Terrible company , terrible service and diabolical communication !! Proceed at your own risk !! We ordered , given a install date 4 weeks in advance then on install day they decided that the pole in the village was over crowded so I was told to use another provider !!! Gets better , i asked how I could complain they said go on line !!!!! Bearing in mind they didn’t connect us ! My advice is use gigaclear or even bt but stay away from this shower ! They still haven’t returned my calls or emailed a decent reason so I have reported them to ofcom and written to our mp as I strongly believe this company should not be receiving government subsidies to fit in rural areas as they are not fit for purpose
