Very slow broad band and very bad customer service.
If you are an existing customer they will sent a text to get the
Feedback but you can't score it. These text not delivered to them. I was with EE more than 3 years but because of their
Bad customer service time to leave them. -

We had issue with the TV box it overheats and crashes once a week.We then have to reset it which takes 5 minutes . The record does not work as it stops recording after 10 minutes or after the adverts. so the last 5 films we wanted to watch just finished after the first advert.
The internet is rubbish , slow , drops out and inconsistent. I signed up for cheaper Sky sports , they cancelled the deal the same day, all I want is the golf which Now TV don't do.
I thought TalkTalk was bad but I am going to move back and suffer their complete lack of security etc. Do not get EE Broadband or TV box, however my friends tell me EE mobile is good??? -

Would give zero stars if I could.
I AM PAYING 30 POUNDS MONTHLY AND I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER SIM CARD AS EE IS NOT WORKING IN MY AREA AND NOBODY, NOBODY IS WILLING TO HELP!!!
Found myself in the situation where I am paying for a service which is NOT working, gave TEN CALLS to customer service and after I got upset they finally put my call through tecnical support.
A lady told me to follow some steps and then drop her an email if the issue wasn't fixed.
I sent her already TWO emails and OF COURSE nobody got back to me (....but they keep taking my money......).
If you want to buy something from EE or T MOBILE then pray that you live in one of their privileged areas, otherwise you'll be paying for the rest of your life for a service which is not working. -

I have been a customer of EE mobile for many years, after having a terrible experience with Virgin Media I decided to switch to EE Fibre. I went for the 72mb/s package with EE TV.
I have had EE broadband for over 18months now, and have just renewed my contract for a further 18months. I have experienced no problems what so ever, speed is consistently higher than the advertised at all times of day. Upload speed blows VM out of the water! The connection is not only reliable, but stable 24/7.
I don't understand all of these negative reviews, EE have guaranteed me a speed of at least 40mb/s and said that if it falls below this then I would be released from my contract. Virgin media don't openly offer this kind of guarentee. Speed has never been less than advertised when using ethernet cable or 5ghz WiFi. I would imagine many people are complaining about speeds over WiFi when they do not understand that lower end WiFi can only transmit slow speeds! - Try plugging it in via ethernet or connecting to the 5ghz WiFi channel.
Would highly recommend EE to anyone! - Before anyone says it - No, I am in no way affiliated with EE, just a happy customer who's tired of reading bad reviews! - Not many people take the time to write a review when they're happy with a service, but we all feel the need to report when we're unhappy.
Keep up the good work EE, excellent broadband, excellent TV, excellent mobile and fantastic customer service! -

Don't get EE broadband. I paid for the most expensive package and they are currently giving me below the standard package speeds. I was getting 74mps down speeds before now all of a sudden for the past 2 months i'm getting a download speed of less than 2mps and being charged for 76mps.
I am almost certain they are throttling my line. All speed tests are consistent as it is showing the same speeds no matter what time of day, this is proof that there is throttling. All web pages literally become crippled if I download ANYTHING, the only reason i'm getting 2mbps download is because of IDM if I download normally it is kbs speed not mbs.
I called them and they are pretending the line is "fine" when thy know they are throttling/capping it.
Now they are saying they will send an engineer out.... and wont bother with over the phone tests...probably so they can try and charge me £50 by claiming I've down something on my end.
DISGUSTING that companies get away with this ish. -

Would give zero stars if I could. The internet is useless, often can't even connect and cuts out in the middle of watching a video (for example).
Have complained multiple times, but because my speed test (when I can connect) is within the promised limit they say everything must be fine so they can't do anything. The speed test doesn't account for being unable to connect. It also doest seem to be possible that we are receiving the said speeds as if the internet does connect it is painfully slow (2 minutes to open a simple email, no pictures).
Have been holding out before leaving to get fibre optic, unfortunately EE are the only ever providers currently in the area!
Can't put up with no internet any longer, using all of my mobile phone data to hotspot when I need to work at home is unacceptable. Will be leaving EE today.
TL;DR: DO NOT GET EE INTERNET. IT DOES WORK AND THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING TO TRY AND FIX IT

Get slightly more then we pay for, year and a half with no issues apart from bad writing in the property which wasn't their fault. Switched from sky when we was getting awful internet.
Only downsides are their terrible site and they're not the cheapest -

Possibly one of the worst product experiences I’ve ever had. Was told a minimum of 1mbps download, up to around 4mbps. Actual download was about 0.01mbps. (That’s slower than dial-up). Reliability is a joke. At peak times you should expect it to cut out about once every ten minutes.
I can’t rate this product badly enough. If you decide to use it after reading this review - more fool you. -

Only get reasonable speeds at low usage times. As soon as it hits a peak period you may as well not bother.
I pay for 38 mb Fibre and currently getting a download speed of 2.08 mb.
When calling I just get told they cannot guarantee their WIFI speeds, only ethernet...
I would not recommend EE to anyone. AVOID -

I have been with EE for 6 months after switching from BT.Conection cut off every night between 6 and 8 pm. Customer support polite and helpful but not able to solve problem so far.I suspect BT are responsible as they control the line. -

So very disappointed with EE broadband. They have made it clear they are not big players as a supplier. We regularly get new routers - the light box that doesn't last long. Very awful. Cannot wait til the contract ends - we will be leaving EE broadband. Please, if you have not yet bought EE broadband then DON'T!!! Waste of time, money and effort. -

The worst customer experience I have ever had with a company. tried to move broadband when I moved house and took over a month. Was misinformed about progress and what the issue was several times along the way and now the broadband speed isn't great. no acknowledgement from them that my experience was awful and seemed happy to then try asking me to upgrade to a better service. Avoid at all cost. when my contract expires I will be switching. they should be ashamed if they think they are offering a good service. -

Ridiculously low broadband speed and although told when I committed to the contract it was the best I could get because no fibre in the area I have found Virgin can provide much better service with cable. -

The speed of the fire is terrible, I dread to think what normal broadband is like, constantly cuts out for no reason, I have been with sky, talk talk, virgin and EE are by far the worst provider I have ever been with. Id rather go back to dial up, stay away, if your looking for cheap broadband go with talk talk or plus net. Just awful connection and speed.
