Been having trouble with my broadband since December 16 they changed the router as days gone by programmes would still buffer. Contract now ending after paying 74mbps fibre for 18mths now saying fibre does not exist at my house and can only see 2mbps after talking to someone for the 5th time on different days. Not happy ending the ee box for sure it was a pure waste and waiting to fix my phone line after all this time. Just be careful with what they tell you. -

Worst internet ever, literally have been dealing with it for over 6 months now and have ha promises from engineers and ee that they can resolve the issues. They give temporary fixes which speeds the internet up for a couple of days and then boom back to square one with terrible speeds. However if you would like to have a mental breakdown i highly recommend going with EE -

I have not even received one hour of my expected speeds since moving house. I was shown on the EE website my line could reach expected speeds* of 67.0mb/s with a line that can support between 54.0mb/s AND 80.0mb/s. In actual fact I am only receiving speeds of between 4.76mb/s to 22.0mb/s!! And I'm paying £34.99 for the privilege. Needless to say I am leaving. -

Reviewed EE a short while ago,so just an update.
My service is still absolutely spot on,38 meg,no dropouts,no billing errors. It is perfect. I have the Samknows broadband reporting whitebox and according to my dashboard there is never any reduction in speed at any time,it always shows around 38 meg. For those of you who are not familiar with Samknows, just google it and sign up to the program,it is free.
Again,I cannot fault EE in any way.

We have suffered poor or no broadband for months with EE unable to find a fault. They finally agreed yesterday to arrange a BT engineer to test the line (today). He almost immediately found a break and mended it....however even though it is fixed we are still stuck on 1.6mb download speed. Sick to death of the poor service. -

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I did a big mistake stake to change from the previous provider to ee. The speed is a stupid joke especially after 7pm. I absolutely do not recommend ee as a internet provider -

Poor guaranteed speed on Fibre Plus 76MBps just 32MBps...
Even line Fibre can handle up to 80MBps, EE acknowledged line fault , sent an engineer who said line is faulty and EE customer services ditched job because speed is in limits.
Traffic is managed all day. Real speeds are 2-4MBps from services (no problems with test servers)
You wouldn't be able watch TV, Netflix or play games.... That slow.
EE Customer services attitude: we locked you into contract - Ha Ha Ha, give us your money and get junk in result

I have an ongoing speed problem for a few months now, after spending endless hours doing what EE customer service asked me to do, the problem is still remained, and despit this my bill goes up every three month. this is not acceptable. Avoid using EE and their unreliable service. I have to mention that the customer sercive number for the landline is not as easy to find as their mobile customer service which makes getting help harder for ealderlies. -

Almost given up trying to get improvement. Customer service are helpful, they try to resolve issues but it never really gets fixed. Painfully slow loading websites. YouTube just circle and circle for several minutes before playing if I'm lucky. Freeserve, wanadoo, orange were always great, since changing to EE is been hell. Feels more like dial up modem of old. Haven't changed to better cheaper package like I was offered recently to do, but don't want to be tied to contract. Just unsure where to go next. No idea who's providing a good service. I'll wait and see if they send engineer over to check for issues, if they don't, I'll try elsewhere. -

Avoid at all costs! One week after our supposed switch date and EE have no idea when our broadband will be switched on, we haven't received a hub and they can't tell us when it will even be sent out to us. Blaming BT as EE say it is a department of BT Openreach which is responsible for sending out hubs & activating broadband however BT dispute this.
EE customer service appalling, they couldn't care less that we have been without wifi and will continue to be for the (un)foreseeable future - so we've switched back to BT back obviously now have two weeks' wait until that switch on date!
Total nightmare. Don't bother!
Comments:
TODAY, THE BROADBAND SERVICE DIED.
CALLED EE TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED, THEY BLAMED BT FOR TURNING SERVICE OFF EARLY ANF THAT IT WOULD TAKE 10 DAYS TO RECONNECT.
IF YOU NEED THE 'SEAMLESS' TRANSITION THAT WAS PROMISED, PLEASE AVOID IT, OTHERWISE YOU MAY FIND YOURSELF WITH THE LACK OF CONNECTIVITY I'M NOW FACED WITH AND I RUN A BUSINESS THAT NEEDS A RELIABLE SERVICE.
i SHOULD HAVE ADHERED TO THE OLD PHRASE, IF IT AINT BROKE, DONT FIX IT.
EE BROADBAND SWAP WITH EXISTING ISP,.....STEER CLEAR!!
