There are only three full fibre speeds available with BeFibre’s home broadband service.

Unlike other ultrafast deals available with providers on the Openreach network or Virgin Media, all packages offer symmetrical upload/download. So your upload speeds and download speeds will be the same. This is very handy if you regularly upload large files or engage in video conferencing..

Meanwhile, Be900 is only really necessary in the busiest of homes with people carrying out 4K streaming, carrying out video calls or hosting online games at the same time.

BeFibre contract buyouts

New BeFibre customers will receive a Linksys Velop MX4000 Series Wi-Fi 6 System router. This is an Intelligent mesh device that’s a good option for streaming and gaming. But be warned, it’s a pretty big device, so you’ll need to find a convenient space for it.

For an additional £8 per month, if you experience Wi-Fi dead spots, you can enhance your coverage with the BeBoost Mesh solution.

Does BeFibre offer home phone packages?

BeFibre offers a digital phone line add-on called ‘BeTalk,’ providing unlimited UK mobile and landline calls for £10 per month. This VoIP service doesn’t require a traditional telephone line, and you can keep your existing landline number when you switch. When you sign up, you’ll need to commit for a full 24-months.

You should be able to keep your existing landline number when you switch to BeFibre.
