We got talk talk in 2023 because they were the provider offering the highest speeds in our area at the time.
Hugely unreliable with constant dropouts. Couldn't cope with multiple devices, if one pc started gaming or downloading, the other couldn't use it. Completely useless for our needs, would have switched sooner except we thought we were moving house.
Switched about 6 weeks ago and new provider is perfect for less money, regret hanging on so long. If you have any other choice, avoid! -

Despite being a talktalk customer for many years recent experience has soured the relationship. I have had a recent billing query that I am unable to resolve and I am now unable to access my account to check details.When my contract expires I will be changing suppliers. -

We have always had a good deal from TalkTalk and they have matched the price of other providers. The super fast fibre is not constant and we frequently get buffering. However, according to our village Facebook this occurs with other providers. -

I had to arrange a new contract for my elderly father as they were completely overcharging which is very poor for elderly vulnerable customers, for years...
I set up an online account for him and tried to move to a new contract from there but the deals, website and options were very poor
I then rang them from my house to sort a new deal with my Dad. This took ages for the agent to sort. I then discovered it was a premium line and I had been charged a fortune to make the call! That's really poor when it's driven by their rubbish service and online options
I made a complaint but they refused to refund anything. Also refused to provide a copy of the complaints policy several times!
Really don't recommend!! Wont renew again!! -

I have not been with them long, was moved over from Shell. I phoned them recently with a problem and they were very helpful. My internet and streaming services are very good too. -

I was at end of contract and being unemployed phoned to see if I could change the service I was on.
I spoke to a gentleman called Bhav who was absolutely brilliant - they want to hang on to him he's a fabulous customer service bloke. Very knowledgeable as well. Also I wasn't on the phone for hours which is also great.
I've chosen to stick with talktalk as I've never had a negative experience and I get great speeds with no drop off. Best provider I've been with. -
