DON'T DO IT - dont be tempted. EE are the worst provider ever and have terrible customer services. you cannot contact them unless you also have a mobile with them. Staff are rude and don't do anything they promise. still spamming me with texts after 18 months despite me asking to opt out through various channels. please chose someone else, litterally anyone else. -

We have had fault, after fault after fault, with intermittent issues. We have reported them, but as they say they can't find the fault, they will not do anything.
When faults have been found, we where promised cash back on our bill, to ring up to be told they had no proof of faults on their system.
We have left them, as we couldn't watch on our smart TV without buffering, our kids can't access in their rooms, just dropping out two or three times an hour.
The customer service is appalling, they will say anything to shut you up.
Honestly don't bother. -

Sorry but it's terrible. The customer service seems its making an effort, but we spend often days without Internet, the speed is terrible and they would not let us terminate the contract. Just awful waste of our money. Thanks -

Asked Plusnet to add a new router to our house such that we'd have two separate wi-fi's. They said that was fine but proceeded to unplug our existing WiFi and not supply us with a new one. When they finally did supply us with one WiFi it was unreliable and overall very poor. Awful. -

Pathetic speed, dlm capped it at 7.79 just after renewing contract. Was getting 14 before, sync speeds stuck for months. Nobody will sort it. Ee say it's open reach that set profile and openreach engineer says it's isp. One side is lying and I know line is capable of twice the speed so no I don't rate them. -

Quite simply the worst broadband provider I have had in 20 years, and that is comparing to services that were operating 20 years ago. Constant multiple drops per day - no internet. Get disconnected from Teams/Zoom calls, can't watch TV since it is all network stuff these days. This is 2021 people, I feel like I live in the dark ages with EE as my provider. I actually think I could do a better job. And before you ask, it is not my cables in the house, I have had them checked and EE sent an engineer to sort it and they couldn't find the problem. I have switched routers and the problem remains. I didn't have these problems in this house with either BT or Sky Broadband although I wouldn't recommend Sky either. Just simply useless and I'm not sure how they can hold me to my contract when they are not providing what they promised - reliable speeds that don't drop out every day. -

Pathetic speeds, poor support. Basically the product is poor- hence the customer support team has nothing to help with - hence hiring or deviating -

I have never received such bad service in my life, I was given a slot to transfer my EE broadband today from 1-6pm which, we waited at the vacant empty apartment and no one showed or even called, the guy then arrived at 6.45 after we waited 5 hours for him and we had left the vacant apartment at 6.30. The Engineer that arrived was rude and obnoxious implying it was our fault for not waiting longer and has now cancelled our session which we booked in 2 weeks ago, due to his incompetence and inefficiency. My partner and I are looking at canceling both our cell phone contracts and broadband. Disgusting service and behavior!

Absolutely shocking service. They advertise 1mbps upload speeds and when they turn out to not exist (given the upload is basically non-existant) they say it's not a promise.
Terrible company, don't sign a contract with them. -

We were persuaded to change to EE as it would have saved us money from our previous provider for the same service. The router was tiny and the signal was absolutely terrible. They also wouldn’t let us leave our contract so we had to get a new provider to pay out our contract. I can’t stress how bad the internet was. -

Moved here six months ago and had constant problems, apparently the line to this community is ancient and needs replacing so our speeds are rubbish and very inconsistent download speed often crashes and our neighbours told by BT that we will have to fund a new cable ourselves, so what are we paying line rental for ? a knackered old cable shared by several houses. -
