To calculate the total cost of a package, we look at the total cost of the contract. Here's the maths:
Upfront costs + monthly fee + price rises - reward total = total cost
How does it work?
If you switch with Broadband Genie, but find a better offer for the same package on the same day, here's what to do:
- Email [email protected] with the confirmation email from your new provider. Make sure this includes the date and time you received it
- Add a link to the site on which you’ve found the better deal, along with a screenshot
- We'll check and match this with your transaction in our records
- If we have a match, you're all set. We'll get to work sending your voucher and your bonus tenner!
- When your provider confirms the sale to us, we'll email to let you know it’s time to claim your voucher.
When can you use the Genie Guarantee?
Broadband deal prices can vary significantly from one day to the next. Because of this, we'll only price match within the same calendar day.
