    I am very disappointed by their customer service. We have jad issues after the strong wind with the cable, probably is broken somewhere or something like that, and we have reported the issues... Now 2 days have passed and still is not fixed,... and when today my husband called them they dared to say that they can not give us any details as the account number (and our full details) are not matching, so they can not fix the issues and make our Internet work or give us details. You would even wonder how on earth has never crossed through their minds to update our phone number to the account?!????????!!!!! But they knew exactly how NOT TO FIX yet the issues!!!! We say thank you to them!!!

    Customer service is a bad joke. I have spend (once again) more than one hour live chatting with several agents being transferred over and over again with no result. Broadband speed jumping up and down constantly or dropping out completely... NOT happy!

    Really bad customer service and very difficult to get hold of the correct person (no email address, no direct phone number). Took me 2 hours to get hold of the right person, still waiting to see if I've successfully had my account cancelled

    Lost internet 4 days back and called over 5 times and talked to different people, chats and calls. They simply don't know how they can help customers. Even their complaints department promised to called back in 24 hour but call from them yet. They use standard prewritten text in chat saying they take things very serious and apologies for the inconvenience but in reality they don't do anything for fix the issue and they don't care. This company doesn't have people with necessary skills to fix the issue or resources to do it. When I say to them if they can't fix the issue, I can find another provider and move the service, they have threaten me with fine. They said that they only allow the customers to leave the service if the service/internet is down over 30 days. In this day of age, who can afford to be without internet 30 days? I regret I didn't see other reviews before I take contract with talktalk, I can see the same issue I experienced, all other people also have. This company has very poor organisational culture of bad practices, only target to make money, not to provide service.

    Avoid!! Worst customer service I have ever received.

    Had no Internet for 5 days + and no closer to resolving the issue despite wasting almost 7 hours chasing up customer services.

    Been messed around, given conflicting information, cut off when being passed between departments meaning that I have sat in the same phone queue multiple times to try and speak to someone.

    Was told to wait in for an engineer, no engineer turned up, I am not confident that an appointment was ever made. After 7 hours of ringing up/using the chat feature to try to resolve the issue, nothing at all seems to have been done to actually resolve it.

    Staff are unhelpful and condescending. They are not given adequate training to actually identify or resolve issues and note taking / communication withing talktalk and between talktalk and openreach appears to be non-existent.

    After 5 days of having the same conversation over and over with no resolution, being messed around and told incorrect information, wasting mobile data, being unable to work from home and having to commute to work during a snowstorm, the only compensation offered was £15.75 off my next bill. Awful service. Will never use this company again.

    Very poor customer service they make make waiting over 15 min and hang up and I accept the engineer to coming but because the snow the worst broadband connection

    I moved house and informed Talk Talk, the day my broadband went live the internet wasn’t working, this was 9 DAYS ago! I’ve called them over 10 times. Every time being put through technical checks. They promised me an engineer yesterday, then again today. But neither day did the engineer show up. Needless to say that I will be cancelled my account tomorrow, after being a customer for 2 years.

    Avoid this company like the plague
    The worst scammers and schemers I’ve ever come across. Horrible customer services, very difficult to end the plan, even after the 18 month contract ended a year ago. Been over billing me all this time, blame the consumer, signed me up for all sorts of extras i never authorised or used as I didn’t know about them. The worst company I’ve ever come across, shocking in 2023. I truly hope the ombudsman investigate and reigns them in or closes them down.

    Awful experience. Trying to upgrade from a G-fast account to a full fibre and they say its not possible as the system doesn’t let them. So they suggest to get a new account under a different name and email to go ahead with the package. I do this and they don’t cancel my old account. So now paying for two accounts. Soon after I call them, they say this is fraud as you can’t be two account holders but that is what they suggested and they admit its wrong. However, I still have to deal with the incompetent customer service to clear my account. Now they are putting the price up from the Full Fibre when they still have a deal out there thats cheaper and faster than mine. So I am loosing out. I can’t cancel as its a new contract and if I did cancel it would cost me £205. So now I am stuck with Talk Talk till the cancellation fee lowers, which I will then switch providers. The amount of calls I have been with them is ridiculous. Very bad customer service. Never using them again and will spread the word too all colleagues and families. Hope their business goes bankrupt. A joke of a company. The worst ever

    We are being used and exploited this company is as corrupt as the government slapping £3.00 extra a month on people who are already struggling and gives you no offers of help" says it will get there difficulties department to contact you all lies this company probably provides the worst internet supposedly fiber rip off it's not even worth £21.00 a month oh and I'm here over 24 hours now waiting for there no e existing help you out department the words dishonest and criminals sprigs to light leave well alone.i gave one star for customer service and satisfaction because I couldn't go lower than one
