The customer service is excellent, the person who came to sort it out in the first place was really nice, and when I had to change the router it arrived quickly with clear instructions, they seem to understand that not everyone is tech savvy and don't make you feel like a dinosaur! -

I have always found Plusnet staff very helpful and informative when I have rung them. When we moved recently, Plusnet sorted everything very quickly so that our broadband was set up ready for us when we arrived - very important for our autistic son. -

We've had Plusnet now for about 6 weeks.
Ordered Full Fibre 900 and arranged installation date, then later realised we were double booked for that date. Contacted Plusnet to rearrange installation and fit through to a fantastic rep on the phone who couldn't have been more helpful.
Since installation we are regularly getting speeds in excess of what we have been quoted, with over 1000mbps download and 96mbps upload speed, with a ping of 26.
We also have seen agreement reliability, so far we haven't had any breaks at all. We're a house of 5 very heavy users and we haven't seen any buffering or dropouts at all. Highly recommend -
