What’s more, if you find out you’re out of contract, we’ve also got tips on how you can switch and save. As TalkTalk raises its prices every year, there's a high chance you could now be paying far more than you need to.
Here's how to make sure you're still getting the best deal for your money:

Call TalkTalk to find your contract end date
If you'd prefer to speak to a member of TalkTalk’s customer service team, they'll be able to provide you with this information.
Simply give them a call on 0345 172 0088 (Mon to Fri: 9am to 7pm, Sat: 9am to 6pm). If you're hearing, or speech-impaired, you can use the Text Relay Service instead by dialling 18001, followed by 0345 172 0088.
You'll be asked a few security details (such as name, address, email and account number), but once you're through, they will be able to tell you when your contract ends.
Out of contract? Switch and save hundreds!
If you're out of contract, chances are you are paying over the odds. In April 2025, TalkTalk is set to raise its prices by £3 per month. Alternatively, if you joined before August 2024, you'll be charged December's CPI rate + 3.7%. Either way, expect to pay more for your broadband, whether you're in or out of contract.
If you've been affected by this, and you're out of your minimum term, this is your chance to save. Here's a selection of the best deals available right now:
