Very poor customer service with no apology for their poor performance. After spending a long time goung through their automated system, then an agent, then an advisor, I was told that their systems were down so they couldnt help anyway. When I suggested that I may look for another service provider, the reply from the sales advisor was 'no problem' without any attempt to explain the possible solutions they could offer for the poor wifi service I was receiving. I feel I have absolutely no reason to stay with Vodaphone.

Vodafone broadband is basically a scam, don't ever opt into it. I have had it for 2 years and it only "kind of" worked within the first 1-2 months probably.Rest if the times I used hotspot. I was bound to a contract so couldn't opt out the 1st year without a penalty so had to wait. I am located in central London (zone 2 to be exact) and it was very poor connection speed even though the signal showed it was strong. Don't do this to yourself, it's a waste of time, money and mental energy.

Absolutely no reliability, to avoid

Absolute joke I pay my money every month on pay and go never have reliable service or strength never have signal unless in the city centre (I live no where near) have to be outside for 1 bar fin if you live in Spain I don't I'm in the UK would never recommend.

Broadband went done today I was on the phone forever three hours and couldn't get to speak to anyone I know from experience it take ages to get through and when you do you can't what they are saying

Piss poor excuse for a broadband... Got it to be able to work from home as couldn't use hot-spot... Worst excuse ever. Sold me the lie of coverage everywhere. First 2 months were decent. Since then I've struggled to get passed 2mb download speeds average. And my phone is averaging 60-70mbs.

im sick and tired of spending massive amounts ov bills every month with Vodafone for lies and not being happy stuck in a contract! all for crap internet speeds! and poor customer service that seem to be helping you'' but are very quick to transfer you and only to find out they have lied to you and nothing has changed! i took out a contract with them and told i would reach up-to 130mbps to then after days go by getting between 4-8mbps and told that im only getting up-to 10mbps by customer service in derby and if im not happy i can leave! im shocked how im treated! and not only that when you ring your spoken to by an automated system that puts the phone down on you constantly because it doesn't understand you! and tells you to speak on line chat that id be welcomed by customer service, only to find out its automated again!! !! so every-time i call them iv to tell the automated system iv leaving Vodafone!! my internet with them is shocking" im now getting under 1mbps up-to 1 and a half!! i cant even watch Netflix!! why sell my unlimited mobile internet with promises of massive speeds and no caps in the evenings to be getting such horrific slow speeds!! this is 2022 and im getting closer to dial-up speeds!! this is a multi billion company and it cant keep to promises to its customers!! im so angry!! im going to go to EE

1. It was far from easy to set up, im quite tech savvy but even still had to search youtube/google to find out how to set it up. 2. I was told I would get 27-30mbs download speed, ended up with about 2-3mbs. Ive now taken it back to Vodafone and now very happy i dont have to worry about it. Never again.

Vodafone Gigacube Awful- don't bother Intermittent connection at best and virtually non-existent at times. Home working made ultra difficult by a company who don't really care about coverage. Sell you something with 5g capability knowing you're unlikely to get 4g at best. Customer service unhelpful and you're left paying a premium for a service which rarely delivers. Please avoid. Every single time I've added credit the data pack either hasn't aligned with my account so I can't use it, or it works nicely and then automatically disconnects from my account daily. I swear I can't use it for 1 day without it disconnecting from my account. Then I have to go on live chat for over an hour to be told a "glitch" occurred. Its clearly all nonsense. Pay as you go wifi is useless and customer service is appalling.

SCAM! Very poor quality, it's unusable and expensive! Not only that, but even for 1-month contract you have to give them 30 days notice, so they can charge you another month for something you're not even using. Thieves!

Absolute scam, low speed high latency very bad service. Wasted hours speaking to assistants with no solutions to improve speeds. NOT ONLY THAT you will have to pay 30 days extra after cancel this contract

Absolute Scam if you are going tot ake the 30 day rolling contract. They will charge you for another 30days "notice" so you would have to cancel the contract the moment you started! Customer service not interested at all to help and they just repeat garbage back over and over. DO NOT BUY THE 30 Day rolling contract .... SCAM.... Slow speed
