Absolute worst company I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Customer service doesn't know what it's doing at all. Was promised full fibre. Promised an engineer that didn't turn up although I took the day off to see him. Next time he went to wrong address. Finally after a month and a half of waiting with no internet told me I couldn't have full fibre. Rubbish.

The worst experience I've ever had with wifi.
It has been down for a month and every time we phone up to get it switched back on, they say they're going to do it and then it never happens.
The customer service is just a never ending void of unanswered complaints. Each time we call we are back at square one. To top it all off, we have been offered no refund for the month we've gone without WIFI.
My work takes place from home and requires the internet, so my career has taken a hit due to Vodafone's lack of coherent customer service. We are seconds away from switching to something else, and would have done so long ago if they didn't lead us on with false promises that our problem is going to be fixed soon.
Total lack of humanity from this company. Go with BT.

Customer service is really bad - asked for cancellation, told to await contract end. Then was asked to pay for another month, as Vodafone requires additional 30 days for cancellation purposes. Awful experience

I signed up for Vodafone's 500MB fibre broadband deal. There was about a month's wait for the fibre-to-the-premises connection to be installed, but as soon as that was completed the connection was running and download speeds were up in the 480/490 MB region, and always well above the 250MB minimum performance guarantee.
Until the two week colling off period came to an end!
After two weeks, download speeds started to deteriorate and were at times as low as 50MB - one tenth of what I was paying to receive and one-fifth of the minimum guaranteed performance. Even using a LAN cable, rather than WiFi connection, made no difference.
Contact with Vodafone's so-called "customer service" team was an unpleasant experience. I was treated like and at one point inferred as being an idiot! They blamed the number of devices running from the router (TV, mobile deveices, PC, etc), whereas only a single device was in fact connected.
It was impossible to make any headway, and it appears I am left locked into the remaining 22 months of a contract where Vodafone is failing to deliver the service it is contracted to provide.

Switched to Vodafone from Virgin. It's noticeably less reliable. Need to restart modem probably every other month. It's fairly OK for the price but I don't know would I extend beyond initial contract

Poor broadband signal all over our house. TV won't work. Customer service advised we buy a booster on Amazon.

Wish I'd never changed my broadband to Vodafone. It's absolutely the worst choice I've ever made. So slow I could cook my lunch and still be waiting for my daily paper to download. I have no problems with my phone at all and never realised how bad Vodafone broadband is.

Worst customer service, cut me off for not paying a bill, with no communications at all, 4 days BEFORE the bill was due, according to their own text!!!
Would not recommend.

Ordered broadband contract then immediately cancelled after finding out their poor customer service.
It took a whole morning to actually cancel the service which made me realise I was doing the correct thing.
2 weeks later I received an email to say that my service was being connected at a certain date and my hub was to be sent out in 2 days. Another phone call to confirm that it was an error on their part.
Still got their hub in the post. It's going in the bin. Lucky escape
