Utter rubbish, since day 1, I have had issues with this service. They sent me an extender to boost my signal and still it does nothing but drop out!
I have asked to be released from my contract as it’s not fit for purpose and today they asked me to start undoing the faceplate on the BT Open reach socket - this should not be expected of customers. AMD still they won’t let me leave, instead promising yet again to fix the issue -

It's worst broadband I've ever had in my whole life. Lot of connection issues and had used their Broadband fast track customer service multiple times but did not improve the service. Entered a long term contract so I'm tied up until this Sep. Would never use this provider as multiple complaints did not improve the service. -

STAY AWAY If you work from home, relying on internet access, DO NOT trust these guys to honour their promise. I signed up with Vodafone for a home broadband in mid December 2022. Connection date was set for 2nd of January but within a week they postponed my activation day to 10th of January. I waited patiently as we had a contract. The date came and it did bring no broadband signal. Apparently something happened, no one thought it was a good idea to at least inform the customer that things are not happening AT ALL! Nevertheless, the "FLYING START" team (as they call themselves) tried to sign me up again few times on the next day. The cheek of it! I am not waiting for another month to be told that I need to re submit my order again and again. Customer service advisors are brilliant, however they are not able to rectify the problem for you. So, look elsewhere and save yourselves the troubles, delays and wasted time. -

I joined Vodafone in July 2022 and they've been surprisingly bad. The connection has dropped regularly since the beginning, but in the last 10 days the internet has had complete outages for hours at a time, getting increasingly worse. Prior to this, I was supplied by Talk Talk and, latterly, Plusnet without issue. I regret joining Vodafone and hope - given that their poor service breaches the contract - to switch to someone else soon. -

Crap company .phoned to join Vodaphone in july. Gave all the info and was given a connection date. No one came but the router
arrived within a week. Spoke to a different person who said I would
have to give all the details again and was given a new connection date Surprise surprise nobody can.
Contacted them again and was told the order hadn't gone through and I would have to give all the details again. If the order hadn't gone through how did the router appear? -

I have spent the last 2 hours trying to find someone to help with my broadband. Would you believe their is no one available. I tried yesterday too. I can't even do chat with an advisor after Tobi. I have had broadband problems several times and I wish I could go with a different provider0 but they will charge an exit fee so.i aam stuck till next December. Vodafone I cannot reccomend. -

Have had Router fault not recognised by Vodafone, broadband worked fine for 9 months now is useless. Found the problem was with the 2.5ghz signal. They can't see it and refuse to replace the router. -

Vodaphone broadband has a very patchy signal. Great when working, but regularly loses signal for extended lengths of time. I tried contacting vodaphone a couple of times, but all they did was try to sell me a more expensive package.
When I came to cancel my broadband due to moving house, they stung me for a £29 cancellation fee, in spite of my protestations.
Avoid vodaphone broadband. In my opinion they are a disgrace. -

My dealings with Vodafone have been nothing but disastrous. In the end I had to cancel my account before they even installed my Broadband because it was delayed for so long with no sign of any hope of any service at all. Absolutely DO NOT use Vodafone for your Broadband. -

I was sold the 900mbps plan and now they say they can max gaurantee half the speed with wired connection. They say on wifi they cannot assure any speed as such.
This is highly unprofessional service by Vodafone -

Engineers missed two appointments without letting me know. They threaten a £110 fee if I missed the appointment but offer less than the Ofcom scheme that they have signed up to.
On the second missed appointment (a 9am to 1pm slot), I contacted their team via Tobi at 12:30 and received a response at 12:54 telling me that the engineer was still going to arrive on time. I questioned that and ten minutes later was told that there might be a problem and that they might need to rearrange. They put me on to a manager who told me the engineer was still going to arrive and that I needed to wait for them. Within two hours somebody then told me that they knew 24 hours in advance that the engineer wasn't going to arrive.
They have consistently promised compensation but only once the service starts. However, after 9 months, I still do not have a start date.
I pointed out that if I had missed those two appointments, they would have charged me £220. It grates on me that they do not value my time as a customer. Their response was to offer me £10 credit. When I declined, they went up to £50 as a 'good will gesture'.
I don't feel that they have particularly tried to help in even identifying what the problem is, let alone helping to solve this. After all this time, they till have not told me what the problem is, despite insisting that ultrafast broadband is available in my area.
I have wasted hours and hours dealing with this company. My biggest mistake was trusting them twice. Please please please learn from this and don't trust them even once. They talk some good talk when you first go with them, but it's all downhill (or non-existent) once you've committed. -

The speed has been great and the reliability is generally quite good. But just don't do it to yourself...
It's all well and good until something goes wrong. Then you have to go to their website and deal with TOBI - the online chatbot. You'll spend hours being told your query doesn't exist before eventually reaching a person. At this stage, it'll feel like you're being scammed as they asked you to enter segments of PINs into a chat box and divulge all your personnel info. Eventually, they'll need to transfer you to another person who answers one question and then transfers you back to the same person previously, after you've queued for 10 mins between each. Eventually, the conversation might finish and it'll offer you a transcript of the chat, which will seem like a good idea, so you can refer back to it in future, but also to show off the time stamps to all your friends to prove you did actually spend 1hr 45mins of your life chatting to an online help system to get to the other end and still have no internet. They'll all think you're so cool. But you won't be able to do that, so you'll never earn your friend's respect because Vodafone will never send you the transcripts. EVER. I've asked for that at the end of every chat and received none. It's a good system.
They do have an automated telephone system as well if you're the type of person who prefers hearing voices as you're passed from team to team and never really given the answers you need. Each to their own.
In summary, I'll never be a Vodafone customer again because I value my own time far more than they do.
