EE broadband is one massive scam. Doesn't work properly ever. Cannot get on and when I can it's too slow to send an email with an attachment. No chance for streaming. Constant buffering and freezing. Garbage broadband. No interest from service department who are rude and uninterested. Cannot wait for the contract to end. Do not go to this scam EE. -

I thought I would add my review of this totally joke of a broadband package. Just had a mid contract price hike on my "fixed for 18 months" contract. BAD, BAD badly slow download speeds render ee broadband all but useless. No point ringing customer service as there is no service. Cannot understand how anyone can think this is good broadband. NEVER AGAIN...AVOID!!!!!!! -

EE Broadband is about as bad as it gets. It is just too slow to work properly. I was lied to about the download speed when they sold me this package and I have complained loads of times to the customer services department but not one thing has been done to make it better. Never go to EE!! -

had the 30 pound fibre installed as I need fast and reliable internet.
since installation I have been getting pings in excess of 1000 m/s when it should be less than 10. This means high levels of lag and dropping of connection.
Speeds have averaged at 10 mb/s when I should get up to 38, and a MINIMUM level of 23.
EE try to deny any claim of bad service by quoting a speed test they do in the middle of the night that is slightly above the lower limit. Very strange.
Refused that there was an issue until I said that I can e-mail them evidence of the poor connection.
Then after the phone call with the rude customer service person, I was kicked off the internet completely. Certainly looks like a retaliation by the EE staff.

We bought an 18 month deal up front at the same speed as our previous broadband deal (~20MB), which is perfect for us as 2 people living in a small flat, only using the internet for streaming SD videos. The speed is abysmal since we switched, and regularly drops to below 1MB. EE have tried to fix this my playing around with our router settings remotely, but we really haven't been happy with the service at all! It just keeps happening, and we cant even load the speed test website sometimes, let alone watch videos! On top of this, they raised the charge by £2 a month a few months after we joined, when we thought we were getting a fixed price deal by paying for 18 months up front. Really disappointed! -

I have never known broadband so bad and so slow. Most of the time I cannot use it because I do not have the time to wait for the simplest thing to download. My Amazon Firestick, which worked great with SKY, just cannot download a single video properly. I have complained so many times to EE but nothing improves and I also have had a price increase mid term contract to add insult to injury. What a garbage company!!! -

I was promised faster and cheaper broadband than the Sky package I had.....pack of lies. Seriously slow broadband. EE just doesn't known how to provide broadband but it sure knows how to rob you. No come back from their excuse for a customer services dept. A price hike mid contract. DO NOT USE EE!!!!!!!!!!!! -

If you want good broadband then keep away from EE because this broadband is about the worst there is. Dead slow. Buffering all the time. Save your time and go elsewhere. Do not believe what they promise it will not happen. GARBAGE!!!! -

This ee broadband is very slow. Ocassionally it is impossible to log on at all. The slow speed is a real issue because it prevents me from being able to use my internet and this happen most of the time. I was promised around 55 megabites but I am only getting 1.2. That is a massive difference. I have complained so many times but it is never fixed. Basically this is fraud. I cannot recommend EE to anybody. The moment the contract expires I am off to another provider. Frankly, I will never, ever go to EE again! -

I cannot understand how this organisation has not been prosecuted and why it is still in business. This EE Broadband is just the worst that I have ever known. There is no way to watch any kind of video and the download speed is almost stationary. My best advice is KEEP AWAY FROM EE BROADBAND!!! -

EE broadband is so bad it beggars belief. Hard to log on to, impossible to stream due to the slowness, even rudimentary tasks cannot be performed because EE broadband does not provide the necessary speed. Approx 1.2Mbps is what I am getting. Appauling! Customer care????....what a joke. Mis-sold, mis-represented...MIS-TAKE!!!!! -

Terrible terrible broadband. I would only wish this on my worst enemy. Without comparison the worst broadband that I have ever had. This is not the deal that I was promised when I left Sky. A pack of lies. Too slow to do anything with. EE is one rip off company. Forget customer services...they are trained to lie to you. -

In simple terms: DO NOT GET IT!!! The worst broadband connection I have ever experienced in my life. Either there is a fault in the line, problem with the speed or the router is simply disconnected. EE lures their customer with low prices but it is cheaper in the long term to get a wprking internet connection for a higher price. You will not make 3 hour long calls to restore your connection or find out what is going on, you will not have to use public internet when your broadband isn’t working again and you simply will pay for proper internet. EE internet is a scam. As for people in London it is more convenient to use public internet in a coffee shop when needed than have EE broadband that never works!!!! -

EE Broadband is about as bad as it gets! Snail pace speed makes it pretty unusable. Service Dept is inept and useless and also disinterested. This download speed is hopeless and not what I was promised!!! When this contract is up I will never use EE again!!!! It deserves NO STARS!
