Broadband Genie Rewards: Full terms and conditions

By entering your email address, you are registering as a user of Broadband Genie and as a user are accepting our terms and conditions.

1. Site Membership & Termination of Accounts

We only allow one account per person. You must be a resident of the UK living in the UK to qualify for an account and receive vouchers. If you're going to make excessive purchases on behalf of yourself, other people or third parties, you must seek prior approval from us. We reserve the right to refuse vouchers to people who we deem to have broken these terms and conditions. Further, we reserve the right to terminate your account without notice at any time.

2. Vouchers Rewards

As a user, you may qualify for a voucher by purchasing selected products or services. Broadband Genie endeavours to be upfront and transparent with the amount you will qualify for at the point of purchase.

When we have traced a valid transaction to your account, we will contact you via email to confirm your order has been acknowledged. Once the retailer confirms the transaction, we will contact you again to issue the appropriate voucher - this can take 30 days or more from the date of the purchase. If the goods are returned or the sale reversed by any means then the voucher payment will not be made.

Please remember that vouchers can only be earned when you click through to a retailer’s website from a link on our site having submitted your email address. Some retailers may not pay commission for repeat purchases on their site, we have no control over this.

In addition, you will only receive vouchers if you've followed a direct link to a merchant from Broadband Genie. If you visit a retailer via another site or visit other sites between clicking out of the Broadband Genie site and making your purchase you may not be eligible for the voucher.

Whilst we will endeavour to ensure all genuine transactions result in the appropriate voucher being issued, the decision of Broadband Genie or the retailer is final. We will always issue vouchers when a sale has been tracked to a user’s account provided your transactions are deemed by Broadband Genie and the retailers to be genuine and you meet the terms of the payment schedule.

Broadband Genie reserves the right to reclaim or invalidate vouchers issued where it has been established that a voucher has been applied in error. This will include but is not limited to transactions where the credit is not genuinely due or payment for any credited transaction has not been received from a merchant or its agencies.

3. Payment Schedule

Vouchers payments will be issued following the successful tracking and validating of a purchase. Email address details must be kept accurate by you to avoid losing any due vouchers. Vouchers issued to incorrect destinations are not always recoverable. We will not be held liable for any delays, or consequences of delays in issuing vouchers. At any point we reserve the right to put on hold the issuing of any vouchers pending any investigation, this may be the case where unusual account activity is detected and verification is therefore required in order to deem the transactions as genuine.

5. Modification of Agreement

We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and at our sole discretion for any reason. We will post the revised agreement on this website.

6. Miscellaneous

Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

7. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy outlines exactly how we handle your account information and the steps we take to ensure your privacy.
