Had a good start with fast delivery and fast set up. Then it all went down. Very slow internet to a point I couldn't get to the website for help. On the phone, they tell you everything is fine and they lie on the delivery speed. After many complain, they came up with the excuse that they deliver broadband to the socket, the rest is not their business .... yes it is as it is their box ! Don't bother! -

4 weeks after I purchased the broadband package it has still not been installed. 4 phonecalls to NOW Broadband - the rudest customer service agents you will ever have the pleasure of speaking to. If they promise you a call back from a manager, they are lying. Complaints are not recorded correctly, if at all. The call will never come. Cancel your service if you haven't done so already, request your compensation and get out quick! What a shambles! -

I really wish I didn't enter into this contract, it was the cheapest on offer and I took it. Thinking what difference can there possibly be between the providers?
The price is good, for the deal period only. The router is very poor - you will find yourself wanting to get yourself a new one (£60+). The wireless range is abysmal, doesn't cover even a small 3 bed home with the router in the middle. Want to use it in the garden? Forget it.
However the major problem with Now TV is the connection reliability. It frequently drops out, then you can't connect for another 5-10mins - you spend time at the router, resetting and playing with settings and no change. Then slow speeds for periods of many days.
Don't get me wrong, we had periods of a month with no issues. However over the 12 months we have used Now TV, we have had 10 periods of between 3 and 10 days - with frequent drop outs throughout those times. Along with not being able to connect, and we live in an area where mobile signal is not the best so we rely on it.
I have read many reviews reporting the same issues on connection dropping out. Its not an isolated situation.
Customer service is poor, waiting times on the phone are long. Not particularly helpful when you finally do get through. Problems persist anyway.
I'd say, stay far away. Its better to pay twice as much and get reliable internet than this nightmare.
Go with Plusnet, EE or BT. The first 2 aren't much more expensive and from reviews seem to be far more reliable.
Don't cheap out on your internet, DO NOT USE Now TV - you will regret it when those periods of constant disconnects and poor connection speeds arise - while your waiting the 12 months until you can move without paying a fee. -

Dire customer support. Often left on hold for up to 20 minutes only for them to take you off hold to tell you that they can't help and end the call. The other tactic is to disconnect the call whilst "transferring" you. I have cancelled within the first week of my contract after they messed up my broadband order and I couldn't get a straight answer on how it can be resolved from anyone. -

dreadful company, and service. 8 engineers were sent to look for the fault, all 8 said that it was a problem with the Now tv/Sky equipment.
Now tv offered to let me out of my contract early with no early leaving fee, so I switch providers and then sky informed me they would fix their equipment if a cancelled my leaving them.
They then had the cheek to charge me for 9 days of faulty broadband. -

Your customer services is a joke once no contact numbers .customers support none When you finally get to speak to someone after waiting 45 minutes when told it would take 3 minutes you are then transferred to deal with at the least 3different people each one taking up to 25 minutes to 30 minutes each This happened on 4 nights did not get any answers . It may only be £18 a month but be aware of the hidden costs of contacting this fir as in 1 week it cost me £12 and still no cooperation from this firm of cowboys a complete RIP OFF -

Been trying to switch from BT Hyperoptic Broadband to Now.
Firstly entering my postcode does work for Now despite being here almost 2 years.
Then tried to call the number to switch that way but first 2 attempts gave a we are currently very busy and a disconnect.
Just tried for the third time and after waiting for an agent for 15 mins I hung up and looked at this website, they really dont appear to be a good supplier. Just told me to go to the website and use help/live chat.
if that is how they treat new business it doesnt look good for existing customer.
You would think they would ring back when they have some customer service reps after asking for my mobile number.
I suppose you get what you pay for with a cheap Broadband supplier. -

Their broadband is the worst on the market. It is even worse than TalkTalk and that is really saying something. Even loading a webpage takes forever, and forget about streaming Netflix or Prime. It is pot luck as to whether you can even log into them. Never ever again will I use this company, so unbelievably disappointing. They do not have enough channels to run their broadband through so you sometimes get on sometimes not, and their routers are weak and wet, so the signal is ridiculous even in a small house its a weak signal. -

Dire Dire speed. Went from EE to NowTV as thought Sky are renowned for being good! Unable to use PS4 as speed is sooo slow. Phoned customer service and told to buy a booster.......why should I if EE could provide perfectly the service? NowTV credited by account £20 to buy the booster but I am not happy and will be leaving after my 12 months and if more problems will just leave and take the hit!! -

I signed up for broadband and subsequently cancelled it three days later. They took a £60 activation fee. When I asked how long the refund would take, they said it would take 30 days. I asked them at that point why the are holding onto my monye for that length of time. Refunds via VISA typically take 5 days at most. They said thats how long it takes.
I waited the 30 days and received nothing. So i called them. They then told me that the refund had not been actioned. I asked them to refund this again. They told me at this point it would take 5 working days. Fast forward 10 days, nothing recieved. called again, same story. The refund hasnt been actioned.
At this point I have stopped contacting them and have contacted my bank to raise a dispute.
I am not an unreasonable person, unlike these guys who will ake your money, and keep it for no good reason.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. -
