Not had any issues whatsoever so am completely satisfied with EE.

Reliable service in terms of broadband. Price is reasonable for what you get. Website is fairly easy to use, understand and navigate. Customer service could do with a lot of improving. Takes a long time to get anything resolved. Wait times to speak to an agent are unacceptable. It's frustrating having to explain the reason for calling multiple times to different people.

Absolutely shocked. The worst customer service I've ever come across. Been trying almost 4 weeks to sort a problem with them overcharging my parents for a broadband /call package since transferring from BT. Failure to call back, multiple times, putting me on hold for long periods. Finally they basically said they release from the contract, you have to leave. My parents were with BT for 60 years at that address and it comes to this. No offer of compensation or even apology.
To top it off, the router failed a week ago, leaving vulnerable older people with no landline or wifi. Hopefully new one comes tomorrow. The cause? A router batch with known faults, but not recalled. They didn't even send the engineer with a router - he's only allowed 2 per week.
A good shout though, a customer service person called Elijah was very helpful and tried to sort things, and the engineer who came out was very kind and helpful, just not allowed to carry the equipment he needs.

The speed is very bad, quite often TV loses signal as does the main pc, bluetooth bad throughout the house!

Constanlty dropping out after midday on laptop and tv, it must be due to external forces as nothing changes on my property. Are they trying to force to upgrade?

Customer service is usually very good. Any problems get sorted out quickly. Had no major issues with them at all. Reliability is also good.

I was moved to them from BT. Nothing much has changed but I have faster broadband for gaming now. Doesn't seem to make any difference on my laptop.

Not the cheapest but made up for giving me an excellent (separate) deal on my mobile AND a UK call centre.

Just like all the rest, out to tie you into a contract and they have no responsibility as to how your internet performs

Didn't hear great reviews about it but still decided to give it a go. It proved me wrong because it's all good, no problems!

EE are friendly on the rare occasions I have needed to phone them over the years and have always made me feel appreciated as a customer

I think that the price is too high

Broadband packages usually work well.

EE are easy to deal with, I always use the local store for take up or upgrade services

The reason for reviewing my provider is because they are trustworthy , they do the right thing, they are friendly, if there's any little problem they attend to me

I like my provider, and the network is good.

Reliable and matches the speed advertised. Customer service isn't the best though.

I think the network is stable.

They are doing well but there is room for improvement.

The speed is good and there is very rarely an issue with it stopping working.
