We were happy with our 3 mobile service so we opted for their internet services, big mistake. The signal drops daily despite moving the router to different positions. The WiFi indicator is mostly green or red, rarely blue as it shoud be. We get films buffering and Alexa dropping out several times a day. The helpline only asks us to do the dame things that we have already tried. Sadly locked into contract for 2 years. Will not be renewing. -

I’ve been a customer of [3] for 10 years, using three different phone lines with the same service. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing. For the same service, they charged different amounts for each SIM card: one was charged £12, and another £22, even though all were registered in my name and paid from my bank account. Despite numerous calls, I received no satisfactory explanation, and each time I called, I was bounced around between representatives with no resolution.
After a decade of being a loyal customer, I decided to explore other options and found that other companies offer much better services at more competitive prices. I tried to resolve the issue with [3] again but ended up calling them nearly five times in a week, each time being redirected or disconnected. Even when visiting their branches, I was told to resolve issues over the phone, and they refused to help in person.
Today, I’m completely fed up with [3]. When I asked to speak to a manager, the person I was connected with, named Mr. Z, was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude. Throughout the entire conversation, he failed to apologize for the inconvenience and instead started yelling and making excuses. In the end, he told me to create a new account, which was a completely unnecessary and frustrating step.
I’ve decided to switch providers because [3] has proven to be untrustworthy and unprofessional. I strongly advise against using their services. My experience was extremely negative, and I feel that the management lacks the ability to address customer concerns effectively. -

Unfortunately, we cannot get better internet in our block of flats, therefore we have two connections. Three, the 5G works well when we run just the TV on it, but it gets more difficult on video calls. Stability is not great either. -

For the most part, utter rubbish unless you fall lucky (and luck is a factor given the gamble on internet reception ) in where you live, how high up you, how bad the weather is. Avoid this, 'service' if you can, it's not worth the frustration, time or cost. -

Waste of money.
If you are looking for mobile broadband, don't bother. And don't be fooled by their coverage map as it says that my area has Excellent coverage and still I can barely load a single page on my laptop.
Unfortunately, I'm on a 12-month contract so still paying for it (and they have just increased my monthly charge from £26 to £28.06) although I barely use it because nothing loads.
You will be better off increasing your phone's monthly data limit and hotspot it. It works so much better than using Three's mobile broadband -

I ordered 5g broadband from Three. Because they start charging you from the moment you order you have to give notice to your existing provider otherwise you'll be paying 2 providers at the same time. This wouldn't be a problem if Three worked - BUT IT DOESN'T. After a morning spent trying in vain to connect to the internet I finally got to speak to technical support who said there were long delays in registering SIMS and it would take some time for my broadband to go live. After waiting for some time still no internet I went through the whole palava of ringing the Indian call centre again only to be told now there was an outage on the system. I cancelled before ever having got online, but of course now I had no broadband as I'd had to give notice to my previous provider. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. -

If I could give them zero I would.
Started off great and convenien eg could move router outside in summer. Speeds of 300mb.
Deteriorated to the point of being unusable - speeds of sub 1mB, especially during the day time.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PROVIDER EVER -

Avoid at all costs. They messed us around for 6 months claiming they were fixing the poor connection, only to later finally say that they can’t offer 5G in SW London whilst their website and (Indian based) employees stated otherwise.
Shocking experience. Avoid avoid avoid. -

This is the most unreliable Internet I have ever had and we live in Reigate in Redhill, which is not far from major connections. Do not buy this. If you’re counting on stable Internet, need to work from home or do conference calls. Please also be aware that for some reason they put on parental controls that you only can have removed if you go to the shop. Do not buy this product. It’s crap. -

Tried to cancel last month using online chat. As told it was being done. Today get a call demanding payment for the month as the cancel request didn't go through.
I find it quite convenient that I'm at fault and need to pay for threes mistake. Typical rip off Britain style of operation. Take Advantage of your customers. -

This is the worst internet I have ever worked with in my entire life. The service keeps dropping and the speed is nowhere near what was promised in the contract. Customer service keeps repeating the script that they need to read out whenever you call with an issue and are never able to help. I've asked mulitple times to cancel the contract that they are in breach of by not providing the service they have promised and yet they want to charge me an early cancellation fee. In what world do I need to pay to end a contract that they are not fulfilling?! AVOID AT ALL COST
Comments:
An absolute disaster of a company.
Dreadful internal cross communication all aspects
After nearly 7 months in negotiations,.. after about 5 weeks they demanded nearly £400 in fees then got a debt recovery agency to collect it.
This affected my credit score in that time period.
Eventually in late November they admitted a mistake.
Guess what no apologies from Three
