Complained at the 3 shop and they said nothing to do with us for the poor reception.
Although the router says it is working with all the 5 lights on saying good signal strength. My computer says 1 bar and takes ages to load. -

Their broadband service is horrendous! I've been with them a few years now and I average connection speeds of 1-2mbs!
For a period of 2 months, I actually got speeds of 20-30mbs but that was it!
Full signal on the router yet I suspect they are throttling the speed.
Too many users and not enough bandwidth!
As for their customer service, the worst I've ever experienced. Call centre in India where they haven't a clue and read from a script. They then try selling you even more rubbish when you're not happy with what you currently have! 2 hours, 3 operators and if I'm honest, I could barely understand them!
I went with 3 as I didn't have to worry about having a landline! Lesson learnt. Once the contract is up, I'll be cancelling and going to a fixed connection.
I've been with them since they began and their whole service has gotten worse each year.
I'd think long and hard if you're considering using them for Broadband. They're not a service I would recommend.

Terrible internet provider. Shockingly bad performance and reliability in general. I can barely watch a 32 second video on YouTube these days without it needing to take several minutes to buffer and load.
Started around a month ago. Until then their service was alright, not great, but alright. However, suddenly my internet has become the most unreliable piece of crap in the world, and Three's customer service is next to useless when it comes to actually telling you why that is; they're pretty useless for most things beyond scripted answers, but at least most are polite.
I apparently have unlimited data, but you wouldn't know that with how little data they actually afford me. I'm lucky to get 1mpbs anymore. -

Top floor in the middle of zone 1, the 5G coverage map shows my house should have 5G indoors and out. However, I'm only getting 4g. During the day, I was getting maybe 30-50 mbps, not the worst, far from the best though. As I write this review, at 6pm, it jumps from 2-3 mbps to 30ish. I was expecting 5G speeds, and to say I am disappointed, would be a lie, as you must firstly have expectations to be disappointed, and my expectations from 3 are absolutely 0. So the prophecy has been fulfilled, luckily, I am within the 14 day grace period, and will see how difficult they make it to cancel this contract.
I would advise you not to get this product, if you need reliable and decently fast internet. Goodluck fellas -

Terrible. This should be a 5g speed/service? It takes more than 1 min to upload a 50-sec video on the web. When we do some research online we spend more time waiting for the page to be found and opened that the time that we spend working. Absolutely a negative experience. We will return it for sure. -

Terrible connection - unusable product. Have great 4G coverage in my area and incredible speed with EE, but the connectivity from 3 cuts out every few seconds. Have to restart the device every 2mins to get any internet at all. Would avoid at all costs -

The most embarrassing mobile network ever! Do not listen the the good reviews as their is only 1% of good reviews and are most likely fake. Anyway to the point it’s the worst mobile network ever, Not once have I ever got 5g even though I’m a few blocks away for the 5g tower, I struggle to get 4g and consistently on 1 bar. -

There is a special place in hell for whoever thought Mifi Internet packages were a great idea for homes. Maybe if ypu live in a van, sure you can make an argument for that but a home. Please do not advertise those as a great Internet deal. Its not. You'll be pulling your hairs put in no time. The volatility in Internet speeds is ridiculous. I had the unfortunate luck to have found a room in a house in London with a Three Mifi package. Worst decision I have ever made. Don't take for granted a good Internet package that is overkill for your needs. Seriously. You'll want to watch a movie, you can't. You want to play video games online, keep dreaming. I have honestly not seen an Internet as bad as this one. I would actually rather have dial up Internet. St least I know what I'm getting.

Several months with their 4G MiFi, the device is located by the window on a high floor in Central London. Average download speed 2 to 3 Mb/s, when it works!
Often continuous disconnection and reconnection. Very unreliable internet. I suppose their 5G must be similar as it is newest network and they are not able to sort out their 4G. I've got mobile data plan with BT and it has excellent coverage in my home, so it's a Three service issue. I do not recommend it at all. -

I've had three broadband for over 4 years now as BT or sky isn't an option. As for fibre. That's a pipe dream where I live. At first it was OK, but over the last few months (start of 2022) three's broadband is getting worse ! I have a good signal for 4g. But forget it. -

Truly awful, both in terms of the service itself and the customer service.
Before signing up to Three Mobile Broadband I called them to check coverage in the location I would be using it. I was told coverage was good. It is not. Coverage is very, very poor. I even had the router outside and tried every direction on several occasions.
I have reported this to Three who are refusing to accept this and demanding early termination fee. They are an unscrupulous company.
I have now purchased EE mobile broadband and receive very good coverage and good customer service. You get what you pay for! -

We have found the Three mobile network is a waste of money. Lucky we didn't sign up to a contract because it would have been a disaster.
Three's signal is unreliable and their broadband in our area is regularly throttled.
Living in a seaside, rural area doesn't help, especially when visitors overload the network.
Three's customer services are also poor; they don't answer social media messages and nothing has been resolved for us over the phone.
Three's mobile PAYG has become expensive over the past few years, and it just isn't value for money any more. -

Absolutely useless. Have been with the 3 pay as you go for ages with hardly any problems so I decided to try their 4G broadband. Great to begin with but now the signal is useless even with the 3 mast at the end of my street!! If you need mobile broadband don't use 3. You will just end up wasting your money. -
