    Literally every 5 - 10 minutes my internet has a problem. The wifi stops working and whilst I'm playing a game my ping spikes to 1000ms for about 10 minutes which is frustrating. Today, I can't even play a game because I'm always lagging 200 - 1000ms. X

    Rubbish!!!! when you get through to someone they just put you on hold and they keep passing you to someone else! Worst service ever! I will be cancelling this as soon as i can!

    Its a very bad service in this company. This is 14 day i cant connect internet.
    2 time Enginer came in my house but they cant fix the problem. Is it service? I request all of u please don't take this poor service.very poor

    A lot of micro cuts. I’m a 18 months client, in that time I’ve been without broadband at least five times; never been refunded or never got an apology.

    I have never been treated by any company so badly. I have been lied to, let down, hung up on, not listened to and various raised issues and complaints and none have been resolved or no one has got back to me when they have said. To top all of this off when I was explaining an issue over for the third time the person I was speaking to raised her voice at me which I had every right to since she was not listening to me but till that point I had gone for the bold voice to explain the issue but she shouted at me and I had not. They are a cheap broadband provider with many issues they need to sort out including customer care and would never ever recommend this company ever again not even to someone i truly dislike.

    The worst broadband provider I have with, worst customer service, I am regretting since I have left my old provider, it’s been more then 3 month since I have been complaining about internet speed, their customer service is similar(slow) like their broadband speed

    Continual Interruptions slow download using all speed checkers including TalkTalk's. Can't get online to my account to take advantage of Bright Sparks visit. Cant talk to anyone about the problems. 20min wait everytime you ring no matter what time of day.

    I cannot recommend talk talk to any other person your billing ,service, and security , very poor and very pleased to see the back of talk talk.

    Absolute rubbish, I really regret I went with this broadband !! When I started no one mentioned they would charge me £200 for cancellation. I've been with them for a year now and they still want to charge me for the cancellation. Cheeky company, I'm leaving now any way, had enough.

    Price is good for Talktalk, not for clients, expensive than BT, but they Often secretly control the data traffic, so that no traffic. when you find can not land the internet, you find service is also difficult to get reply.

    Really disappointed of this "kind" of company, I couldn't understand properly their advisors customer service they talk mixt English and Indian, poor service, poor signal, they said free of charge TV package because I'm their loyal customer and at end of all appeared on bill with extra charge, i've been calling many times to ask for leaving this company ...Their force me talk with an Loyal Talk Talk...     Wel to be honest, how do I put my opinion across without being to rude &a harsh. Bottom line TalkTalk broadband is by far, the worst internet broadband company services i have ever used period. Slow unreliable internet for £30 plus a month, disregarding the fact technology isn't perfect. There is no excuse for the false customer service feedback me and countless others to my knowledge know have been dealt with by the employees of this company. Need I go further I could but I have made my statement. Overall I would not recommend TalkTalk to anyone who is considering let alone thinking of coming to TalkTalk do not stick to your Sky, Virgin, Zen or whatever you are currently using.

    Hi, I am not happy with service you provide, as then would like to terminate the contract with you. I have waited a month for the engineer to come to install the wifi which he didn't for some reasons and said we will send another engineer soon but it is been 2 week no one said anything. It is not even worth 1 start, wouldn't recommend for anyone, very poor

    Number one froud company when i call them for information after that i check my credit score was affected also my friend told me number one bed broadband some times drop and slow

    Horrible service, not recommended Please please don't go with them as they will bring you a heard attack. Misleading and confusing information any time you call to complain about an issue!!! Even managers can't solve issues!

    I cancelled less than a month into the contract. The worst service I have ever received from any company. Adrian habit was the worst manager I have ever spoken to. Very poor customer service skills. Made threats on the phone. They are charging me and I am not getting a service provision at all. I have taken them to trading standards. Avoid this company.

    This is a bad broadband supplier my broadband keeps dropping in and out all the time I have had 14 weeks of it and still they can no fix it but have no trouble taking my money each month for a rubbish service nice one talktalk

    Internet comes at intervals sometimes can be honest for an hour or two a day, rang up for help and they said it was fine, nothing was done about it.

    Customer service was terrible, no one was willing to help and after making a complaint they tried to advertise to me.


    Overall was paying for WiFi I didn't fully have and when asked for help was only told everything's fine.

    My instalation date was today 28th feb 18 between 8am and 1pm noone showed up so 8 phoned to see why and ehat was going on.. after having to repeat myself constantly i thought i was fetting somewhere. The person i spoke to was rude. Tried sayig i had the date wrong. Waited in all day and no show so after phoning and then oytting me on hild for a number of minutes their answer to this was he may still show up he may not they dont know why he hasnt showed up. And if he doesnt to ring back tomorrow to arrabge another visit. I have already been waiting 2 weeks. I find your team very unhelpful and rude who hasbt got a clue how to do their job right to even know why an engineer hasnt turned up to a customer. In two minds wether to change suppliers! Very unprofessional

    The internet is really good ant got a bad word to say but when it comes to the people of talk talk well that's a different story!!! Be careful what they say and promise as they lie out there teeth then when you call them out on it they will say sorry as they been caught and then do it all over again!!! So please be very careful and if I was you record all phone calls!!!

    Oh my goodness i don't even know where to start. This has been pure hell dealing with TalkTalk. I signed up for broadband in 2014-2015. no major issues really got set up took a month but that was to be expected..... The drama started when i wanted to leave.... I was leaving my flat and moving to another place and Sky had a better deal so called, cancelled and closed my account got a letter to confirm this and that was that... or I thought that was that!

    Fast forward 2 years and i get Lowell debt group at my door and sending letters like you owe us money.... I thought who the hell is this from.... called them up and basically talk talk had not closed my account and had continued to bill me without me being in the property! basically it has taken a million (which i don't think is an understatement! ) to resolve this. Calling call centres who are reading off a script trying to explain this its taken me 2 years to resolve this. and i was even further disappointment with the CEO Mr Nagy told me "that I should have protected my information better"!!! basically i would steer well clear of this company. It has been a nightmare and i would not even sign up for them if you paid me to have broadband with them.

    worst customer service on the planet ....fine till you have a problem , avoid them at all costs for the extra money take anybody before these clowns ....I have been with them for years but there time is coming to an end....I was passed to 7 people hanged up on twice and on phone for an hour and a half.....they are an absolute joke of a company ...AVOID!!!!

    Very bad experience overall - strongly recommend to avoid at all cost!
    Basically, the error/issue with the TalkTalk system resulted in multiple attempts to set up the direct debit - which cost me me a lot of time on the telephone, trying to explain the same thing to different people from customer service. Succeeded at avoiding late payment penalty charges - that’s what i thought until i got a massive bill from my mobile phone company for calling TalkTalk customer service!
    After spending more time on the phone with customer service (2hrs!) i was promised to be called back by the CEO office - this never happened and i am left with a massive bill, which was due to TalkTalk’s system error!!!

    Talk Talk sale man was lying on the deal, he told me I will have £105 voucher once I sign up the contract. he gives some discounts extra. actually £105 only I sign up online, I have asked him many times about his offer. because friend told me talk talk is really bad service. but sale man said it is good deal, I will get £105. I made complaint. they contacted me but still no £105 . only £40 on rental. it is really really bad, lying on the customer. I suggest if you want to sign up with talk talk , please do not trust any salesman. this company employee do not have any integrity. how can you trust them !!!!

    Horrific experience! Slow broadband and kept cutting out randomly. After numerous calls where the assistants clearly read catchphrases from a sheet with no meaning/feeling behind what they are saying and 'tested my line' which takes us to about 25 minutes into the call they have still failed to fix my broadband!! I have spent over 30 minutes on each call and called 5 times! I have had an engineer out, a new router and still the same 30 minute phone call 'testing the line' and hearing the same script! What a joke AVOID!!!!!!

    before the engineer came to my house we alresdy started having problems. We decided to chose fibre large option so we've paid for it - a high price. They sent us a router and arranged for the engineer to come. when the router arrived we discovered that it is a standard one instead of a fibre one. (The fibre router has a red socket with WAN written above, and the model should be DSL minimum - TalkTalk has VDSL, ADSL is for standard broadband NOT for Fibre). We spent over one hour having a conversation with their helpline that was going nowhere. The ngineer came and installed us a normal standard broadband in less than 10 min. which we paid for £50. after another 2 hours of the conversation with their service helpline their offered to resend a new router and rearange a new engineer appointment. After forceing them to give us the details of the new router it turned out that they would send us the same model that we already have!!!! Also the conversation with the manager didn't get anywhere neither. We didn't finish our battle with them. Stay away from this company.

    Worst company ever been with. Paid for a phone line for 6 months that we didnt have, couldnt call out or recieve calls. Called talk talk repeatly only to get the automated line which kept telling us nothing wrong with the line. Finally aft 6 months told us we had 2 phone numbers this was the reason,asked for a refund for the 6 months only to get £12.50 back. Cant wait for my contract to end,and will never recomend talk talk to anyone.

    Cant even give them 1 star! AVOID if you can!!!! Speed is awful in the evenings. We have spent more then half of our contract time without connection after 11 pm. I Had made hundreds of calls, had been opening sockets daily as per their advise, had taken many days off for engineer visits. Friends are experiencing the same even after upgrading to fibre. I am with the new supplier now and without internet for the second day because TalkTalk hasn't freed up the line yet! !!!

    Absolutely awful. I can't warn people enough about how poor this company are. Wireless does not work, customer service is non existent and trying to get issues resolved is impossible. No amount of negative feedback can convey how infuriating and quite frankly stressful this company have been.

    Talktalk terminated my contract all of a sudden without my knowledge or consent. I called them and they claimed that my contract was accidentally ended after a line upgrade and they could not restart my current contract and the best they could do was sign me up to another contract (without backdating it to my orginal). I refused this and they had the cheek to send me a bill for 'early exit fees'. I contact them on 15/5/18, still not had a response despite being promised a response within 3-5 working days. Honestly avoid the headache and do not go with Talktalk. You will regret it at some point!

    An absolute nightmare of a company to deal with,a disgrace to be honest I would strongly advice not to join talk talk unless you have all the time of the day to be stuck on the phone you get a feel of how they work as they pass you threw every department (managers never seem to be available you’ll struggle to get to that department). Moved home not a problem they said you will go live on the 1st Which is just under 2 weeks away. I explained how my wire fit in the router but was a different connection to the modem/ little white box on your wall in your house that the internet passes threw then on to the router, I was told they would send an engineer but I would have to phone back on the day I went live I explained that we know there is a problem we know I’m goin live on the 1st so can you not book an engineer for after that date rather than phoneing back on the live date and being told our next available appointment isn’t for weeks away. Hence we know there is a problem we know your goin live this date we will get an engineer to get you up and running as soon as after that, no not talk talk that would be too easy. I then receive a text the following day telling me the 7th is my live date. Knowing I’ve then got to wait how ever long after that for an engineer to come out. I phoned hell/talk talk. To be passed threw 5 different departments with 3 of the 5 people telling me. You go live on the 1st. Next department,you go live on the2nd. Next department, no it’s the 7th you go live and we can’t book you an engineer until that date. I was on the phone for 1 hour and 8 mins the 1st call and 1 hour and 2 mins on the 2nd call. The outcome I go live on the 7th and I’ll have to phone back on the day to make another appointment I would of cancelled my contract but had to pay over £100 to cancel. I STRONGLY ADVICE DO NOT JOIN TALKTALK

    Finally just switched from TalkTalk (AOL) after years of pathetic broadband. Was regularly losing several days a month up to several weeks. You phone them (foreign call centre), they run through the same script everytime and state there is no problem. Truly awful company and no support. Just swapped to Plusnet, what a difference - speeds are way up, the call I've made to support are actually useful and most importantly - no drops.

    Worst company iv ever dealt with. Only been with them 2 months and moving already. Broadband cuts out constantly and I need to reset the router 3/4 times a day. Yet they claim there's no issue. Speed is slow when its connected (was promised up to 76 like I got with bt , yet its never gone above 40)

    Then I get a letter 2 days ago saying they are increasing the charges on phoneline and broadband.

    I have cancelled but they are trying to charge me nearly £400. They can sing for it.
