues with my broadband speed for weeks, have spent hours on the phone asking them to fix it, and every time get passed over to someone who makes a small change, does nothing to help, then puts me around the same cycle again. It'll work for a little while ... then break again.
When I told them I wanted to leave as I was not getting a good service I was told that I would have to pay a £70 fee to leave my contract early, despite my intent to leave being because of their terrible service. Not at all impressed and would never buy from them again. -

We are very pleased with the speed and reliability of our broadband connections
We shall renew later in the year with EE - a good service in our area at a very favourable price - still £11.00 a month for line rental - that's just brilliant! -
