If there was 0 star or negative then vodafone deserves it. They can't even do a proper new sales order and transfer the services from existing provider due to their system issues.
So what it meant,
- unncessary 40-60 minutes or more chat with your customer services for 3-4 days in last one month
- lost my original cashback voucher, had a credit check on my credit file which is of no use
- I have now cancelled the whole order as I dont want to coordinate between vodafone/BT and this experience has clearly shown that vodafone cannot be trusted for such a critical service
- I have gone back to my old supplier, they were comparatively costly but very reliable and you have not only lost a customer for now but forever -

City fibre are the installers and between them and Vodafone it’s a terrible service. Couldn’t even arrange the install and left me hanging. I would not recommend! -

I swapped from Plusnet whom i had no issues with for 3 years, so i know the line and services to my property are fine. I swapped to the same speed fibre package. Since moving, i've had no end of blackouts, dropouts, buffering, slow speeds etc.
They've just put the price up by 14.4% which is unjustifiable and just a money grabbing greedy exercise. I hope the board lose their jobs for such a scandalous greedy practice. Lost a customer for life that's for sure. -

After 6pm in the evening the download speed is completely useless and no one cares about it
Numerous phone calls and emails with attachments for the past two weeks and it’s still useless but according to Vodafone there is nothing wrong I urge everyone to avoid Vodafone at all costs -

With an overall customers satisfaction score of just 77%, at 45% customer satisfaction rating (compared to 85% for the top vendor) Ofcom has ranked Vodafone as the worst broadband provider in 2023.
My experience concurs - I've been a mobile customer for over 10 years, and broadband customer for over 4 years , had 3 rubbish routers and intermittant internet connection dropouts and slowdowns throughout.
The straw that broke the camels back is the pending 14.4% price increase and completely broken broadband upgrade offers. The upgrade promised in the email sent to me when I started the upgrade process from their website for ProII Full Fibre 100 for £28/m with UltraHub wasn't actually available so I couldn't actually take out the deal they offered! It would have been available for £43/m without the Ultrahub and thus wouldn't actually support the required features.
The routers have extremely unreliable wifi s/w issues requiring frequent restarts of the wifi to get Sonos systems and my LG TV connecting robustly, and the wired connections are also unreliable.
Customer support is 0/10. Vodafone provide a completely usless "AI assistance" TOBi which just doesn't work. The entire support system was down on 3 occasions which I tried to use it this week, and Vodafone's own staff also had problems due to its unreliabilities.
The support phone staff couldn't sort this issue so escalated it to another department which refered me back to the original support staff who couldn't resolve the issue! I asked for the complaints department but after 10 minutes they couldn't transfer me so I thanked them and explained I'd email instead. They then called me back again trying to reverse transfer me back to the original team so clearly they hadn't understood a thing.
I gathered evidence of the email offer and upgrade website issues as PDFs and during the tedious support calls I found 3 email addresses for support/compliants via google (Vodafone don't actually publish any ....)
Emailing them resulted in no response from two of the address, the 3rd got a response which led to 1.5 hours of calls only to discover Vodafone can't comprehend what offers are actually available, offered me Pro II Full Fibre 1 rather than the promised Pro II Full Fibre 100, and despite this the website T&Cs still specified the wrong router which wouldn't support the Pro II features of 4G backup and WiFi6. so the descriptions are wrong and contradictory in terms of pricing and the equipment supplied.
One support person was very helpful and offered to try to provide resolve things to an upgrade which is actually available and fulfills what they offer email specified, but before they returned from holiday a "muppet" took over the compliant, and didn't read the information I'd provided or understand what had been discussed and closed my upgrade process/complaint saying I'd refused their offer which is blatantly untrue. Now they won't reopen it, and anway I'm so fed up and disgusted with the "service" provided I've decided to take my business elsewhere.
The £3 discount for having a mobile contract and broadband contract is also useless - I can get a SIM card with 2x the data allowance for 1/2 (or even 1/3) of the price with the other major suppliers which also offer better coverage.
I'd strongly recommend avoiding Vodafone - other suppliers have coherent offers which can actually be taken out, offer higher DL/UL rates and equipment which actually works reliably, and they also have customer support which actually works. -

Ordered broadband with them but never got it and just got damage to my property.
Messed about with the date for engineer install.
Disgusting lack of respect from engineer. Damaged our property and removed essential cables.
He installed the cable but since we have had massive issues with internet in the house. It turns out after paying a company to come inspect the issue that he removed the internal network cables that supply half the building in order to use the hole for his own cable.
Install is sloppy and lazy and caused us weeks of disruption to our jobs (WFH)
Router never arrived, spent hours on the phone to them to try to get a router. Every time told it was coming in the next 48 hours for nothing to ever turn up.
Conclusion: Have to pay a company to put right the damage they did and stuck with my old provider.

Terrible customer service! I ordered an upgrade to Full Fibre broadband back in Dec for a January installation but the engineer never showed, I was not contacted and had to chase to find out what happened.
I have then spent the next 3 months trying to get connected, never being contacted and having to waste hours contacting customer service, each time being told that they had not resolved the issue yet and would contact me with an update. After 3 months of waiting they have now contacted me to say they cannot provide full fibre.
All the time I was being told I had to wait, I was told that I would be compensated £5.25 for each day that I had been delayed but now after 3 months they are cancelling the order and paying no compensation.
Terrible company, useless customer service, the normal broadband is pretty terrible and my devices connections drop out all the time.
I am now cancelling my normal broadband with this provider as you just can't trust this company to deliver what they offer.
DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER -

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I have never experienced any company as terrible in my life. I'm in disbelief.
Took them 3 months to fit broadband, they are unable to deal with complaints. They tell you, you have the speed but this is pointless without connection. Everytime I call I'm on hold most of it being passed around for an hour. Horrendous customer services and product. They do not give a dam about customers. -

First time customer of fibre broadband with Vodafone. Wish I had never transitioned - so very very unreliable - when it is good (rarely) very very good but mostly it is bad. Customer Service are very polite and have tried numerous 'fixes' none of which have worked. Am locked in for 2 years and I am exhausted already. 5 mins to attach a document to an email to send. Denied access to bank - took too long to connect etc. etc. Shut out from paying for an item, when I finally got to checkout. So wish I had not done this - regular traditional ADSL was just fine..... -

Ultimately all connections are supplied by openreach. BUT the horrific hardware Vodafone supply as a Wi-Fi router is the bottom of the dregs. Constantly failing. Restarts don’t always resolve it needing to be turned off for 30mins at a time to have a breather. Still some devices not able to connect.
Rejection of correct passwords.
Absolute nightmare. Please just stay away. -

I started my vodafone gigacube plan for 24 months in October 2022. It worked perfectly for the first 2-3weeks then issues started happening where I'd lose connection for hours randomly throughout the day affecting my ability to work from home. I called in multiple times and the agents tried different ways of fixing it. They concluded that it was due to maintenance works in my area which affected the signal and would only be resolved in over a month. As this was past my cooling period, I could not cancel the contract. They said that they would not charge me until the maintenance was stopped and the issue was gone. They would let me know when that was the case but I was never notified. In February 2022 I realised that I was still being charge and called them up. They said that they would only compensate me for 1 month. - Bear in mind that the month of september was full of the cube dropping service for hours which caused me a lot of issues working where I had to leave my house to a cafe for wifi. In October it completely stopped working and the vodafone team concluded that there was maintenance works and would only stopped in over a month from then. They said they would let me know when it was resolved but I never got notified...
Fast forward to the start of March now, they have found that the cube was also having problems and have fixed it but will only reimburse me one month of a bill when I had not used it for the last 5 months... All phone call evidences are recorded by the team to show the calls I had been through with them to evidence the above and my data usage being 0 all the past months is also tracked on there.
If I had known taking up a fresh contract with Vodafone would end up having broken and no service the next month +, I would have never done so...
They are intending to only refund one month of a bill. -

Moved house on the 6th January 2023, Vodafone confirmed an activation date of 12th January, this was delayed and delayed.. eventually it was confirmed for the 24th January and the BT engineer visited the property, did what he needed to do and all that was left was Vodafone to activate the line.. nothing for days, chased them and it was clear there was a fault with the router, promised an engineer would visit within 24 hours, nothing!! I complained on the 4th February and cancelled that day with them, went with Sky instead and the process was so smooth and I have broadband. Honestly the stress and upset Vodafone caused is unbelievable, I won’t even use them again. -

Absolutely rubbish , 8th of February was my original set up date , I received my broadband set box there was no confirmation about an engineer coming he just turned up and still no broadband working, after going through the conversation with the robot on the other side for over an hr I decided to ring them they said keep the broadband box switched on it should go online , nothing happened after 24hrs so I rang them again , they couldn't find my account so finally they found it and told me the old box will have to be cancelled and a new one will arrive and another delay of 10 to 14 days to be online, the box was booked in to come between 12 and 1pm that day , I received an email and a text message to say my broadband and engineer had been cancelled for no apparent reason , the box arrived on time that day, I rang them again they didn't have a clue that the box had been sent out and a engineer booked , they were going to send me another broadband box so I would have had 3 by the time it was set up , I'm still not online it's the worst service I have ever experienced , I've probably spent 5hrs in calls and messaging a robot , absolutely disgusting service and very stressful ....
