Do not touch! Stupidly signed up, then discovered how rubbish it is! Too late to cancel! Router set up so YOU CANNOT USE STREAMING DEVICES! Phoned customer services who told me that is just the way it is! I would never signed up if I’d known this! Charged for 1571 answer service.
Overall rubbish! Can’t wait til I can leave without penalty!

I signed up and was fool enough to accept their offer of a saver charge for Line Rental. It was a good offer financially. BUT. With one contract applied to the Line Rental for 12 Months and the Phone and Broadband charges on the contract for 18 months the PO puts itself financially in a win:win position ad. inf.. To top the insult they have - without telling their customers the cost - changed their Line Providers from BT to TalkTalk.
Cost incurred to leave this January is now: £77 Early termination of one part of contract OR Full Cost Line Rental for remainder of contract to July AND then to join another Line Provider you will likely be forced to go back to BT with a connection charge of £60.
Frankly I think it is underhand and I am disgusted as a customer that I was not treated better than that!

Currently uploading this using the 4G on my phone because for the 8th time in 48 hours my WiFi has decided to stop working and when I call the post box they tell me I have to
Go out and buy a new part for my router . Absolutely rubbish, do not choose them as a provider
Central London Post Office
Poor service. After signing up, I had to wait 8 days for an engineer to visit and identify if their router was faulty, then 5 days for a faulty router replacement to arrive, then found out after 5 days they hadnt even ordered it. Ive got to wait another 5 days for it to arrive. I wish Id gone to sky. To exit the contract they will charge me £150. My advice to post office is to remove their franchise.

Dreadful. First the router never turned up and when I rang the woman just kept saying over and over again that it had been delivered to my house. No matter how many times I told her it had not been she just kept saying it. She finally said she would send another - which never arrived but fortunately a week later a neighbour dropped my one in. Since then downhill all the way. I received nothing from them. Their email bill went into junk. They can't just let you reset your password - it must be posted. You can't just pay your bill you must log into their defunct site. They would NOT take off the child limitations on the broadband nor would anyone tell me how to do it. I just can't wait for this nightmare to be over. Also the internet is SLOW and crashes all the time......
