Very very poor. 3 days after switchover day and still no landline or broadband. Poor customer service - pleasant staff but long delays getting through and staff unable to do anything (presume business modelled in this way - staff just there as a pretence). Reading reviews not optimistic about getting phone or BB service any way soon. My advice is go somewhere else - do not use Now. -

This company is THE DEVIL. I cannot believe how a company like can be in business. I've moved into my new house and the internet connection has been a NIGHTMARE. I've got a fever from how stressful I was, I'm not joking. Impossible to get in touch with them, left with no internet for 5 days, no clue what was going on, they got my address wrong, now they've sent me an email saying someone else is moving into my flat and they had to cancel my contract.. like.. what the hell?? Not to talk about the internet speed, trash. Cannot believe they provide a connection this slow in 2018. EMBARASSING. I can say with confidence that NowTv is the WORST company I've come across in my whole life. What a joke. -

Just ordered now broadband and arranged a date for installation. They have now sent a reply changing the date to a day that suits them but not me. I called the number only to be told by automated service the waiting time is at least 20mins. I have since read reviews others have made and it appears this company should be avoided.
Just a tip for those who have difficulty getting the contract stopped and a refund. Provided you have paid by card a sum of at least £100 you can use section 75 of the consumer act to make the card company equally liable for breach of contract.
75. — (1) If the debtor under a debtor-creditor-supplier agreement falling within section 12(b) or (c) has, in relation to a transaction financed by the agreement, any claim against the supplier in respect of a misrepresentation or breach of contract, he shall have a like claim against the creditor, who, with the supplier, shall accordingly be jointly and severally liable to the debtor. -

I was told my time slot was between 8am and 1pm. So been waiting 5 hours to get a text message at 11:50 to say he isn’t coming to my time slot because he’s running late and now he’s coming in the afternoon. I have a job to get back to and now he thinks it’s okay to turn up whenever like I don’t have anything to do. I’ve waited 5 hours to be told whoops sorry can’t come. I’m getting **** from my job because I’ve had to tell them I can’t do work now this afternoon because I have to sit in and wait for this man to come for 5 minutes. I’m not happy. I haven’t even got their WiFi yet and I’m annoyed. It’s the cheapest one I’ve seen and I’m 22 with my first home. Never again. -

Signed up on line. The only confirmation was for me to claim for a voucher for now tv.I read the reviews then decided to cancel via chat. The page wouldn't go so far as to be able to send the message. My account details weren't recognised so couldn't log on. Couldn't find an email address finally read the conditions and found the number 03303323050.Cancelled I hope. What a fraught time finding out who to contact why make it so difficult. -

Failed to supply purchased router. Switch went ahead away so no access to broadband until replacement sent.irish call centre less than helpful verging on contemptuous. Refuse to supply details so that I can use my own router in the short term and we don't even switch until tomorrow. Terrible start, terrible customer service, terrible mistake. Once up and running again first Google search will be for another more professional provider than these bunch whom I suspect are operating out of a caravan! -

Absolutely diabolical. Terrible service, no communication. The left hand doesn't know the right exists.
Seriously don't change to this provider. I feel like I am going to implode and they haven't even set my broadband up yet. I can't begin to explain the problems I've had and we are not even switched yet. I am trying desperately to make sure we don't get switched. Please don't make the same mistake we have. Steer well clear. -

Truly poor service as I ordered the broadband only package. The router drops aout and reboots numerous times a day and I have yet to watch anything where it does not buffer. Bought a wifi booster to cover the 6 paces from the router to my laptop and yes you guessed it same problem. Spoke for two hours yesterday to customer service who had me dismantling the sockets on the wall and of course it dropped out again and spoke to 3 different polite people but ended up back where I started. I tether this laptop to my phone so I can write this review as I know the router will drop out before I have finished. I guess you should not get your expectations too high when you buy a package from nowtv and I truly wish I was one of the customers who everything works for...but I see they are few. Pay the extra and go to another company as this is the bottom end of the market for a product. Shame -

So far I'm very disappointed with capabilities of Now broadband service.
I already had a "Nowtv" box and thought it would work really well with Now broadband, it does not. The box performance is very slow compared to previous broadband supplier which surprised me.
I'm having trouble even getting in touch with Now broadband, beginning to wish I'd never changed

Absolutely dire, i'm not downloading, just browsing..... my hub keeps dropping and rebooting, i tried help desk chat but guess what.... couldn't get chat going properly as every 3 mins my hub failed, finally managed to find a help line number. Nice chap at the other end says my hub dropped 17 times in first 90 minutes. Said it was only sent out at 17 and I was pulling 24mbs, reset it by dialling in... not been any better so tomorrow morning i'm telling them to poke it.... -

Promised me min 32mbs out of 36mbs. In the initial 14 days i have eceived 35-36mbs. After that the nightmare started. I am now getting 10mbs in average with bad periods of less than 5mbs. All they say is they can't do anything about it. -

First 6 months was fine, last 6 months horrific. I gave both now tv and now broadband. Put the tv on and at least 15 times every evening it stops with an error message and 5-10 mins before it comes back on. Wifi also constantly cutting out. Had no connection or tv for two whole weeks and they refused to refund. Shocking customer servive and refusal to fix the issue. One person even said if youre not happy leave!!! I was with virgin for 7 yrs prior to this, my internet went off twice in 7 yrs and both times i was refunded. Now i go for weeks with no connection and no help whatsoever. Its with Ofcom at the minute but luckily my contract runs out in a week...that will be one big celebration! Stay away from this awful company! -

NOW TV are the best ISP I have been with in the UK ever, period. I've tried several ISPs over many years, all with ADSL, some were better than others with Plusnet being the worst after they were bought by BT and the customer service plummeted.
My lower ratings for Now TV reliability and speed have nothing to do with Now TV. Speed and reliability are the responsibility of BT OpenReach who own and operate all ADSL lines in the UK.
As no ISPs own any ADSL lines the only thing you are buying is customer service and NOW TV are the best I've experienced. If you can get cable in your area and bypass OpenReach all together that will give you the highest reliability of all. -

I have never left a review but feel compelled to on this occassion. Terrible Fibre Broadband coupled with equally terrible, rude customer service staff who could not give a damn about any issue you have. I regret the day I ever switched to this company. -

After researching a number of broadband providers and reading various reviews I ended up going with Now and I couldn't be happier. Box arrived a week before live date. So easy to set up and it's never dropped out at all since we started it up (as some reviews suggest.) I work from home so rely on the internet being fast and reliable so I'm very pleased this has worked so well. Would highly recommend. -

Ignore the bad reviews if you're getting broadband only. I can't comment on the TV packages as didn't sign up for them. Easiest and fastest broadband installation I've ever had! Had an Openreach engineer come within 2 weeks which is a record (try 4-6 normally). I've moved around a lot and I know this process...and the pain that it normally incurs so was very surprised by how easy a company this cheap made it. I'm getting 7.5Mbps down the line which is plenty for me, can watch Netflix HD and browse super fast no issues which is the majority of what I use it for. I couldn't get fibre on the BT lines here so it was this or Virgin basically, which costs a lot more.
The way I see it is if you're getting ADSL rather than cable, it all comes through the same BT lines anyway so the only real variables are traffic management (ie. throtttling) and customer service. NOW doesn't throttle (thumbs up) and customer service have been quick to get through to, speak proper English (well for Irish people anyway :-)) and quite efficient. Why pay more? For a more 'reputable' company? Its just marketing trust me - they're all jokers at the end of the day ;-) -

Don't go near this company! unless you would like no connection and a barrel full of excuses about how BT "Open Reach" are to blame. Just wish this website advertising was more honest.... some like - There no NOW in now TV just empty space and certainly no chance of broadband being connected anywhere near the agreed date. Ps. you will be required to chase them as they will not communicate with you, they taken to putting their "head in the sand" with new customer and hoping for the best.
