How do I claim an EE reward?
To get your EE broadband reward, follow the instructions on checkout.
Add your email and look out for further instructions sent to your inbox. Once your broadband has been installed, you may need to wait up to 120 days for EE to validate your purchase.
After your purchase has been validated, you'll receive a link to claim your reward from [email protected]. We recommend you add this address to your safe list.
If you've not received your voucher after 120, you should submit an enquiry to Giftcloud.

Any additional offers (such as Amazon Vouchers) will come from Broadband Genie automatically. You won't need to do anything extra to claim these rewards.
