If something’s gone wrong with your italk service, there are a few simple ways to get your complaint heard:

  1. Call 0333 210 4290 or email [email protected].

  2. You should receive a response within 5 working days.

  3. If you’re unhappy, ask for your complaint to be escalated to the Senior Team.

 

Escalating your complaint to the Ombudsman

If your issue hasn’t been resolved after eight weeks, or you’ve received a deadlock letter, you can contact CISAS, italk’s Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme (ADR).

Cancelling while in contract

If you’re still within your minimum term, you’ll need to contact italk to cancel.

Early termination charges

Expect to pay your monthly fee x the number of months left on your contract.

Cancelling during the cooling-off period

New customers can cancel within 14 days of their broadband service starting without paying a penalty.

Moving house

Because italk is a smaller ISP, broadband availability depends on your new address. If you’re moving, give at least 30 days’ notice, and check whether italk can transfer your service.
