Rubbish service. Just after the order they said it will take 18 days to activate the line. And yet it's not activated yet because they failed to take over the line from BT. Spoken to customer service and after wasting one hour to the phone I guessed the problem was at their end. I asked to speak to the manager and she admitted that was the case. They didn't have the line ready but they hadn't told me before hand.
Stay away from this company. -

Disgraceful company using underhand tactics to trick customers into paying more than they advertised. Customer services are appallingly rude.

My contract was up for renewal and was more than I wanted to pay and a longer contract. I phoned and spoke to Alan (I have also had connectivity issues for a few weeks intermittently). Allen checked the issues and said it looked like they had been resolved on 05/05/24 (I had seen engineers working) and also offered me discounted price for new 12 month contract. I pointed out that new subscribers were being offered the same package but cheaper so he transferred me to accounts department. I then spoke to another very helpful service agent called Alex, he brought up my account and matched the new customer price for me. Very helpful customer service and (apart from a few weeks) I have had exceptional broadband service -
