I am absolutely disgusted at the way the staff treated my 78 year old nanna and 80 year grandad. They where so confused as they didnt understand phone talk they where talked into two contract phones they only went in to have someone fix my nannas phone and after 3 hours they forced them into two contracts and even changing there landline making there bill nearly £100! My grandad went in four times because he didn't understand why his phone wouldn't work he then tried to cancel it and was told he had to call in which he has done now he has to turn his original phone off as he's received countless nasty texts and horrible phone calls DO NOT USE EE! -

Speed is probably the only good thing about this broadband, which otherwise drops connection several times a day, often for hours at a time. I have now been terminated from my wfh job thanks to EE CONSTANTLY dropping my connection.
EE's awful customer service told us nothing was wrong. So they can happily continue to take all our money and provide NOTHING in return... How is this legal?!?
Please avoid EE!! You'll thank me later. -

Was once a good broadband service so renewed an 18 month contract. Speeds went from a reliable 38mb to a variable 0-20mb. Guaranteed speed was 19mb. Every time you call customer services you have a 2 hour on hold wait and half the time when you get through they hang up without saying a word. All they ever did was to reset my router which never worked and made me spend hours reconnecting every smart home device. Never got any money back for the guaranteed speed being below the minimum. When I got the email saying my contract was coming to an end I thought FINALLY and have just switched to BT..... Yes EE is BT but £10 a month cheaper and higher minimum speed. EE got the final kick in of course by charging me £13 for leaving the contract 5 days early..... NEVER EVER AGAIN. Broadband with BT is amazing so far I can even watch 4k stuff now while the kids are playing PlayStation online -

Following a price increase I chose to change m package after more than three months, and many broken promises, and hour's of phone calls they were still unable to work out how to provide me with a service,as openreach were were unable to install fibre in my property. The final solution was a mini wifi, which didn't work, and technical support at ee were worse than useless,so I ended up without internet access -

The TRASHIEST broadband I’ve ever seen in my life, ABSOLUTE SHIT you can’t even connect more than one device, even our bloody phone data is faster than EE even if I were to make an internet out of my 5 year old microwave is probably faster. Also the WORST customer service they literally don’t give 2 bullocks, we’ve called them multiple times and they just give us the same damn internet box again, even when I complain and say it does not connect to particular rooms within the house they blame it on us they’ve NEVER HELPED and so overpriced for what. DISTGUSTING broadband I don’t even know why they bothered to make such a CRAPPY broadband , I have no doubt that even my 3 year old niece could come up with something better.

EE keep pushing up their prices and once you in their contact, they refuse to look at better deal. Their broadband is £13 more than most -

Absolutely diabolical. Painfully Pathetic speeds almost every day all day. A regular speed test on multiple sites shows an average of 0.17mbps down and 1.6mbps up which is slower than dial-up back in the 90's. How they can call this the "fastest 4G" in the UK is beyond belief. Simple sites like Google can take up to 2 full minutes to load, any kind of streaming/watching videos is next to impossible even at the lowest picture quality due to the constant buffering/pausing. Customer service is a laughing stock. Each time I've called to complain I get the same old excuse "restart your router", "the mast is down" blah blah blah. Always claiming there is no problems in my area but clearly there is.
It's just not worth it guys. They will lure you into a contract with the false promise of "great speeds" and "top quality service" and then once they have you tied in you will start to quickly experience problem after problem and they won't give two pennies about your service as long as they are grabbing your monthly payments. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. -

Have just arranged a switch to another provider. EE immediately tried intimidation to keep my custom. Received aggressive tactics from a female staff member and then a letter stating if I switched their would be added costs of £3.40. the next day that became £11! I hate being bullied by Office wallah's. I have CANCELLED my last
direct debit for the 22nd of February. Now you BASTARDS, you speak to me properly! -

Awful service. They jacked up the price within months of my signing a contract and on the occasions when I really needed reliable broadband, it was frustratingly slow and patchy.
Avoid EE broadband! -

Connection goes down several times a day, often not returning for hours at a time. EE themselves are very unhelpful. It's been ongoing for months, and has gotten to the point where I've had to upgrade my phone contract (thankfully not with EE!) because I'm using so much data thanks to having to tether my phone because my EE broadband is ALWAYS DOWN!
Do yourself a favour, DO NOT sign up for broadband with EE! It is a nightmare. -

Terrible connection issues continually for almost 14 months now. Continually cutting out with download speeds of a shocking 7.42mps as measured by BT speed test and upload speeds of 0.67mbps. Sick to my stomach of the EE spiel saying they are the best company yadda yadda, total rubbish! Post office Broadband provided a far more reliable service with consistant speeds of 17mbps for a single house which catered for around 4 devices with no trouble. I can only connect one with the EE contract and it is still cutting out. £20 a month for this so yes I am fuming!! They also guarantee at least 10mbps so they have fallen short of their own contractual promise! Aiming to take this further, such a rip off! -

I'm paying £35 per month for high speed broadband and the best speed I could get using Ookla was 47mps upload and 18mps download. I can't get through to customer service and after being with EE for quite some time it's now time to go, I'm out of contract so that's it. Absolutely appalling company!! -

Awful customer service and support.
When our phone line was taken over in error either by a mistake by EE or another ISP EE did everything in its power to profit from the situation.
We told EE we were in no contact with other ISPs and that we did not want them to cancel our broadband contract. EE charged us an early cancellation fee anyway.
We asked for a refund on the fee since EE cancelled the contract without our consent. EE told us they would only refund the early cancellation fee if we signed a new longer and more expensive contract.
We offered to take out a contract for the duration of months remaining on the original contract at the same price we were paying before but EE would only amend the price. They would not accept a shorter contract than 24 months.
EE were also effectively holding our phone number ransom unless we signed their new contract since they would offer no support for getting the landline number we had for 25+ years back unless we signed their new 24 month contract.
We cut our losses after spending days on the phone with EE and we ended up having to go to ombudsman to get the early cancellation fee money back.
