Very poor internet. There guaranteed speed checks are also a scam. They go off the speed going into the router NOT what speeds you get. Was promised 30 and I'm lucky to get 20. Router is shockingly bad. 3 bed house and I cant get signal upstairs. Internet drops out randomly, was told by EE that it was the fastest in the are, also not true as next door has double the speed. -

was a very good company until BT got their hands on it.
BEWARE if you are considering a fixed price contact with them, their current contract give them the right to increase your by CPI. so much for a " fixed price contract" -

Big mistake switching to EE. Great talk from sales person on ease of switching, speed of service - even gave me a personal email address if I had any problems. Needless to say all rubbish. EE take over the line then all goes dead - no phone, no BB and very poor contradictory response from EE. AVOID THEM USELESS -

Poor service and NO parental controls in place to protect children instead wanting you to MICRO manage each device. DO NOT BUY I you want to protect your children’s online safety as they are not interested in helping and direct you to Norton who on doubt they have a nice relationship with for year 2 sales that you have to have to continue the service whilst in contract or your children can watch any online content they want online via WI Fi. -

No idea where to start, intermittent failures for almost 4 months. Closed incidents without agreement that problem was solved, no call backs when promised. No response to complaints. With so much shocking service they offered £30 compensation ( only when pushed). I’ve accepted yet still waiting an update. Will leave as soon as I can get the release current contract. -

Later they send new router, we had internet 50% time but was slow. Now after my wife renew , we have internet about 12 hours from 24 and 5 days from 7.really disappointed. I regret the decision of switching to EE.They are the worst broadband provider you can ever find.Pathetic service.Broadband speed would always fluctuate,Signals used to drop frequently.I have been calling customer services again and again, but all they would do were the remote checks.Eventually i had to switch to Sky and life has been easy since.I wouldn't recommend EE to whoever is planning to join them. -

What a pathetic service for a top price they charge. Can't wait to swich to ANY other provider. Speed is rarely over 10mb's in the evenings somewhere between 2 and 4, 5 means you're in luck! Netflix struggles most of times, good luck streaming from two devices! Had virgin before thought they were crap, these one is much-much worse. Do your research properly and never buy what they promise! Once you're hooked there is 18 months to unhook. You've been warned! -

We were promised that the package we were going for would support the amount of people on the internet at one time, which was incorrect.
Then when we check to see what plans are avaliable for that little bit extra we find out that the ones they're offering us were not avaliable within our area in the first place.
calling them up for them to feed the same automated script answers to which low and behold do nothing but cause more issues.
In the last 4 months we've had nothing but issues, internet outages, phone line downs, broadband shutting down completely to the point of having to have them send a new router out because the one we got had faults to have the one we have now giving the same faults.
Spending for 50 download / 50 upload and can't even manage over 1 upload and 20 download lmao. -

These clowns offered one of the best speeds and TV packages at the time. The ee TV never worked even tho its just digital free veiw with 4 or 5 extra channels. The WiFi router was always losing connection at least 3 times a week. The speed of the WiFi struggled to stream videos from my phone to my or from amazon prime to top it all off after we have swapped to a better provider we have had a very rude letter demanding there rubbish router and TV box back (wouldn't of minded a nice letter asking) bunch of ***** -

Internet cut out 6/7 times daily, rang up multiple times and they upgraded me for an extra £1 per month, everything was great for 3 months and now the exact same thing is happening again, have been told we will have to pay an early termination fee for leaving even though they can't fix the problem -

leased line, no control over service and have to ask BT nicely if they can resolve the problem - cheaper but ***** unless you are on a budget and do not want streaming, internet, wifi or any service -

leased line, i should have known better.
lured in with the offer of a decent speed - i would be better off throwing rubber cocks at flying pigeons
it drops off more times than the wife has a fucking headache - mind you i have seen tractor tyre marks on my lawn and i think Denzil the farmer from Stogursey has been plowing her fields.
Service is ok if you want no on demand or use broadband in the evening - otherwise stick to BT for a decent service....ass monkies at EE have not got a scooby doo as they are only leasing the line and get throttled in high demand or remote areas
