Never had any issues with customer service - had a engineer come out within 3 days of the arrival of the box and it didn't work due to past tenant cutting a cable they weren't meant to. The speed was always good, it would drop out every now and again (like every broadband provider I've ever had) but it's easily fixed by a turning it on and off again.

After experiencing poor service and deciding to cancel, I became aware they had incorrectly charged my account and promised a refund, but they have refused to issue it. Their customer service has been incredibly unhelpful! It’s frustrating to deal with a company that won't honor their commitments. Avoid at all costs if you value transparency and decent customer care!

Absolutely atrocious, I’m a few days of being free of them. Customer service ???????? what customer service?? The last 5 months I’ve had nothing but trouble, three engineer visits after being on the phone for ages (no live chat on broadband)…… low speeds , dropouts and days without any broadband was the norm with this company. Every time I did get through I was told that my line is ok but honestly it truly wasn’t…..or did they think I enjoyed waiting on the phone at random times of the day?? Or even worse and that I was lying?? Even sending emails was ignored and in some cases didn’t even reply….ill be so pleased when my contract expires as I’ll never going to look back at this shambles of a company.

The WORST broadband provider I have ever used. Assured me they would be able to provide broadband in a property they were unable to do so in, and told me that taking out a different contract with them would fix the problem. This took multiple phone calls and hours of time, when I had already waited weeks for an engineer visit only to be told it couldn't be done. It wasn't until I spoke to an engineer at Sky that I was told nothing they had told me was true and that they would not be able to provide service. I had all contracts terminated. A few weeks after, they automatically billed me and it came to light they had not cancelled the contract. I contacted them to discuss. Now once again, weeks later, I have discovered they have still linked a subscription to my bank account that I am unable to cancel from my end and are still attempting to charge me monthly bills! I have had to list a dispute via my bank to block them from taking money out of my account for a service that was cancelled and that they are not providing.

My connection lasted all of 6 months before the first issue lost connection for a week forward 5 months of continuous dropout and the latest issue is no internet for 22 days and counting
I’ve had openreach to the house 28/8/24 said they’d fixed it two hours later back to square one. Cue lots of fruitless calls to now to speak to staff reading from a script to be told I need to wait for 24, 48, 72 hours or whatever figure they chose whilst openreach fixed the problem at the exchange, wait for a part, connector, wire or again whatever excuse seemed plausible
Currently waiting for openreach to come to house again 16/8/24 to “fix” the problem. Throughout this Now (should be called Sometime Later) didn’t update call back or inform. It’s become routine I get in from work and spend 25 minutes on the phone to find out what is happening. ( not a lot generally ) despite having made it clear I want to complain they have done nothing about it and have failed to follow in my case their own complaint procedures. However having written to the compliance officer I am still awaiting acknowledgment or response a week later. I’d bet on having broadband from Now sooner than a response about my complaint. All I can do is dispute the payments to Now with my bank and leave to another provider wait another 6 weeks and complain to ombudsman

I don't write too many reviews, but if this review stops anyone from signing up it'll be worthwhile. Please don't sign up with this awful company.
My customer service experience was so bad I cancelled my account straight away.
I had been in touch with the Now customer service department via email with regard to closing my account as I am leaving the country. There's no way to cancel your account online or via the app, as they want to force you to speak to their retentions team in the hope they can strongarm you into staying.
Once you put cancellation into their chat bot, it just drops out too. Awful.
I finally found the time to call the retentions team, and coincidentally on the same day my internet had stopped working. The retentions team were able to cancel my service quite efficiently, but during the call the person I was speaking to was sarcastic and subtly rude. He was obviously just reading from a script, and asked me if I wanted to setup a new password despite obviously cancelling my service. Not interested in who you are at all and just working through a checklist. So impersonal, but this was actually the good bit!
For the loss of internet I was put through to the technical team. They could not resolve the fault over the phone, so offered an engineer despite nothing having changed at my address. I agreed to having an engineer come round the following day, and on the dot off 8pm the phone cut off. Their customer service, as it is, is only available between 8am and 8pm. Despite this, no one called me back.
So, I called back the following morning only to find out that no engineer had been arranged. The person I had spoken to the night before wrote on their system that they had tried to call me back which was an absolute lie! So, I continued my conversation with this new agent, and she worked through her script stating that she could only get an engineer to me the following day despite being before 9am. There was no flexibility, and she was not willing to try and help in any other way. She would not call Open Reach to see if they could help. She wouldn't put me through to a supervisor or manager and stuck strictly to her script without budging. No effort at understanding or any personality, or personal touches. Every interaction was like talking to a very unhelpful robot. This call was also cut off, and there was no attempt to call me back again.
I was forced to call back again, and spoke to another robot, this time deciding to cancel my service. Cancelling the service was thankfully very easy.
Simply awful experience, and I would strongly suggest that anyone thinking of signing up looks elsewhere. Please save yourself from this company at all costs!

The router they send is awful. It cannot reach two rooms down a hallway on the same floor. Can only just reach it to the other side of our 2 bedroom flat... Which is insane cost-cutting. Customer service is alright - won't be upset with it, I don't think. Speed is standard - we only went for a cheap package to get 30-40mbps and it's good enough for us. Haven't noticed any issues despite crummy WiFi range and signal due to WAP inside the router. Internet hasn't gone down though! So all around okay choice

Signed up with Now Broadband because they had the least expensive service that would retain my phone number (other cheaper deals with internet phone would not retain number).
Everything seemed OK until I got an email from a hospital saying that they couldn't get through to my phone. Phone seemed OK in that it had a dial tone. Called my number from another phone and just got a humming noise.
Called Now to report the fault. They said they'd secretly changed my number without telling me and against my wishes!
The nightmare is still going on over a month later and still not resolved. Currently got TalkTalk trying to sort it out and get compensation from Now.
Appalling company. Don't use Now!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Worst brandband providers ever. I live in a 2 bedroom house and only ever got signal in one room. Dont bother ringing customer service for help as they don't employ anyone who can speak English. Also have taken unauthorised payments from my account on more than one occasion. Prices going up again but the service stays as terrible as ever. Now are trying to charge me a leaving fee aswell as doubling my last bill. Please steer clear.

Awful!I moved in on 17th of March and they charged me from 17th of March but I couldn't use any service until 28th of March due to technical issue. The internet was unstable sometimes but I rarely used internet at home so didn't mind.
After a year of using them, I wasn't really bothered to switch so was thinking of keeping them. That was a huge mistake. I moved house on 7th of June. They charged me from 7th and I can't use any service. I called them so many time they couldn't solve the problem after 5 days so I decided to cancelled them and switched to another company. the customer service was terrible when they knew that I was leaving them. worst experience I have ever had.

WiFi is absolutely shocking, every time someone came in my front door it was disconnect from my computer while working, the customer service is shocking too, asked them to get a manager to call me back still haven’t been able to speak to one, this was 3 weeks ago. I’ve had the WiFi for over a year and had 6 engineers out who couldn’t fix the problem. I moved house and took the WiFi to see if it was due to the location I was in, so thought I’d give it another try in my new flat, I’ve come back from work today to find is has completely disconnected. My bill was usually £20 a month, due to it not working in April they said I wouldn’t have to pay, then I find they take £35 off me in may instead. Lady in customer services kept telling me to stop talking and to listen to her when I’d already listened to what she had to say 3 times repeatedly.

5 times higher latency then my previous Vodafone broadband. I used to be able to interact with certain cloud applications with a 10 millisecond delay which was great for working remotely and gaming but unfortunatley with now broadband it has gone up to 50 milliseconds which is pretty much equivalent to mobile data latency. Also 50mbps sound great but not when its 3mbps to upload files.

Simply the worst, the call centre tried to get me to change my phone settings to add my card details, then said to order online and cancel my line, and there I waited for two weeks with nothing. I called after 10 days because there was no router, only to discover issues with my order. Luckily, I called Sky, and they were able to cancel my cancellation. After three calls and many wasted hours, I lost £10, and the complaint put in had no outcome. Called back in only to get the most useless call center in he entire world, sending me around. Either there is a ghost number scamming people, or Now Broadband is simply not set up to deal with simple broadband - don't get fooled by the price. You will be spending hours trying to get it set up right - frankly, I've lost days of earnings plus £10. Don't use them.

I have had Now Broadband for a 24 month contract. I was paying £23.50. When my contract was coming to an end this month they emailed saying what my options were. One was do nothing and no cost sgainst it but I assumed inflationary increase. Boy was I wrong. My DD went out yesterday and they had the cheek to double it without even notifying me! £46 for mediocre broadband connection.
I tried to log into my account but it kept showing an error- a logging in error on laptop and a sorry you can’t view or amend your package right now error on my mobile! Suspicious!
I complained and they admitted the email I received was ‘confusing’ and they have put measures in place to address the wording for future customers - lucky them! No reimbursement for me! I have cancelled and switched of course!
I had to buy two extenders for the house as their signal is poor so not value for money even at the £23.

Just as with others on here, these jokers sent an email in October 2023 saying that I should do nothing if I want to stay on the same price I’m on. Of course, I did nothing and looking at my bank statement 6 months later, I noticed they have been charging me an extra £23 per month for nothing.
When I contacted them regarding this, the rather arrogant and rude advisor told me that the best they can do is add a £30 credit to my account on the condition I took out a 12 month contract!
Haha! Honestly they think we’re absolutely stupid. Avoid them like the plague. As I got nowhere I submitted 6 months worth of chargebacks to my card provider to dispute it. I was only looking for the additional money which had been stolen from me to come back, but the bank has fully refunded all 6 months in full. Stick that in your garbage Now shoddy broadband pipe and smoke it.
Honestly, stay away from this bunch of misleading crooks, they won’t help you and will do all they can to take your money and run.
Anyone else in this situation I suggest you submit those charge backs ASAP

Again like other reviews they sent an email saying "do nothing and continue with your existing membership for £23.50 per month" and then charge me £46.50. No where in that eamil does it state that they will charge my account £46.50 per month. They hide behind wording at the end of the email that say "Dont forget your NOW broadband and calls options are available until 15/3/2024. However it is also possible to contact us after this date" - how is that justification of £46.50? Steer clear of this company - they customer services team leader in India said "what do you want me to do about it" - when i explained send clear emails with clear charges to customers he didn't get it - he just said "what do you want me to do about it" NOW are a rubbish company that dont communicate clearly. The initial customer service representative I got through to kept saying he could not hear me when i asked for the explanation - strange that he could hear perfectly when he was trying to lock me in for a further 12 - 24 months!!! AVOID AVOID - they will steal your money and not communicate clearly - don't suffer the frustration as a customer like I have

Tried to set up now broadband as the cheapest, website makes you put in bank details and doesn't leave you able to request a set up date, but to set a date for engineer to visit, which now realise is the date, but you can't change the date, request set up date everything leads to calling customer service which is abroad hard to understand, where they keep you waiting while they ask colleagues, update your account, then can't do this simple request think this is a scam to keep people on phone for long time and then results in telling you to call back in a day or two, ended up just requesting cancellation and asked for email to confirm cancelled, didnt get anything, only a customer survey which I completed. I am a rational person and wanted cheaper broadband but now reading other reviews realise that any problem would result in calling the helpline and really shoddy rude 'service' and I hadn't even got to starting with them, however doing this enabled me to get a better deal from my current provider as they had gone to the step of requesting having the same number from my provider.....DONT DO IT!

At last with Plusnet. Funny that Now said the upload speed was excellent, it must be me… there is nothing they can do… I was instructed to raise the router/ take it away from the radiator/ get nearer to it.. etc etc . For 4 months I have paid for a service that did not work although Now couldn’t do anything. They closed the line so it’s taken a while to change to Plusnet but it is lightening quick. Amazing instant change!!!

I had a contract for phone and broadband that was billed at £23.50 per month.
I received an email reminder on the 2nd February 2024 that my contract was about to end saying it will continue at 23.50 per month if i do nothing:
"Do nothing and continue with your existing membership for £23.50 a month".

Signed up for broadband in 2022 as it was a good offer online. This offer wasnt available in the end as id had to call them to confirm it and the agent put the offer through. I therefore asked them to cancel it within the cancellation which they failed to do. They sent the equipment out anyway but this wasnt received due to my household having COVID. I expected they had cancelled after my last correspondance but they didnt and I only realised when they sent me an email informing of price increases (feb 2024). Once again i have asked them to cancel and this time they have acted appropriately or at least say they have, but they are refusing to refund the money for the sercive they havent provided. They have offered a "gesture of good will" which is no where near the amount they have stolen from my account. The email received from the 'manager' was simply incoherent babbling with no meaning, substance or resolution. I will be taking this issue further and luckily the account they had is linked to my credit card and so i will raise a charge back and see if i can get the money back that way. If I could give ZERO I would.
I had my internet from NOW installed beginning of January. From the day after the engineer arrived internet didn't work. I reported the fault 9th March on moving into the property. NOW confirmed they will send an engineer round . I received a text message the beginning of the week confirming the engineer will come round and replied yes to being at home that day. The morning of the visit came, I receive another text message confirming the engineer will be round between 1-6pm and that if no one is in you may be charged £25. I stayed at home the afternoon waiting for the engineer to come, only for 5.30pm to roll around with no engineer in sight. I call customer service to find out no one was ever going to come because it is an external issue. I asked to be cancel my membership and be reimbursed for the loss of service I incurred. This still hasn't happened. Multiple phone calls to CS only to find out I will only be refunded £12!?! After I've paid £80 for a service that never worked and that also wasted my day and meant I had a loss of income on the day that I waited for the engineer to come. Useless, time wasters, rude, disrespectful. Don't go with this company.

Then advised the department is closed. Opening hours are 0830 to 2000 7 days a week. Meant to install on a Thursday, engineer never turned up, called to complain then they rearranged later this week, never turned up again and customer services blamed me for this despite getting confirmation, and refused to do anything to help stating that open reach was an external service, which whilst is true to not care about a customers predicament when I explained I was in desperate need for wifi for work is extremely unprofessional.Immediately cancelled and once I switched to Vodafone things where sorted in the week. Avoid at all costs. Used to be really good when the CS team were in Ireland & had authority to change things. Now, it's all scripted from somewhere abroad and the CS (I use that term VERY lightly can only go through the pre-defined motions of the script provided. A lot of dropouts of the service, almost daily although when it worked, the speeds were as advertised but the frequency of this happening has reduced drastically. The router provided has an appalling range and very difficult to get the settings from to move to another type.
The final straw however is the intentionally deceitful wording on the email they send when the contract has around a month to run... I followed the instructions as copied & pasted below:
"Do nothing and continue with your existing membership for £23.49 a month. Or Pick from one of the packages available to you below".
I did nothing and then received saw that NOW had charged me £46.50. Queried it and they said to check the very bottom of the email where buried is a small section saying you'll lose your discounts. Cynical, misrepresentation & just downright sneaky. No offer of a refund & the new offer I could have was worse than the offers available for existing customers. CS could not care that I was leaving & just said that i need to give 2 weeks notice if I did.
Like others, I'll be forwarding the email onto the ombudsman for investigation.
Don't do it, I stayed as long as I did as they were the only ones offering a monthly rolling contract, with that gone & them just being a "me too" now, definitely not worth putting up with the almost non existent CS, poor speeds, dropouts & almost not for purpose router. You have been warned! Not just by me but read below too...

Ive just experienced exact same problem as previous post from Kai. Email received in December from NOW as my contract was ending, with choices which included do nothing and pay the same, This was confirmed further on in the email to keep same deal for same price. Only realised today have been charged additional £15.00 for last two months. Phoned twice to complain and ask for refund. Cut off both times when I asked to escalate my complaint. Their email is not only misleading, but also fraudulent. I think that the intention of their email is to knowingly deceive their customers. Im currently in process of looking for a new broadband provider. Absolute shocking customer services.

How petty can you get I've decided to go to a new provider leaving on the 19th of this month cancelled my contract last month by phone to give them enough notice no problem booted game console up yesterday the 2nd March to install a new game,the download speed was low went on to pc to check the speed should be 63mbps through wifi which I have been getting as my router is downstairs it is now 22mbps so just because I was leaving at the end of my contract they have been so petty to drop my speed down. Read the comments on this site and now agree with them if you are leaving NOW Broadband at the end of your contract give them the minimum notice you can because they will drop your speed down so it's virtually unusable will NEVER use this organisation again for broadband or any of their services including their TV services which I have also cancelled.

Big scam company they advertise there broadband cheap to get you to sign up but then they dont supply the said speeds or service, in fact from day one my internet did not work at all. I tried to phone Now but it is impossible to get through to a real person everything is just automated. I then tried to email them but again just got automated replies non of which helped. I then tried the live chat on there website but turns out its not live at all its just a computer. The problem was at there end not mine and because i could not get hold of a real person to explain the situation i could not try and sort the problem out so in the end i had no choice but to cancel the payments at my bank as i was paying for something that i never got or had. Now i am getting emails and letters demanding money for charges for leaving early. Mybe if they had proper customer services where you can actually talk to a real person then mybe i wouldnt of had to cancel at my bank and leave early. Now breaks there own contracts and terms by not supplying the promised service, they take money from your bank for something they never gave and when you dare to cancel they will take no responsibilily and blame everything on you and add charges and threaten you with legal action. I am taking this to watchdog as i am pretty sure its illegal to offer a service then not give it but still take money and add charges when they havent even supplied the service in the first place, just think of the world we would live in if everyone did that. Avoid this company like the plague there scam artists.

Internet connection is so weak my phone switches to 5G when I’m standing over the router. Please if you are looking for new broadband, do not go for now. Extremely poor customer service and the internet goes down weeks. When you reach out to customer care, they do not have definitive timeline to address it. You end up paying double to maintain two networks if you are thinking this is cheaper. Team does not proactively reach out to support or guide you. No refund as you end up getting locked up for 1 year contract. For first 30-45 days it works fine so you end up buying annual subscription that's where the problem lies.

I've been with NowB for a few years now. Back in Aug 23, I received an email saying I have two options and one of them was to keep what I had for which it said: "Do nothing and continue with your existing membership for £30.49 a month". Overall this was a better option and I "did nothing" to remain on that package. However I noted they started charging me £48 rather than 30 (do nothing option). I called today to seek refund, they say you never called back to confirm your new package and that's why you're on the standard rate.
I called this daylight rubbery!

Took 2 weeks for the broadband to go live. Does not work as there is a fault somewhere that needs to be investigated by 'the team'. This will take another 48 to 72 hours. If I want to be compensated for no service I need to contact them again. No phone number available on their Web support although it states you can only contact them by phone. Say need photos of the installation before can do anything which takes yet more time. Truly awful service and cheap for a reason. Will switch to someone else while I still can. Be warned...

I had a no contract service with NOW for 3 years. They advised me that the price was increasing slightly. However they increased my bill by a mystery £15.
Apparently they roll in a free calls package (even tough i don't have a landline phone) and then jack up the price. However this still didn't account for the increase.
Call handlers were hard to get hold of, off-hand and unable to explain my bills. They also wouldn't refund over charged payments or rectify the issue without forcing me into a 12 month contract. They also continued to charge a call package after termination of my account and switching to another provider taking 3 months to refund this.

Wish we'd read these reviews first. I've never had such an awful experience with a utility company. Two months delay connecting our broadband - no explanation other than to blame Openreach. A problem that other utility companies apparently don't have. I think I've managed to deduce that it is a computer system issue at NTv end. Messed us around for 2 months, no info, didn't even reply to emails to the complaints department. How they are allowed to operate in this industry with this level of non-service, I'm mystified. Don't bother, we only chose them because of lack of fixed contract. We've given up and gone with BT.

Absolutely useless. The product is terrible and the speeds are just nonexistent. We have been with Now for a month and it feels like a year! We have already cancelled to go with someone else sue to how poor everything has been. The signal is terrible, we have had to buy 2 boosters for the house to try and get any signal anywhere, and still have incredibly poor connectivity. We have called customer services a number of times, they seem to just want you off the phone quickly and don’t really offer any help. They were supposed to send an engineer after the 4th call to them just for my wife to wait in all day and no one turn up. Having called them again, they eventually admitted that no one ever did come out. As I type this, no streaming services on my tv which is in the same room as a booster, can connect to anything so I will need to reset the hub for the 7th time today!! Avoid this lot at all costs.

Terrible!!! Utterly appalling and not fit for purpose. I have lost count of the times I have complained over the phone and online.. they have now stopped responding to my emails as I have got to the point when I refuse to waist hours in the phone or following their frustrating procedure to switch broadcast channels on my hub then wait 24 hours to see if there is any improvement! I tried to point out that they are not fulfilling the terms of the contract have contacted Ofcom and have ended up just giving up as I simply don’t have the time to waste. Needless to say I can’t wait for our contract to end at the end of March. Having had endless issues from the very beginning!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

The money have been taken from my account before installation with isn’t on the contract but I’ve sed it’s okay as long as they show up! You wish !!! Never showed up never have had a message from them extremele difficult to get to speak with someone! Got my money refunded for tv not yet broadband never get a good explanation why I haven’t received the services promised! Guys only if you’re really really desperate get involved with them !! Absolute disgrace I moved 20 miles down the road and I've had nothing but issues, I called and checked if I could still get the same service I got told yes, I asked if I would pay more I got told no. September I move and I go without a service 2 weeks, when I get a service its weak and it was dropping 7 times a day. Now its December I've had 2 engineer visits and the service is worse its done nothing but drop since Christmas Day evening. I've not even been given any compensation for the 2 weeks I had 0 service yet. I was told when I asked about the higher bill that when I move that happens I asked to go back in a contact they said there is none for this area and then I get an email giving me a right to exit with no fee but they ask me to go onto a contract with them. Makes no sense. It's boxing day and my WiFi drops every 2 -5 mins it's not a service that is fit for what is advertised. The customer service team is hopeless they've not got a clue. They need shutting down.

AWFUL. WHY is the internet broadband industry set up at the mercy of Openreach engineers. Internet should be like electricity - when you move house you should be able to plug in router and it works. NOT wait 10 working days for an engineer to flick a switch in a local box. NOW and other providers need to campaign for openreach to supply shorter work times.

I had to move home; 2 year contract with this lot.
Tried to bring them with me but they didn’t operate in my new area.
Immediately my service became less reliable, drop-outs, phone messages failing.
One day the internet disappears. Inczz as ll them to ask what tech problem is; told that the ‘back room team’ decided my request for a further months coverage was rejected.
So I could reconnect; which would take 14 days…( bearing in mind it is 15th December)
I was not told my request was turned down, in fact the opposite; their worker put the request through, the rejection was not communicated to me.
As a result I have no internet or broadband.
What a shitshow. Seem uninterested in customers.
I won’t be going back. Bunch of charlatans

This company will make you want to top yourself. The number of times the internet will drop, not work at all and you will have to call NOW TV only to speak to someone rude (who will just hang up the phone when they don’t know how to answer). Each agent will tell you different things and give you conflicting information but the one thing they all agree on is that they “cannot do anything”. Booking an engineer visit is difficult for them. You will need to continuously chase and 20 phone calls later, finally you might get one or they’ll tell you over the phone to twist and turn the hub as if they pay you to work for them. Their emails are misleading and will somehow rope you into paying £35 a month as opposed to £24 a month. Stay away from this company, but if you are unlucky enough to be with them, don’t be shy to take to take them to the small claims court.

The service provided was generally very good until the contract came to an end...then the problems began. We moved to a new provider who were faster and cheaper but discovered Now Broadband were still charging us despite us emailing them to cancel the standing order. It's almost impossible to speak to a human and their chat bot is designed to drive you insane. Finally we spoke to a very rude customer service guy who said it's their policy to not read emails and they will only take cancelations of contracts on the phone (which they don't answer). Although we had cancelled our standing order they still managed to take money from us and now we are having to make a small claims court application to get our £100+ back. Do not use this company!

Lived on the isle of dogs next to canary wharf and Now was the only provider and charged a extorniate 20 pounds per month for less than 5 mbps. The connection was at less than 2 mbps and would stop a few times per hour completly. Called Now and had 3 engineers come and do works to no avail. Was given a month free.

Bad, incompetent customer service. Firstly didn't process the order, but didn't reach out to flag. Had to cancel this 'phantom order' (as they casually call it) and reorder. This delayed our setup another 2 weeks. Unfortunately in that time, Now increased the cost of their broadband service by 15%. This means we have to pay more overall due to Now's error. Customer service couldn't care less, were condescending, patronising and basically abysmally shocking. They were beyond useless at every turn. Pray that you have no setup issues, else you'll need to deal with this group of mouth breathers.

When Broadband went down it took more than 90 minutes to finally get a human on the phone. Every part of the troubleshooting sends you through interminable loops until you are disconnected at the end of each loop. The fault requires an engineer but they don’t work at weekends. How is it that I see engineers working at the box at weekends for other companies? Avoid at all costs.

After being with Now TV for 12 months. I had to re apply for broadband as I needed to change the name the account was in which was fair enough. Was told this will take 2 weeks, after 2 weeks and hearing nothing I called up to ask why my broadband hadn't been activated. They told me my application to open reach had been rejected and there was no way of knowing why that was. They didn't contact me at all to let me know and if i hadn't of called they probably never would have. Told me I have to re-apply which takes another 2 weeks.
Customer service was awful, no-one knew anything, constantly being moved to different departments. Even though I was speaking to people they might as well have been AI because they were basically robots. One of the worst companies I've dealt with, there's hundreds of other broadband providers out there so I suggest you use someone else.

Been without broadband and telephone for over a week. This is an exchange issue, and not Now broadbands. It's an Openreach issue.
The reason for scoring NOW low is they are nigh on impossible to contact. The chatbot is useless.
They have failed to keep me updated/informed, as promised.
When chasing it up, the quickest time I've managed to get through to someone is 50 minutes. Just what you need after a 12 hour shift.
Each time you have to go through the full explanation and try and convince them the problem isn't at my end.
I'm "lucky" as I'm out of contract. Just keeping it going until my full fibre connection date. Once the exchange is fixed I guess.
Why not give a case/job number to people that have issues. And a direct number to query progress, rather than having to suffer the banal dross music? Then again is that the reason for the music?
In all honesty, in over 2 years, the speed/connection/connectivity have been better than expected, so that side is ok.
Let down by poor customer service. Lack of.

Not only is their broadband laggy and drops connection several times a day, almost all the time in a gaming session. The reach of the router is terrible! And as if all that wasn't bad enough, they take money from your account without hesitation, sometimes up to 3 times within a 30 day period! And if they take a payment complete off their payment schedule , and you don't have funds to cover it, they soon threaten to cut you off!
Definitely the worst isp I have ever had the misfortune of signing up to!
I'm currently trying to leave Now, I have been for the past 6 weeks, all the while they won't relinquish my landline to the next isp! Never have I ever had any issues swapping before, even the customer service rep at the next isp have said this is a regular occurrence with Now, my guess is trying to bleed customers for as much as they can! My advice would be to absolutely avoid this company, they're cheap for a reason! Worst company ever! Worse that Three!!!!

NOW Broadband is cheap for a reason so I’d advise you to save you precious time and sanity and go elsewhere.
Twice I have tried to sign up with NOW Broadband, but it would seem they don’t want any new business.
The first time a few months back, I signed up with NOW for the first time. I received all the relevant letters and the router to my home address, first step went wonderfully. It then got seemingly complicated when receiving emails advising they had another address for us in the same street and could I confirm the correct address. I dutifully replied 3-4 times, telling them the correct address and outlined, they must have it as I had received the router to the correct address (having never vining any other address). Despite this and further emails from NOW asking for clarification, in spite of my replies, they cancelled the new set up without warning, leaving me with no broadband.
A glutton for punishment and ever the optimist, I decided that lightning couldn’t strike twice in the same place and was drawn in to their price tag but wish I’d saved myself the bother. Everything seemed to go without a hitch initially, having been successfully transferred over to NOW for more than 2 weeks. However, alas! it was too good to be true, after our broadband was abruptly cut off and later that evening, waited nearly an hour to speak to someone to establish what had happened.
They assured me they’d call us back the next day as they closed at 8pm. We did get a call back to say there was issues with ‘activating our broadband’, despite us using it over the past 2 weeks. However, the following day, whilst just arriving on holiday, I received an email to advise that my NOW broadband was cancelled as of immediate effect, with no desire to resolve this issue and retain my business, for a second time.
I won’t be stupid enough to give them a 3rd try and have happily paid a further £4/month to secure broadband with Plusnet.
If it seems to good to be true, if often is. So, if you’re considering jumping to NOW broadband, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. They have THE WORST customer service ever, particularly when we were new customers. There is no desire to resolve any issues, with a preference to instead cut new customers off as they seemingly can’t be bothered establishing what’s went wrong. Absolute shambles of a ‘service’
Also worth noting that it is near on impossible to obtain a telephone number to speak to someone, the web chat bot is dreadful and sends you in a constant loop without either helping or allowing you to call a number and speak to someone.
Clearly under resourced and designed to offer minimal support when you need it. Avoid at all costs.

Without notice my monthly bill doubled from £24 to £45.50
Tried contacting them, over and over,, but the "chat bot" system doesnt let you get to where you want to get. Just keeps asking for my details. Even though i had put the details on the so called chat.

He siad i should phone the Nowbroadband,, but the cost would have to be paid by me, so i declined. I asked him to "get someone to phone me" but again he couldnt even do that.
So,, all together, two hours on this useless chat,, and one hour trying to contact them in other ways..
My final comment to this assistant, "i have broadband deals up on my pc as we speak," and " if this is not sorted out in one hour,, i am leaving Nowbroadband." Repeated each time he again said he cant do anything,, My final communication to the chat was, "bye bye Now."
So,,, i am looking at other broadband deals,
I gave feedback,, but i dont think anyone takes any notice depite the words" feedback is important to us, it helps us to improve our service"

This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I am having endless problems with my broadband, so I tried their Contact system on their site (try it before you sign up!) which just directs you away from contacting them. No way to contact them at all through their "I'm having problems" prompt. The only way to get a number is to say you want to sign up, or cancel. But if you call it, their robot won't recognise your key presses when you go to the Technical Help department, and it hangs up on you. So if you go to the "Upgrade your package" telephone prompt, you are put in a long queue, and then they hang up on you before you get through to a human. This is disgraceful. For your own sanity, please stay away.

Haven't dealt with customer services which seems to be the main issue on here. Had Now broadband for 2 years, no real problems, few dropouts here and there but no where near as many as sky, I know they're the same but for some reason, maybe the router, sky was just worse. Granted the router isn't great & I do have a WiFi extender to supply WiFi to the other side of the house, I live in a standard semi detached house so you get the picture about the router, but other than that no real issues, connection has been steady for 99% of the time for me, maybe the area & distance to the exchange has a bearing on people's speeds, I get around 65mbps on average at all times so can't complain, I would recommend Now broadband but I am looking to move as they have put their prices up, but that's the only reason, not the actual service received.

Absolutely diabolical company. Signed up with them on 22 August and activation on 06 September. Was clearly told that no engineer was required and I did not have to do anything on that date, just plug it. The day came, Openreach called to say they were on their way to the property to set it up. I'm in West London so not able to let them in. NOW didn't bother to tell me they couldn't set it up, I had to call them. Gave them 3 dates that I could do for set up, that I would be in for. Which has to be 10 days later. 6 days later, still haven't heard anything from them so phoned up. They clearly had not passed my dates on to Openreach as they requested them again and the earliest date available was now much later than originally offered. Gave up in the end and went with EE.
Trying to get hold of this company is actually ridiculous. In 2 days, I spent it total, 2 hours and 25 minutes on hold.
Would never recommend. Lowest price, but worst experience.

AVIOD - I called NOW on the 7th August 2023, to switch to their super fibre since I wanted our new contract to start on the 6th September, the same day that our current provider contract would expire. I didn't get any email updates, and on the 4th September, I called NOW for an update because our router hadn't arrived yet. I was informed that the person I spoke to on 7th had not actually processed our transaction!
NOW verified that the earliest day on which they could connect us was the 11th of September, which was not ideal, nevertheless we accepted and went over all the setup requirements once more.
I kept track of our installation update online and kept checking my emails for any updates, but I didn't get any. On the 11th of September our ‘Go Live Date’, I contacted NOW again and was told that our order had been rejected because there were no "ports" available from Openreach. I currently have no access to broadband, and other providers have given me a 2 week installation estimate.
I’ve had to pay for extra data because I work from home. For such a massive corporation, the lack of communication is inexcusable, and it is absurd that a broadband provider can't get ports to connect people.

Please train your call canter staff to stop lying and misleading customers. I have called 4 times over the last 2 weeks and have been reassured that I can both renew my contract and move house seamlessly. Today, after waiting for 1.5 hours on the phone, I got told that I will remain within broadband in my new address for a full week as I need to wait for an engineer - I had called 2 weeks ago to request this and got told that "IT doesn't allow to process the change of address" and to call in 10 days.
Given Now wanted to leave me without broadband for a week, I called them and requested to cancel. I waited 40 minutes again bringing the total phone time to over 2 hours. The advisor initially said that "we cannot cancel the contract because there has been a home move initiated" - this is ridiculous and a lie. After 30 min on the phone with him, just about when he was going to finallise all the cancellations the line conveniently cut off. I called again, and apparently nothing had been processed - again, very bad practice to play tricks like this. When I called the second time, the advisor told me that I will incur cancellation charges if I cancel my contract in an attempt to stop me from doing so - again, this is a lie as I was within my "cooling period" of 14 days.
The above signals either severe incompetence across your customer support staff, or a company culture of deceit. It has and will continue to result in loss of customer goodwill. I would suggest you address this immediately.

Having a nightmare with this company over something which seems simple. I cannot access some websites I need to as they are blocked by NOW. I cannot update my preferences as my account does not appear to be linked to my broadband they tell me. Using the link they provided tried to link this but, although I am entering the correct information, it says I am not and can get no further with it. Have phoned their customer service who had no clue. Someone did phone me back and went through the same steps of trying via the same link with no success. She then told me someone from their IT would be in touch - three weeks ago and heard nothing. On their community forum it appears this problem has been ongoing for the past 3 and a half years. Now any emails or complaints forms I fill in are being ignored. That's their customer service for you - abysmal. I am out of contract in November, sent them an email to say as they cannot solve my problem I would like confirmation that if I move to another provider I will not have to pay any charges for early cancellation. Ignored.

don't bother going with NOW TV broadband, had the worst experience possible and awful customer service . We went for the fibre option at £27.50 which has now gone up, and they did not ever get around to connecting me even after waiting for 8 weeks!(in the middle of London) With missed appointments (and not being told about it), getting stuck in the system, an array of lies I was told to keep me in limbo. Customer service was awful, they would never follow through with anything or have any answers for me. It was 8 weeks of constant chasing for someone to tell me what was happening, and I would just get passed around in circles. The promised speed was well below their predicted of 60mbs, were gonna get 27mbs which wouldn't even stream a movie! Since then I've gone with Sky, such a better experience, they helped fix my openreach line within 48 hours of me flagging the issue to them. Id advise finding anyone else, the short 12 month contract and not even cheap rate anymore, isn't worth the stress.

But I had not been told and money had been taken. This is diabolical incompetence and negligence. I will never buy broadband from this vendor.

Switched from John Lewis Broadband as they were closing down their service, which was basically Plusnet branded as John Lewis. Switched to Now Broadband as they offer a month-by-month rolling contract, which was great because I didn't want to be locked into a long-term contract. However, speed, reliability and router performance are all noticeably inferior to JL/Plusnet. TV often freezes and web pages sometimes take an age to load. Then from time to time there's no connection at all, which can be really annoying as I depend on the internet my for work.

Absolutely horrific speeds, was promised around 11mbps download speed and instead got around 0.5mbps to around 6mbps maximum. The only time I get any reasonable speed is around. Pages take around 3-10 minutes to load properly, games take around 5-40 minutes to connect to, anything above 1mb in size takes around 2-3 minutes to upload. For some reason their phone lines close at 5PM on a weekday. Spent most of my time on the internet connecting to things and waiting for things to load in.
Abhorrent provider, don't go anywhere near them or even consider getting their internet plans. STAY AWAY!

A nightmare to cancel my account as I was moving houses.
First they told me they couldn't provide me broadband services in my new address despite confirming a few days before they could.
After being more than 1 hour with their customer service in the phone, I was confirmed it was cancelled on July 12th. On August 1st, I was charged again.
I'm right now in the call for another hour to try to close my account for the 2nd time. No trust in their confirmation that they will... no way, according to them, to jump the waiting queue as "the process doesn't allow so". They still keep my card details and charge amount.
It's an abuse, disgusting and a total nightmare to deal with their customer service. This company seems to be interested in their clients only when onboarding. Then, everything is just a pain.

Never actually got broadband from them. Ordered mid July and router never arrived. Checked order 2 weeks later and order had been canceled. No email or contact from them. Customer service are lovely once you’re through to them. Cut off after 20 minutes and then 44minute wait in queue. Informed that the process had to start from the beginning so, another 2 weeks, one of which I’ll have no broadband. Maybe I’ve dodged a bullet ? Let’s see if I get my fiver back.

I have been with Sky and Virgin. Always getting disconnected 5/6 times a month. I joined NOW in Jan2023 and have only been disconnected once. The speed is fast and connection is reliable. I was paying £21pm and price went up to £24.50 One phonecall to discuss this and they put me on £22pm. The website is easy to use and I like that you can set filters so it is impossible to visit dirty websites(!) whilst still having access to social media. Highly recommended.

Theives and liars. I don't believe for a second that this is an award winning service. Genuinely shocking customer service. I'm disabled and trapped at home and for that reason rely heavily on having internet. The day I was supposed to go live nothing happened. It was also the day my partner started an online college course which he ended up not being able to attend. I phoned up to try and see if there was anything Now Broadband could do to help, as when I signed up I explained my disability & how much I relied on the internet and they had assured me I would be connected smoothly.
I called them and was told that they had known three days earlier I wouldn't be connected on time but no one bothered to contact me. They said they would pass me to another department who may be able to help. I was spoken to like dirt by the member of staff I was passed to, who kept raising her voice at me despite me remaining calm. She said it was my own fault for not getting 'business broadband'? and kept telling me I needed to just deal with it. I was genuinely taken back by the way she was speaking to me, it's almost like she was taking my internet issue as a personal insult and became very aggravated and standoffish. I explained to her that I was worried because I am disabled I am dependent on having internet to be able to work etc and she started mocking me with her tone. I told her I was taken back by her unpleasant tone and asked to speak to a different advisor and she left the phone off the hook for a few minutes and then put the phone down on me, it was clearly a funny joke to her. I called back and was passed around in circles trying to find a solution and kept having more and more days added to how long I would have to wait to be connected. Inbetween all of this I looked Into lodging a complaint with Ofcom who suggested I ask them for a deadlock letter which would state that there was nothing more that they could do- they couldn't even provide me with this within the month!
Eventually I spoke to a lady who was much more understanding and told me that I wouldn't have my money taken or the contract started until I went live so not to worry- this was a relief. However the next day the money was gone from my account and I still had no internet! I phoned up to ask why they had taken my money without providing a service, when they had promised not to, and they couldn't give me a straight answer, I was told it would be another week until I was connected. At this point I was mentally exhausted with it and said I wanted to cancel and I wanted my money returned asap so that I can buy an unlimited SIM to hotspot from. They said I had to wait a week to cancel and up to four weeks for a refund! I can't even do a bank dispute because they have the charge as pending. I am absolutely disgusted. I now have no Internet for the foreseeable so I can't work, can't go to college, I have limited mobility so there really is nothing that I can do other than sit here and wait for them to resolve this and refund me. I can't even sign up to a new provider until they sort their mess out and give me the money they are holding back. Horrendous. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

In my case, did a 12 month deal and they increased price by 15% in 2nd month (whilst still giving new members the same price).
That is terrible form to any sensible person yet all the company have to say is "well leave then". But with a 30 day limit to leave without penalty that is easier said than done.
A remarkably awful company. Save your time and find a company with some morals.

First time customer to Now Broadband. Have never experienced a Customer Service as shambolic. Since joining last month I’ve enjoyed less than 24 hours of Wi-Fi . Firstly was told an engineer would be dispatched to investigate if there was a problem outside. When that was discounted another appointment booked for an engineer to inspect inside my property. Issue was resolved and less than a day later the Wi-Fi stopped working. Was told an engineer would come today between 8am and 1pm. I phoned to confirm and was reassured. No engineer arrived. At no point have Now contacted me to advise as to why no one has arrived and when the fault will be fixed. Phoned three times today and spoke to three different people who told me three different accounts of what has happened. Still waiting in vain for someone to fix it. Apparently I’ve to wait in my property form 8an to 6pm in the hope that Now can arrange an engineer but you guessed it ….They can’t guarantee it. It seems they have no way of contacting their engineers and no way of tracking them. After 6pm I’ve to contact THEM and let them know if anyone came out to my property!! If you want reliable broadband with any kind of reasonable Customer Services avoid this company.

We were frequently unable to complete simple search engine tasks when this is was the only device connecting in the household (obviously steaming on those days was out of the question). Customer service gave us a complicated billion point troubleshooting plans for us to follow, which we completed to a T, twice, to no avail. After what must have been days if not weeks of hours of time given over by ourselves to resolve our terrible connection we are thankfully now at the end of our contract and will happily never return to this terrible broadband supplier

Broadband speed is patchy at best, it keeps dropping, the router is very poor.
Customer service are polite, mostly, but don't actually help solve problems.
Now keeps removing my payment details, stating they couldn't take a payment (the billing shows as having been paid, despite it not being paid). They blame my bank, my bank has no record of an attempted payment. To resolve this on one occasion I had to provide my card details a total of five times. Def use someone other than Now.
Given that a completely digital service provider can't actually provide a reliable functioning digital payment system to their customers. What value do they really have?

Customer service is enough to avoid using NOWTV. Wanted to move the broadband to my new home, which we move on the 14th. The closest date they could give me to switch was the 25th and I would lose broadband from the 24th in my current place. They gave the incorrect details to BT meaning they rejected the appointment on the 25th, 6 days before we move. We had to cancel with NOWTV and go with Virgin as they don’t use BT broadband lines. I have had so many issues with the signal and connection speed. I’ve spoken to customer services who were lovely and tried to be helpful and I was given instructions about how to try changing channel but while it is fine some days, other days it feels like being back in the 90’s with the little thing just spinning around on the screen and nothing loading. All went well until my going live day...connected everything up correctly, turned on expecting great WiFi and then nothing. Called customer service and was told "oh it can be activated anytime up til m8dnihht" (OK so by then I have lost a days Internet.
Following day (2nd day) expected to turn on and be activated... again nothing. Called technical this time... ran a line check and low and behold finally coverage...well for 2 hours (12-2pm)then nothing.so back on the phone to technical who said engineer will be out to connect in 3-5 days could be sooner, so in thought ok they'll now make it urgent. Next day (3rd day now), still nothing so now cancelled... this lady very helpful then put me through to compensation team...bloke seemed less than enthused and said it'd be fish to open reach if I got any compo. He also said that an engineer had been booked and canceled by me...I'd be that lucky to have actually got a call, email etc.
So in the end I've now gone with Zoom who I booked for tomorrow for an engineer to visit and set up. OK Now broadband are cheap at £22 pm for 63mbs (when I ran a speed test for the 2 hours actually connected I was only getting 20mbs).
Zoom are £30pm (first 3 months £20) for 150+ mbs. So moral of my story is cheaper is not necessarily better.

Ordered a now broadband hub in the 27th of February, I was told my broadband will go live by 9th march which was then changed to the 10th without any notification. I contacted now on the tenth to raise concerns that my broadband was still not live. And they had technical problems with bt openzone to which my internet will be active within 72 working hours. Frustratingly, waited until the 15th march to then see my internet was still not active. I've contacted them today to yet again be told bt are aware and working on resolving the problem and they will have a ANSWER for me by the 23rd of march. Which also means my internet may still be not active.
Very poor customer service having been misguided from the very first phonecall I've had with NOW BROADBAND.
Broadband speed is non existent and doesn't deserve a 1* rating but it's the lowest option available.
Broadband reliability isn't reliable at all as I'm left frustrated and overall I'm very distressed by the whole service.
If you are looking for broadband I'd advise anyone to search elsewhere rather than opt for NOW.

Connection doesn’t reach any room outside of my living room. I was told to move the router which I can’t because that’s where the connection is. Then I was told maybe it is because of the walls in my house?
I was instructed to split my wifi connection to 2 networks (one fast one slow) and use the slow one when I move round my house and connect to the fast one when I am near the router? Surely I should just have wifi in my whole house like previously with other companies without having to connect to 2 different channels (the slow one still doesn’t work anyway)
Then they blamed open reach says they do the speed checking or whatever (trying to fob me off for the fact it doesn’t work outside my living room and it is just generally rubbish broadband)
Anyway I’ve decided to cancel and go with someone else, the service was rubbish too. Absolutely no empathy whatsoever

I can't disagree more with the reviews on here. I got my router 2 days before going live, the Internet was live early hours in the morning on the expected go live date. I've had to call them twice regarding my bill and was connected to customer service straight away, and the agents I have spoken with are lovely. The Internet speed is great for what I need, I can not complain at all! Happy customer.

Very disappointed, I was given activation date a week ago! I still haven't got Internet and NOW TV have taken the first payment. They booked an engineer, who never turned up. I called them on the day and apparently they couldn't contact the engineer but promised to get in touch the next day and to rebook am engineer, but I still haven't heard from them. I was meant to have recieved an email. Very disappointed. In this age of technology and working from home, a switchover should be seamless, should it not?

I was with Now Tv for a couple of years. Not great connection but I was in contract. When I moved home they failed to take my service across, blaming Open Reach. I have 3 weeks notice before moving, Sky (who own now) was the previous tenant’s provider, yet here I am, 13 days later, still with no internet. Two people work from home and it’s absolutely impossible. All our mobile data is gone and we have to buy more. Desperately poor communication from Now TV but it takes 2 weeks for another provider to set us up. I was told by them today that if I swap I get no compensation (a laughable £5.25 a day). I am unable to convey here how poor Now TV’s service has been.

I placed an order and duly paid the booking fee. I then wait until the activation date I was given but no router had arrived and no further communication from Now. So I call them, they had lost my order but when they eventually found it they discovered they had cancelled the order but could not tell me why. So I lost two weeks with no internet because they couldn't be bothered to communicate with their customer. They were also unable to refund my fee because they lost that order and another department handles refunds. After hours of chasing around I am still without broadband and my refund. This company might look cheap but they are not geared up for selling broadband. Avoid unless you want a raft of headaches and no actual internet connection. Completely and utterly useless.

Genuinely impressed with it. I had sky Broadband previously, I know, same owner! With Sky I was only reaching around 3-6mbps but with NOW, I actually get my full 11mbps.
The hub was easy to install and came in great packaging which was all easy to recycle.
The hub is the same hub as the Sky Q one they provided. It’s just NOW branded. It was convenient as only had to swap out the AC adaptor and the hub itself. Then renamed the device and changed the password and it was all done.
The only issue is when editing the hub details, it thinks you’re still logged in as an Admin, but if you restart the hub at the socket, it will soon figure this out.

Started off fantastically in October 2021, was being guaranteed a minimum download speed of 63 Mbps and most of the time, it achieved that, AT THE BEGINNING, then it started to drop, and drop, and drop. Today, 31/1/2023, I'm getting between 2.89 & 3.08 Mbps download speed and between 5.54 & 11.2 upload speed, so more than 60 Mbps below what this bunch of c*nts promised, they're all the same!

Absolutely dreadful customer service. No internet 8th December 2022, called Now and was told we needed a new router, don’t know why other than it was clearly kaput. It’s 22nd January 2023 and there’s still no sign of the router. Thankfully the internet spontaneously began to work again some days later or I wouldn’t have been able to work from home. Had the connection suddenly not rectified itself I’d be nearly 2 months down the line with no internet. Tried contacting Now who honestly and frankly don’t give a monkey’s [even I you are recently bereaved] and the biggest insult when you DO get to speak to someone is that your complaint won’t be picked up until the new router is in situ because “you might want to claim more” - claim more what? I want a refund for the period I was without a viable internet service and I want a provider that can be relied on and who actually cares about their customers. DO NOT GO THERE, there’s a reason Now is so cheap and that’s because they are, cheap and downright nasty.

Overall I've found my Now Broadband has been fairly reliable and fast. I have been with Now for 3 years and they continue to provide some of the most competitively priced broadband on the market, which for the price performs very reasonably! I only once have had issues with my broadband, which was sorted quickly by their customer service team who seemed to genuinely want to help me.

Terrible service and would avoid at all costs. Swapped to NowBroadband in August 2022 as they offered some attractive deals on their website. The transition from our previous provider left us without broadband for two weeks after the go live date in central London. They actively avoided trying to pay any sort of compensation and left us with a £120 data bill to cover the costs of working from home during that period.
Since then, the connection has dropped three times for more than 6 hours each time. Most recently 12 hours and counting, with no confirmation of when service will be returned. Never had such issues before with any other service providers.
You pay for what you get at the end of the day but would suggest opting for a reliable provider such as BT or Virgin.

It is not possible to give 0 star unfortunately! With contacted them 3 weeks ago to get internet. We received 2 confirmation emails and a letter stating we would receive the box in the post and the internet would activate in 2 weeks. We then contacted them 3 weeks later to ask what was happening, as we still had no box and no internet and they simply respond that our ordre hadn't been processed !!! They can't explained why we received 2 emails and a letter confirming it. At least it happens before we are engaged with them, now we can find another provider...

I can't believe what I just heard. I've had no internet since Saturday. I had to tell them this. I spoke to the customer care team and two different experiences: the employee in India was fantastic, the one in England offered no help other than to start all over again.
The Indian employee arranged for an engineer to come today. I knew that would never happen anyway but I hoped, for the sake of my elderly mother, who is now cut off from her grandchildren remotely.
Turns out that the call for an engineer was never even recorded and the English employee told me to ring back tomorrow and start the whole process again.
Save your money and opt for youfibre. I was an idiot.

Honestly, just don’t even consider Now Broadband. They might be cheap but if you can’t even use the internet, it’s a waste of money. When it is working you can only get broadband if you are in the same room as the router, and it goes down constantly. I’m currently on day 4 of no internet and they are now saying it will take another 3-5 working days for an engineer to come. Every conversation with their customer service is a run down of the many excuses why it’s not their fault or why they are not contractually obliged to assist. Please don’t waste your time and money with this company. Truly an appalling experience.
