    The WORST experience I have had EVER! The person who sold me the package never bothered to check if I had an aerial on my roof. They came to install everything and TV package didn't work. I cancelled the package on the same day they tried to install it, that was on March 10th, TALK TALK confirmed that I would get a letter in the post (not email) by March 20th that my package had been cancelled. Today is March 27th and I have just checked my bank account, a standing order has been set up but TALK TALK. I have CANCELLED it and currently on a call holding on to speak to someone... I am 40 minutes in to holding on?????? I have just spoken to someone told them the story and they have put me on HOLD??? Are you f...... joking right now....

    All the time things are working you’re okay but when You need to contact customer service that’s when the problems start the phone operators speak English very badly. My Wi-Fi box keeps flashing red to green lights indicating there is a fault they say there is a problem on the line 2 weeks later I have not seen or heard an engineer to check it out but they still receive my money Until the 20th of April when I will be leaving.

    Absolutely terrible!! I would give them a 0 if I could. We were moving house, I moved our service to our new house saying that we would need an engineer. We got to the new house and we received emails stating we wouldn't need an engineer. Waited two weeks until the official start date of broadband and nothing worked. Long story short we called over 4 times to try and fix our broadband but nothing was fixed. we would be transferred constantly! We decided to just cancel with them and go with another company since it had been over a month in the house and still no broadband yet they expected us to pay for it. Fast forward 2 months, I am still getting billed even though I have called TalkTalk several times to ensure that everything is cancelled. They always say that it is in the system yet everytime I call I have to explain to them exactly why I am calling. They don't read the notes about the account nor do they care. They also just transfer you mid-conversation if they don't think you are speaking to the right team. Avoid talktalk at all costs. They are the worst broadband company.

    Never had any problems until I moved homes and wanted to take my broadband with me. Three weeks and 7 hours on the phone to be told my order has been cancelled because the provider can't give me full fibre at my new address (which I didn't ask for btw but the Sales team upsold it to me because of course they would) and now I have to wait another three weeks for another installation. No updates from TalkTalk until I called them. Although the staff can try their best to be useful, no actual solutions are found when an issue outside of their process arises.

    If I could give zero stars I would. The worst customer service ever. I have called a total of 15 times now and used the chat and my problem is still not resolved. I have been promised a price package for my renewal yet they keep charging me more every month and no one will change it. Until I have said look at my notes on my account they try to fob me off and have lied to me trying to charge me more. Each time I have spent a good 40 minutes being passed around and having to explain myself. I can’t believe I’ve tried to renew and don’t bother complaining still no one contacts you!

    I've been with talktalk for years because they give me superb service for one of the lowest price comparable fibre BB services

    I was coming to the end of talktalk contract and price is going up so I was trying to decide whether to go with cheaper faster BB elsewhere or continue. I decided to avoid hassle and upgrade to faster speed for extra fiver. Anyway, after I had committed I had a note come up saying the price would rise by 3.7% next month. Last straw so phoned to cancel account. IMPOSSIBLE!! The first woman put me on hold (without notice) and I was put through to a different (wrong) dept who put me back through to a different agent who also hung up on me. Just the pitts! Why do these idiots think that they can buy loyalty by behaving in this way? As it is I have cancelled DD and will never, ever, use talktalk again. They are all the same, I will stick with my mifi that will do up to 10 laptops etc and no contract. Luckily we do not have a landline with them or would be stuffed.

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stay well, well away.

    TalkTalk proceeded to cancel my account 20 days too early, leaving me without internet (I work from home). They tried to reactivate my account but then messed up again meaning I have had to spend 3 hours being transferred between customer service staff, who do not read the notes, and explain over and over again the position I'm in.

    I will never use TalkTalk again, or recommend to anyone.

    Can not stress enough how terrible this company is! If they try and push for you to join them, close the door! They lyed to me about my leaving fee with my current provider and made it so difficult to cancel my order with them all they caused me was stress! When I tried multiple times to get through to the complaints team I was left on hold for over 30 mins untill the eventually put the phone down on me! So so rude and terrible customer service.
