I have NOW TV wifi installed. Which necessitates a landline. They said they would send an engineer, but hey never did and when I called, I was told they had already hooked it up. Not! They then sent out a BT engineer a week later and got it working.
I got my statement and there were about 30 calls made to Angola. The date of the calls happened between the time of the first installation date (when the line wasn't working) and the second installation date (when the line was sorted correctly).
We obviously wanted the call charges taken off and NOW TV escalated to their manager and came back w an offer to take £10 off the bill! Why in the world should I pay for calls that were made by someone else when the line was not functioning.
All of this took literally hours of calling NOW TV, waiting for one person after another and that's their resolution? -

So bad with the outage yesterday and no information about it until today. No apologies, Also they are underhand in tricking people into extending contracts to reduce prices they have mandatory increased. I’ll never trust them again and am leaving to go elsewhere. I hate them ! -

I can't fault NOW TV Broadband. After reading some of the other reviews and getting my date delayed by 1 week with an OpenReach issue, it turns out that it actually was an OpenReach issue. I spoe to NOW a couple of times, very quick to answer once you go through the Option 3, Option 1 answer message. Very polite staff, apologetic and contacted me to say they had heard from OpenReach and confirmed the switch on date. OpenReach arrived well in time, connected to the OpenReach socket and didn't have much of a signal, so the engineer put a new socket in within 2 minutes and I instantly got great coverage in all rooms with no lag whatsoever. My son started downloading his PlayStation 4 updates and games, we went out for an hour and came back and all was downloaded. Can't fault them to be honest, right from the start they've been consistently extremely polite and very helpful. I've got the 38Mb/s fibre broadband with landline and for £23 per month on a 12 month contract, they are cheaper by far than any other. 5 stars all round from me. -

Switched online to NowBroadband from Virgin, then Virgin called us with a better deal. Cancelled the contract with NowBoradband within the cooling period.
However, they kept taking direct debits for 4 months and after spending hours with their useless customer service team on the phone, will still now refund our monies. Haven't even been connected to their service. In my opinion: thieves - stay away.
I recommend switching between EE and Virgin every 2 years to keep on good deals. Both have better service and speeds. -

Now tv have consistently failed to collect direct debit payments. After 6 months of this I eventually changed bank accounts. Today they have collected their payment. For the last few months the Internet stops working for upto an hour around midnight. Ive been fobbed off with 'System updates' 'denial' 'manager to call you back and 'You could always go elsewhere'. Its frustrating, the website is as friendly as a hangry guard dog, the line check useless! It needs working internet to test line issues, so if there's no Internet connection, it cant test anything! getting in touch with them takes the tenacity of a bounty hunter & the realisation that you need more magic than Disney to get a phone number out of that website & instead have to Google 'Speak to human NowTv'. Once you get through, the staff are good its the crazy Nowtv frame in which they work that is the issue. Nowtv don't do good will, apology or rectify mistakes permanently. The same issues happen each month. Tonight Internet went off at 23.54. It finally came back on at 00.44. Tomo I will battle to contact them again, they will in turn show me these actions are the definition of insanity. Time to change companies.. Id recommend teasing that hangry guard dog with a big steak a better idea than choosing them as your Internet provider, dont do it!! -

We're on the basic 'brilliant broadband' package, having just moved into our first real apartment after uni. My partner is a key worker and I run a small business from home (due to the pandemic). I knew going in that the speed was less than average, but for our needs, would be adequate. And it would have been adequate, if we were getting the 'guaranteed' speeds. The package promises 11mb/s with a minimum of 4mb/s. Instead, we consistently get 0.7 mb/s. Thank god for unlimited mobile data, my hotspot is infinitely more effective than their broadband. An engineer was sent out to fix the problem to no avail, and trying to contact customer support is a nightmare - like they deliberately go out of their way to prevent you calling. We've been with NOW TV for less than 2 months and are already switching. Save yourself the hassle and go with literally anyone else. -

No idea how this lot make any money. They've installed two lines for us at separate properties, including a brand new copper pair at the second, entirely free of charge. Broadband is reasonably fast and cheap, and on the new copper pair download speed, latency and packet loss are all good. Customer support is UK-based and pretty helpful. -

It took me 2 months and I am still in the midst of a long process getting back my refund with them. After purchase, the box cam very quickly but there is no internet connection on the day it suppose to go live. Waited for 5 days, customer service is very poor with a lot lapses in communication. Get different instructions every single day and none of them works out as promised. Cancelled on day 5, and thought that was it but no. a month later and our refund is still not with us, called several times again with different instructions, message and timeline. Asked us to wait another month and we will get a full refund. Mid October, sent an email to charge us for early termination fee, which is more than the broad band we subscribe to. So without using their data once, i was charge the first month and now issued another letter for an early termination fee when we cancelled within the cooling off period. Called again several times, again different messages. Reassured us that is an autogenerated email and don't worry about it. Refund will be done in November. November, not surprise we got charged AGAIN. We are fuming by now and the customer services are just completely unreliable. Called again this morning and hope to get all the money refund in next few days. But this again, might be one of many promises that they can't keep. I just want to cut this relationship with nowtv asap. Wasted a lot of our time and causing significant inconvenience. Took me 2 months to decide to put it here, hope to save you from your time and unnecessary stress. -

Useless. Had ordered Now Broadband package, BT Openreach engineer never turned up. I was at home all day and they couldn't be bothered to just knock on the door. Hiding behind the excuse of a missed phone call. Usually you're told to make sure someone's home on installation day. Now Broadband have been absolutely useless. For weeks I've had to chase them up for another engineer appointment. They said they would resolve the issue. A couple of times I was told a new installation date had been booked - lies. Apparently they were waiting for further advices and no appointment had been booked. When I confronted them about being lied to, the worker claimed there had been errors in the system for booking the appointment. Nearly a month later, they drop a casual email stating that my order has been cancelled. Hiding behind a vague email, not bothering to phone me to address what the underlying issues for cancellation were. I have stressed repeatedly to them that I have a lot of back log and I need the broadband installed ASAP. Too much miscommunication within their own organisation and staff are giving out mixed messages. Keep having to wait for 72 hour updates and in the end you feel that you are constantly chasing them up and they barely have the time to ring you. Really disappointed. -

Terrible service. Not worth saving pennies, go with talk talk. I chose this due to non-contract, as someone who moves house every 6 months. Not worth the £60+ installation. Engineer date delayed by one week. Then, delayed activation by 3 weeks, cannot contact relevant teams directly have to wait for a call back by 'tier 2'. Waited three weeks, received no phone calls. Received a text saying to call back generic NowTV number as they tried to contact me but couldnt get through. Was informed my order was cancelled. They cannot confirm why, they presume it was previous tenant. I think It was Now TV. Generally customer service is diabolical and have zero information. I was told I'd have to re-order, if you look at timeline you'll imagine that's another 4 weeks, while having to work from home :) Don't do it -

Just joined them this week. Setup was on time. But quickly found the router would not cover our terraced house. Then the line keeps dropping every hour or so.
Customer service tells me the signal will get better over time... er how? So they have lost any trust.
Am now extremely unpopular with kids.DO NOT COME TO NOWTV land. It is as bad as it sounds. -

I have NOW tv's Fab Fibre broadband with a guaranteed minimum speed of 36mbps. Although they tell me repeatedly that the speeds they are getting are between 28 and 36 the fastest I have ever had coming into the house are 20 (and that only ever intermittently). The usual is between 2 and 18. Rubbish.

I am a Key Worker for IT company and they made my days worst. very slow speed, poor customer service, now resolution till now. Don't go with their cheap pricing deals.
