Terrible experience for the last year,
Landline will not work correctly, countless calls to ee and countless visits. Abysmal customer service that will not listen to the problem.
Avoid this provider at all costs.
Even the managing director ignores your emails.

EE toke over my broadband although instructed not to. Promises made to correct missed.
Money taken from my bank although promised this would not happen.
Compensation dates missed - still trying to resolve since October last year.
Worse company I have ever dealt with.
Anyone thinking of changing be very careful.

Our broadband service cuts out constantly; approximately 6-8 times a day! We have tried phoning EE to see if they can sort it but they just tell us that they'll give us a free month as a way of making it up to us. Honestly, we're just waiting for our contract to expire so we can change providers. Honestly; look elsewhere for your broadband

Joined in January 18 fast signup 37.6 speed, (i am less than a mile from the exchange and 80 yards from the fibre box), after a month i dropped, and has done so month after month until i am now on 29 has levelled out now but its no good to me as i have three kids who play online games and it does nothing but lag. By comparrison BT was 38 but spiked and dropped last year, TalkTalk was 38 and solid. Fobbed off by EE all the time told its my telephone line, only another year to wait till i can leave, the only plus side is that i paty £27 a month, downside is the connection is as bad as the company, they should stick to mobiles.

From connection to day 12 I had to call ee about having no wifi in my house , I had to call 5 times in 12 days . Day 13 I cancelled my contract. It was a joke start to finish. Customer services is the worst ever. Be warned.

Well I look at it from two angles: I have EE broadband myself - I signed up to a year's contract including home phone. My year is now up and as I am hoping to move home this year, I am on a rolling 30 day contract so that I can cancel with only 30 days notice. I hardly ever use my landline. All the calls I make are done on my mobile (with another network). The broadband for me has been fine, only once has it gone off and I cannot complain about anything. However, my mum has an iPad which she has been using first on a sim only plan with EE, then a MIFI plan with EE for the last month: right from the start this was doomed - it did not work, kept cutting out. I tried, we both did, going into the local store where the plan had been set up, they said they couldn't do anything, were not interested only that it (the MIFI device supplied by them) could go in for repair but it would take 2 weeks. I said surely if that is the case my mum won't have to pay for the "service". Oh yes they said! I was horrified. Not long after my mum took out a landline and broadband contract with EE. This was due to start and the MIFI plan end simultaneously so as not to interrupt anything. She was given a live date of 12 May 2016 (yesterday). On Tuesday 10 May 2016 her Internet connection went off, EE had disconnected the MIFI in advance without telling her. Yesterday her landline was cut off early morning by her previous supplier and I received a text an hour later from EE to say that her landline/broadband plan was up and running. Still her phone did not work and despite my phoning EE on my lunchtime break and spending time on the call when I had better things to do, when I arrived to set up her router in the evening it still wasn't working. I rang EE again, explained the whole situation, got nowhere, they transferred me to another department where they re-activated the MIFI so she could have "temporary" Internet - at their expense but it had to be on a contract!!! It worked for 5 minutes and then went off again so now my mum is stuck once more with no Internet coverage and no landline. She is in her 80s and lives alone. I am sick of telling the people at EE, they are useless. I will change my provider as soon as I can. Their customer service is appalling.

Agreed to contract in the morning, then changed my mind after thinking carefully about how I was treated by the bossy, arrogant and patronising lady in the morning. When I called the cancelation team in the afternoon the nasty man was even worst, he was basically trying to tell me that I cannot cancel my contract and put the phone down on me
I will not recommend this roague trade cowboys even with free forever broadband and everything else, my advice is go and find another proper supplier. If they treat me like this before I even get any (horrible) service from them, I dread to think what could have happen after few days into the contract. EE shame on you, please train your staff to respect people.

Absolutely shocking !!! Virtually impossible to watch/stream download/upload ANYTHING at any time of day. EG. It has just taken almost 4 hours to download a 3.5gb Xbox update. Trying to watch anything on ANY device connected via WiFi or Ethernet is diabolical. Can take Upto 3 hours to watch a 30 minute video because of constant buffering. Can't wait til my contract is up. NEVER EVER change to EE

Possible worst reliability I have encountered - works for a few weeks and then drops out to less than half a meg for days.

Came to end of contract, phoned for migration code, customer service is rude and obnoxious, hung up on me. They did tell me I was out of contract and there would be no fees, but then charge me £10 because I am still in contract after I move. Phoned multiple times a day by their call centers after leaving, who just hang up on you when I say that I am not interested and to please stop ringing, won't be going anywhere near in the future, very bad form from a huge company who should know better.

If you want to sit for hours staring at things loading then this is ideal for you, however if you actually want to recieve a service your actually paying for like reliable broadband speeds then dont bother with EE and thats saying alot as ive been with talk talk previous and let me tell you they were 100x better at providing a good relatively fast speed. EE is so pittifully slow that ut would actually be faster to go down to the local library and use books to find the answet to anything you may need. 0/5!!!!!!

We changed over to EE 3 months ago.
EE cut us off completely every evening around 9.pm. We have no internet until the next morning when we have to reboot our modem. An Open-Reach engineer set us up with a BT modem, which worked fine all weekend no cut off at 9pm. So even though these reports from Open Reach are going through to EE, they are totally ignoring the findings.
EE keep sending out engineers and then closing my case.
Open reach engineers have reports regarding this issue and EE are not doing anything about it.
I would also mention that Alana was allocated to my case last week and assured me she would ring me on Saturday, she still has not……………..
My complaint has been escalated and then closed, it seems EE have no intention of resolving this problem even though they have the reports, they are dismissing my case, hoping I will go away. I know there are lots of other people in this situation; we need to contact Advertising Standards Agency and Trading standards.
We are paying for a service that we are not receiving.
Our service from EE is not fit for purpose, so EE need to offer us a price reduction or free us from our contract.
If you get nowhere ask for a deadlock letter, I shall be doing this next.
