Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Since I joined my internet is nearly non-existent with no phone-line and internet for a whole 3 weeks with not a penny compensation and if that wasn't enough they keep on charging me for calls to Timeline that I don't make.
Avoid at all costs !!! -

Absolutely the worse broadband suppliers on the planet! DO NOT JOIN, yes they are cheap but you really do get what you pay for. I joined only a week ago & have left to go with BT! They mess around with you connection speed so every time it happens you ring them up to complain & within a day it's not working again or running really slow. Don't believe me ask them, they don't deny it. I hope they go bust, fraudsters at its finest & even there phone line says they have high calls due to broadband, now I wonder why, oh yes cos they are absolutely shocking!!
1 week & I have called them over 10 times to sort it out & they try & blame you & make out the connections fine when it's not. The customer service is rude & just massively disapointing, they are also worse than TalkTalk & that says something as they are awful too.
If I could give no stars I would cos they don't deserve even 1 but wanted to warn people not to join you will soon regret it. -

This company is a joke, had problems with connection dropping off for quite some time now.customer services are useless and can not understand a word they are saying.Supposed to have fixed my problem and recieved a phone call to see if everything was ok when we told them no they insisted it was as they had being monitoring our connection and there is nothing wrong with it. It is still the same (useless) I get better service tethering off my phone. Not long now before I can bail out,do not even consider using this company. -

I had EE broadband for one year. Never had a problem it was excellent.
Left to join Talktalk sorry I did having slow speeds and have to reboot router several times especially at nights. Will consider rejoining Ee when my TalkTalk contract expires. -

I were with orange network since it first came about, that is until they all joined up with their little clicks with each other!!!!!! What a bad move that they've all made, because now being with EE Which are the worst company I've ever done business with, and due to all their defrauding's they've done to me, This then drags every other phone companies that are now under their umbrella company suddenly ties them in with them..
When I phoned about why my service had gone down I called them to see why I couldn't connect due to it stating the service were down and were working hard to get it back up and running, only to find I had been cut off, not only this but I ended up speaking to a person that could barely speak English at all, and his seriously bad manners were enough to make me nearly swearing to say the least, I were informed I owed £22s but checked with my bank, to find I were upto date, which I then told him this, But I were shouted at down the phone and called a stupid bitch, this fired me up to say the least, but I were not allowing him to stoup to his level, Which I then asked his name and where he were working from, he continued to battle with me when I repeatedly asked his name, and suddenly laughed at me down the phone stating his name began with R and stated his name were Jacob,
I've never been treated the way I were, and despite the fact of me saying I would be reporting him, I were laughed at down the phone. I were horrified by such behaviour of so called customer services.
The following day by daughter checked the bill and the way EE got away with disconnection were that it were one day out from my direct debit.
I've had so much hassle from continuing issues with their broadband and phones always going wrong and nothing being done about all the issues I've had with them and everything wrong with their phones too, they have also taken money from my account when payments were not due, and then they e taken money again on the actual due date, which are their being paid twice in one month, and then have denied the fact by saying I were behind on payments, despite having the proof in black and white.
So I'm now refusing to pay them another penny, if anything its them that owe me and also to be paid compensation for the way I've been treated.!!!!.
Defiantly a company to stay away from without a doubt... -

Why do they charge 14 days broadband after I've gone live with the new supplier? This should not be allowed - they knew about the switch over date months in advance. How can companies introduce T&C's like this without being stopped by legislation? I tried to time my exit after a 12 months deal and stayed exactly till the end of the term as I was aware of the early cancellation fee. They still managed to get money out of me by charging me for a service I didn't receive. I'll investigate further, there must be other consumers who aren't happy with EE's T&C's. -

The worst service by far I've ever seen! First when I subscribed they gave me a discount which I didn't receive at all. I had to chase them for the discount and after 2 visits in their office and 5 calls to their "Customer Service" I succeeded to get my discount. It was awful experience!
On top of that, they continued my account for one additional month and charged me about £20 for that!
So in general, don't believe EE, all their discount, prices and offers are just on paper in reality you will get broadband much more expensive than what you sign for!
If you liked to be lied, EE is perfect! -

The worst broadband I have ever had. Constantly slow, and that's when it's actually working. Customer service is disgusting and if it was my decision I would have terminated my broadband with them months ago. Awful. -

Appalling speed having left talk talk. Customer services - wait at least 30mins even then not guaranteed to getting through. Basically conned into a cheaper service now getting speeds of 2-3mps. The disastrous reviews say it all. Think they probably make their money based on termination charges as the service is so bad. -

I changed to EE because TalkTalk were rubbish, but there are no words in the English vocabulary to describe EE, every promise to do this that and the other was broken, at least 15 times on the phone about the phone line buzzing, of course they ran a test and of course it came back all okay.
I did have one quite day when the internet worked so I did a speed test 0.02 download, and they said if I wanted to I could watch TV on it....With 0.02 down...Are they kidding or what?
They told me I didn't have a working land line at my premises, I told them that I am calling them on the working land line, they sent me an e-mail telling me I didn't have a working landline, so they changed the phone number that I had for over 28 years.
Every call I made and at least 20, I was told to hang on a moment, then the line dropped of, NO answer to recorded letters, 6 people told me that I cannot have my old phone number back..Impossible they said, yet one person at EE said he will do it straight away, they really do excel in telling 100% good lies.
I kept a record of everything they told me, times dates etc, and that came to 6 pages long, how long was I with them....11 DAYS...Thats how long I was with them, so if I had all this trouble in this short amount of time heaven only knows what 12 months would have been like...STAY AWAY FROM EE. -

After many years of having no landline broadband in the area that we live, our address has finally been connected. We now have a contract with EE. The process was very painful to switch both the phone and internet but when it was finally sorted we have fantastic broadband. We have come into the 21st century and can get all those normal things like youtube and Facebook!!
As far as the EE customer service goes, if was so frustrating because nobody ever did what they said they would. Eventually I spoke to someone who took responsibility and sorted my problem, and so we got there and are verg happy with what we have. -

EE, have the most abysmal customer service I have ever dealt with. Each time I phoned them or they contacted me I got a different story. My problem being which story was the truth. I ended up with no telephone service for over a month yet was still charged for it. Know one seemed to know as to why the service wasn't working. -

Very poor customer service. We were waiting for the Internet for two weeks (promised within 1 week initially) only to be told that they set it up for a wrong address and to wait another week! We called them 4 times during this time to confirm our address. Can it be worse? ah yeah, and I work from home and need the Internet. Switching to a different provider for sure.
