Started with Vodafone great for a month, then all down hill
Signal drops in and out, streaming on Netflix would buffer lots. Now comes the best part leaving them. Give a months notice not a problem, then they put a late charge on my account even when I was all paid up. Just received another bill even thou I left 3 months ago. Shocking from Vodafone. -

Speed is below that advertised. I contacted them and did get some money off monthly bill. How very now internet drops out constantly. Both WiFi and ethernet connection. Have contacted them 4 times and still no answers. Just a 48 hour line test each time then no news from Vodafone. -

Only arrived in the UK about a month ago, signed up to Vodafone broadband and mobile service. Mobile OK but broadband keeps losing its signal. I have the latest box from vodafone but it keep going to a red light for service. When you call the helpline, once you confirm that you are calling about the broadband their system just cuts you off. I thought it was me but tried it several times and it does the same thing everytime. It seems they do not want to help you to connect the broadband properly, but they do want your direct debit to take money from you!! As it stand at the moment, I would not recommend the Vodafone service to anyone. -

I have the new style of router from Vodafone - which apparently they used to just give their business customers. The model is a THG3000g and frankly it seems to be pretty good - apparently has beam forming so I get a really strong wifi signal (60 mbs ) around all the house.
Previously had the Huawei HHG2500 and this was a somewhat lacking piece of kit - wifi dropping and patchy coverage.
The actual internet connection has always been solid with only the occasional (once every 6 months for less than an hour) outage.
I'm happy with the level of service. -

I came looking for reviews of Vodafone's fibre broadband service after my internet died again this evening.
I agree with other reviewers. Vodafone fibre internet drops at least once a day, and usually more than that. I haven't bothered contacting support, I cancelled my contract within the 'cooling off' period. I'm going to try Virgin fibre, hopefully that will be better. -

Full of lies just to get your money.I ordered the Superfast 2 package so my average speed should have been 63mb but I have never had anywhere near that speed.
I let it go thinking it would take a while to build up speed but nope.
Called up and complained only to be told my property is not capable of getting 63mb and at the order page it should have told me before I placed my order but obviously Vodafone do not care about this and just want your money.
Now my connection is dropping every few minutes and I am needing to reconnect which is so frustrating and I am losing material I am doing online for college as I can not save it every few minutes as it does not have that function.
Overall Vodafone are just liars and cheats so do not pick them as your broadband provider,I wish I had not. -

Worst broadband I’ve ever had, having to change the channels daily. Called up to be told I had too many devices connected (it was three divorces) when I took out the broadband I was told upto 6. Broadband speed drops constantly if not cutting out completely. On top of all of this you can’t even get WiFi upstairs and we live in a small three bedroom house. I call up and I get told it must me my device (phone) which I know is not true because I upgraded not long ago and this has been ongoing the entire 12month contract. Switching to virgin media for 4pounds extra a month and 5 times the Mbps. Save your money and go elsewhere. -

Transition from Sky to Vodafone resulted in lost landline. no router, system failures, Customer Service with no authority, poor technical knowledge. Just a nightmare. Avoid if you rely on broadband. -

I have asked for it to be fixed over 10 times, I have had a new router. It stops about 5 - 10 times a day but when you call up you just get someone in a call centre with a script. Terrible service all round. -

Spent pretty much the whole 12 month contract in credit due to persistent over charging. Repeated out right lies told by customer services staff who are slow and incompetent. Couldn't wait to leave! Still owe us money over a month after the contract ended, small claims court claim pending. -

Absolute crap, no one there knows that they're doing.
Switched over to Vodafone, and parents has no internet, and no one there knows how to fix.
They just go through circles of diagnosing the issue, and checks and all these nonsense that doesn't actually fix the issue -

Tenants have been without internet for three weeks now, just woke up and literally didn't work one day. Ran through all of the diagnostic stuff they asked us to, promised an engineer three times but never happened, just kept asking us to jump through more hoops to justify a call out.
Cannot connect, no speed whatsoever, 0 reliability. All customer service representitives that I've spoken to (over 8 hours this week!) Have lied to me and told me something completely different. -

Absolutely shocking service! I am appalled at the level we are being dealt with! After having no internet at all for 3 weeks they have now sent the much sought after dongle they had promised us to our old house address where it was refused by owner and sent back to Vodafone! Livid! As a key worker I have better things to be doing with my time then chasing up Vodafone on it’s inadequacies! With two small children at home and my wife pulling her hair out this is very very bad! -

If you're looking to do just email and streaming in my experience then it will work ok for the most part but for gaming dont even waste your time. I receive massive latency issues ranging from 90 all the way up to 3321 or just general packet loss. It does this multiple times a day every day without fail.Avoid -

Tried switching as was a good deal. They then tried charging £60 installation fee even thought advertised for free so false advertisement. Change your advert to reflect real prices -

Two home moves messed up. 18 months ago when I moved address they messed up the reconnect and left us without broadband for 6 weeks. They compensated with unlimited data on my mibile but that was not the service level I was expecting.
Fast forward to today and they have accidentally cut off my broadband a month early for a home move with no way to reconnect. Unlimited data again, but two of us working from home for at least two months now during COVID lockdown before they can even connect us again. Laughable incompetence. -

Just a quick note... I've only been wiht Vodafone for a month and not had any issue, nor have i contacted customer services.
I'm very happy with the service and have been getting the promised sync speed, although connection speed does tend to be a little lower which is not explain by my WIFI connection.
Comments:
Worse company, worse service. Guaranteed min. Speed nit delivered, three contracts. Full of unbelievable excuses now I.e. going back on the sales pitch. Regret signing up with them, never again. Con Artists. stay away
