Awful. Cuts out several times an evening, slow to load and am cut off every month due to 'no data' - with service resuming a couple of days later. Contract is up in February and I'll be leaving them. -

I contacted customer services as the engineer had not turned up on the day he should have. I spoke to Laura, who was very understanding and professional. She sorted out a new appointment for me and even called that evening to check that the work was done and I was satisfied. Well done Laura, you turned the situation around and you are an asset to EE. -

wow - can't believe what an incompetent company this is. No-one has any idea what they are doing!! 1 month paying and still no connection!! Sending out engineers without letting us know so we're unable to meet with them. Wasting my time every day. Never knowing whats going on...i'm done. -

Reported buffering problem Customer service very helpful & arranged for Openreach to visit as they said I had a problem near my home. They came & checked the whole of my house & said they would come back. Customer service called to ask how they had done & they booked a call out for following day - stayed in whole day & NO ONE came from OPENREACH - no phone call to apologise for not turning up & no call back from EE. I think they just want you to go away !!!! -

Unfortunately so far not good. Only decent speed is when connected directly to the router, no connection upstairs, not sure what to do now, stuck with them for another 16 months -

Compared to BT, I am so glad I switched. When my BT renewal came up, BT was so unhelpful, would not move on price and would only offer 18 months rather than a 1 year contract I was on. I asked the BT adviser what the early termination would be and she said it was another department and could not say, and would only know how much if and when I ended the contract. This was just stupid, she could not tell me the T&Cs she is asking me to sign... terrible. Most ask for about 40-50% of the full contract, so no wonder they are all pushing people to longer term contracts.
Decided I needed to change even though it is a monopoly all back by BT OpenReach's infrastructure , and BT own several of the other providers anyhow.
Called EE and they have been nothing but helpful and honest. Said they have been improving their call centres to keep & win customers, since you need to differentiate when the product is the same, and it shows. The speed is a bit lower (55Mb) than my BT connection (70Mb) but had a long chat with them and believe it will be resolved once line settles down (been just 2 days). The other provided will need to up their game and focus on customer service, EE's is very good so far and not dodge my many questions. -

Worst broadband i have ever experienced. Being I loyal EE mobile user, I decided to try their broadband.Apart from getting 5Gb data boost, theres nothing positive to it.It keeps disconnecting and the speed is terrible at night time.If you are thinking of getting their broadband, please don't. you will regret the decision. -

Speed is terrible atm, very hit and miss and constant dragging, freezing and crashing from eight o' clock at night onwards, after a smooth period of no problems for over a year. It costs a small fortune as well. I'd leave but have read so many horror stories about how complicated switching is and how mafia-esque phone companies can get about it. I haven't used EE customer services so cannot comment on that (I just put 3/5 because it's midway/neutral) but the service overall is unreliable and frustrating. -

Overall EE is a company that usually lets you down when you need customer service whether it is about intermittent broadband service or equipment (e.g. cable) that they are meant to deliver but doesn't arrive or even looking into a bill query. -

cut me of for no reason at all joined sky and they keep sending letters asking for £11 21 saying they have disconnect my services and close my account and giving me 30 days to pay this amount before they take further action to recover the outstanding debt wich may include referring my account to a dept collector I wrote a letter back to them saying they had already disconnected my internet and landline saying when I rang them that someone with a different phone number had canceled my contract with and ask me to set another contract up with them and said it would take 14 days but they would reconnect me within 7 days I canceled the contract the next day and joined sky in theory they ee still owe me money because I was paid up every month sky router is far better than ee and the only time I had any thing to do with ee was by phone or email sky sent me all the contract papers and in my eyes a far better the ee who are a bunch of crooks -

Constant problems with speed , really slow. Sometimes the WiFi doesn’t work for a full day which is really annoying & it came to a point where everybody in the house was just using their mobile data.
