I've not had any terrible experiences with the provider and any major connection issues have been quickly resolved. I'm not sure how their prices compare to other providers. -

In 3 decades BT has supplied the worst customer service of any coms company I've dealt with. There products are second rate, broadband and cloud phone, expensive and dated. Broadband speeds are a joke.
Made worst as my staff team refused to deal with them and for a variety of reasons it's difficult for us to switch. -

A historic provider of landline telephones and broadband in the UK. I have found the service to have very few problems or loss of service. I am happy with the current speed and service. -
