Absolutely poor. They screw up, blame the customer and then charge to close the account. Don't use them!!! -

Had the internet just over a year, was on BT the past 10 or so years. BT internet would usually disconnect around 12-2AM at night likely to perform maintenance, this never happens with NOWTV which is always good when your in a competitive gaming match and dont get disconnected.
The speed is reliable and decent for what I pay, 25 squid for 36Mb, good for downloading steam games etc. Overall no complaints. -

Just don’t bother even thinking about joining them, used them for 2 years at 2 different locations and never got even close to the “guaranteed” speeds. Customer service doesn’t exist as far as I’m concerned you might as well call a brick wall, least you know what you’re in for. Not had many issues with the internet dropping but when it does...it does, and it doesn’t come back till you’re too pissed of to even wanna use it. Heap of rubbish, stick to playing outside. -

I waited over 2 months since joining Now TV and still had no internet or phone service! I had to do all the calling and chasing. No updates. I was always promised an Engineer would come out within 5 days but this Engineer never appeared in over 2 months. I was then charged for the privilege of no service whatsoever, promised a refund which never materialised. Funnily enough after wasting over 2 months of my life, which cost me money, & zero compensation, I cancelled my ‘services.’ I am now with Virgin Media who in comparison were helpful, quick, easy, and better all round! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND NOW TV TO ANYONE, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SHOCKING COMPANY! -

Overall i'm very very happy with NOWTV Broadband, not a single issue as far as speed is concerned. Great customer service, although I had to knock them down one star as their technical knowledge is lacking and it took two tries for them to understand my enquiry. (explained below)
The second issue is the Router for WIFI range is not strong. I have most of my house CAT 5 cabled up, however mobile phones cannot be cabled and as such I was receiving only between 1/4 to 1/2 signal quality on wifi when upstairs-with it actually dropping out on occasion. -

BY FAR THE WORST PROVIDER at the same address and with the same set up (router, gadgets, tv, console have been at the sam spots for 5 years!).
I havens seem such poor service on anything. Literally. Ghe only reason i picked nowtv was the 12 months contract. If bt wasnt such a rubbish provider chucking 24 month contracts down peoples throats i wouldnt change but hey...
Since i joined nowtv, never enjoyed stable internet, their poor router doesnt do the job at all, you cant replace it either because of some router option 61 or some sort of rubbish...as if it s such a magical super internet, everyone is in a queue to hack it...
Movies are interrupted all the time, router needs reset every day, forget about ps4 or xbox...

They decided that my “offer” was over and took an additional £50 out of my account.
How is this even legal?
I had straightforward broadband, there was no offer.
Please do not use this company, I am struggling to get anywhere to recover my money, I will be reporting them to consumer ombudsman. -

Worst WiFi EVER! There is barely any customer support therefore any problems you have are basically impossible to fix. Don’t allow bank card changes! The sad excuse for the chat tool is ridiculous, they don’t help at all. Been charged random amounts constantly £1s and £4 coming out all the time. The broadband will just go down for a hours, which is an inconvenience! -

This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to associate with. I tried and failed for 6 weeks to get broadband with these people. My neighbours managed to get broadband with them though, unfortunately it was my broadband as they disconnected them and made their phone and WiFi drop out for a month. They failed to call me back regularly and their customer service was truly awful. Please don’t ever consider working with Now TV Broadband. They’re a subsidiary of Sky so they should be ok. They had one job and they simply couldn’t do it. Absolutely useless. -

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. NOW TV fibre broadband went live on 22/05/19. Constant problems with intermittent connection; phone line constantly stops working altogether; very low broadband speeds.
All of my previous ISP's were providing a good service with no service issues.
MY ADVICE: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST. Total failure to respond to, or resolve, customer complaints. Hours wasted on phone calls to NOW TV. Incompetent staff. No customer service whatsoever. Matter still not resolved after more than 6 months!

I have had now tv broadband for just over a month and it goes off 7/8 times a day for long periods. As i study at home the internet is quite important so i have rung to check my line, to be told it was fitted wring but nobody could come to fix it for a month. I was told no several times that i couldnt cancel and eventually was hung up on.
I received an email the next day saying my conplaint had been dealt with and closed? My wifi still isnt working and now i cannot get through to anybody.
Really disappointed -

I'm confused by all of the negative reviews on here. I am with Now TV Broadband and can only give them top marks. I was with BT and when I moved home they tried to trick me into a new contract. By trick me, I mean this was not mentioned throughout the moving requisition process, BT in very small print in the confirmation email! So I left them. Prior to that I had been with Talk Talk which was a total disaster! My download speed was supposed to be 36 - 40 mbs but was never above 30 mbs, and went down to 2.5 mbs but they weren't at all interested in sorting out the problem. Both BT & Talk Talk contracts were for 18 months. My Now TV contract is for 12 months, a length I can accept as if I am not satisfied at the end of it, I can go elsewhere. By the way neither previous gave free anytime calls to both landline and mobile numbers, only weekend calls to landlines only. And were both more than what I am paying now! -

!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Customer services departments are shocking.
I’ve been with Now Broadband since February 2019. At the beginning of November I received an email saying my line was being swapped so their service would be discontinued. I rang to find out why as I wasn’t swapping my line and was told that it was likely a neighbour who had put the wrong address in, so they had sorted this and my broadband would go on uninterrupted. At this point, had no issues. Spoke to my neighbours for a few houses down and all confirmed they were not changing providers so was a bit confused, but these things happen so no anger yet.
10 days later, I receive another email saying my broadband will be taken over by another company and they were trying to convince me to stay. Well as far as I was concerned this wasn’t happening, so I rang them back to find out what was going on. Again I was told that there were no issues and that my internet would go uninterrupted.
On the 15th, my broadband was cut. I rang back and escalated this to the CS management who apologised and said this would be sorted. I was offered two months free broadband (around £54) and that the broadband would be activated as soon as possible. Turned out the earliest they would be able to reactivate this would be the 29th November, which wasn’t ideal seeing as I work using the internet and have had to take unpaid leave and what they were offering didn’t even match a days wage, but I’ve had to manage and wait.
So yesterday, I received an email saying that this was all being cancelled. I rang twice and the customer service advisors put the phone down on me both times. I rang a third time with the intention to speak to a manager about this and was met by an advisor who was incredibly rude and refused to escalate my complaint. As a result, I cancelled the broadband and asked for a refund - it’ll be interesting to see if this refund comes through.
Overall very poor service from a worldwide company. In terms of the broadband quality when it was working, it was mediocre at best. The connection would drop regularly and was very slow on all devices. My recommendation to anyone thinking of using Now Broadband is to look elsewhere. -

Router is seemingly useless outside any room it’s in. Speed is as advertised so can’t really complain there. Customer service is ridiculously bad. I submitted a complaints form two days after installation (bearing in mind I had a 2 week period available to cancel with no charge or repercussions) and they contacted me after 18 days!
Hilariously bad. If I weren’t moving again soon I would’ve cancelled after day one due to bad router. -

Just renewed with NOW Broadband. Price increased after initial 12 month contract. Before switching asked for better deal. Offered one less than my orig deal for same service.
Customer service was superb. Little bit of a wait after initial security check but it was sat afternoon. Pleasant, knowledgable... just superb. Top class.
