Hovers around less then 1 meg. 90ms ping cuts out at least once a day. Got a cheek calling it broadband. It's not the 90s anymore sky get with it. You have a lot of catching up to do to even lag behind virgin. Just made my last payment and it's back to virgin for good

Started out on fibre with 40mbps download speeds, over the past two years it has slowly decreased down to 4mbps. Simply disgusting.

Really poor - kept losing connection up to 10 times a day. Was fine when with O2, but within a few months of transferring to Sky it's been really poor - connection drops, and they reduced the speed, was averaging over 15mbps, then dropped to 6mbps with not warning or excuse. Customer service was really poor also, Complaints team unwilling to own the issue, and just wanted to defer me to call their tech team, at my expense as not freephone. Asked for them to arrange someone to call me and got a flat refusal and some sarky comments to boot. Just switched.

Unless you have taken a magic potion to give you a much longer life and have had a metal plate put in your forehead for banging against wall then stay away from Sky. Have given up trying to find out why they cancelled our contract although they have admitted it wasn't us who actually cancelled it.

The speed that my internet runs at is terrible and I always have connection issues and there is always some reason for the Internet to be down wether it is a problem in my local area or the whole sky network is down, wouldn't recommend it I would rather have bt Internet.

Been with sky Narrowband for 3 months now after switching from EE. What a mistake, don't get me wrong, EE has the worst customer service ever (all Bangladeshi) but at least their speeds are good.
If I watch a youtube video, I tend to spend more time watching the dreaded wheel go round and round and round, it's pathetic. And Ebay is just as bad, I can't get the pics to enlarge cause the speed is just so sloooooooooow .
Sky Narrowband is what it should be called, I'll be looking to get out of the remaining months even if I have to pay out the contract.

So far so great! We've had sky broadband for almost a year now. Very reliable. If it goes out you just need to wait a few seconds or disconnect and reconnect right away and it will perfect. Customer service has been great. They've been really nice, answered all our questions and when we had a problem they were very reassuring and sorted the problem right away. Not perfect but pretty close!

Sky Broadband is absolutely useless. It struggles with the most basic tasks (including writing this review), so you can forget about things like Youtube or Netflix. It's not like I'm in the middle of nowhere either- This is in a densely populated part of London. There is absolutely no excuse for their poor service. After trying to contact them several times (Over the course of several months), they finally sent an engineer out, who changed the router, which of course did nothing. Avoid Sky Broadband at all costs- they are lazy and couldn't care less about their customers. Talk Talk or BT are safer bets, but I should think just about anyone is better than Sky.

Avoid Sky Broadband at all costs, absolutely abysmal and the customer services( if you can call it a service)are appalling.
