Totally useless. They have the cheek to have a black Friday type sale while their email is down again for the 100th time. I cannot get in to my emails since last night.

I switched to Talk Talk because the package they offered me sounded good, however once activated, I was then told by their support people in India no static IP address was available, (not what the sales person told me!) the broadband speed was also slow and then trying to get my broadband back was only accomplished with lots of help from BT, thanks BT....forget Talk Talk!

What a terrible service provider! They add charges left right and centre for things you not added. They also lie to you and rip you off! Well enough is enough and I'm off to a different provider.sky believe in better!!!

Absolute disgraceful service from Talk Talk. Getting less than 10mb (sometimes less than 1mb) on a 76 Fibre Line. Passed from one useless advisor to the next. and promised 2 callbacks, neither one being followed through on. Finally managed to get an engineer callout after threatening to cancel, and even then the closest one is 2 weeks away. Clueless staff who just read off a script and can barely understand my issue.

Worst company ever!!! Charged £200 after service was “disconnected”. Please do chose this company as a provider. There is never ever service. Worst company!!!

I honestly don't know where to begin with my review, other then saying Talktalk are beyond the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They let a man who was imprisoned for stalking me change my router name to I was a slapper, then without my permission continued my contract when it ended and over charged me, when I was previously paying £45 for the standard package, they put it up to £79 a month. They also have called me by the name of Tina on more then one occasion, leave me on hold for hours then cut me off, and I cannot seem to get through to the correct department to cancel this terrible part time working service I pay over the odds for. My review is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Rough n tough talk talk is just time pass nothing else no connectivity or no wiffi at
all at first it was ok but after 2 months later its just rubish waiting for contract to finish plus if u need engineer they do whats so ever and write what ever they want then they dont beleive you if you tell them you are going to finish contract they charge tiĺl your contract on tbe bass of what u pay them every month which is rediculous

One star is too much for you, you are absolutely unbelievable and it's beyond me how you lie in your advertisement, your not a fixed price at all and the broadband is simply rubbish. Your team and advisors are bad mannered and don't help what so ever. Talktalk is the worst descision I ever made.

Reporting a problem to a Manila call centre is a joke. They are unprofessional and do not know what they are talking about. Afire the called complaining about extremely slow fibre broadband, could not connect to Netflix either. Speed tests where carried out and it was agreed that I was not even getting half the speed promised. I was told that the router will be adjusted from Manila and that I should switch off for half hour and then turn back on. Asked if problem persists, she said to call back to arrange for an engineer. Called back as it was still not working, guess what, had to go through the same thing again and no engineer booked as I gave to carry out three ping tests over a period of three days......To be continued

Absolutely disgusting.
I ordered the internet with talktalk since the end of april, and i've never had the internet.
countless phone calls, huge phone bills because the housephone doesnt work also.
theyve booked technichians to come who havent bothered to show up but yet they tell me if im not here for them they'll charge me £60 odd.
ive been asking them via facebook to ring me for the past week and half, they have said they cant ring me. LOL.
ive paid my bill even when i havent had the internet i think their disgusting. i'm fuming.

If it isnt sorted soon i'm cancelling my direct debit.

An appalling service who choose to prioritise their money flow over their customers. Over the course of the past two months I have been charged a gargantuan £40 each month compared to the usual £8 and when I enquired about this via their telephone service they simply dodge the question and go as long as possible to retain their undeserved money and don't even look at the problem from the customer's perspective. Considering that I have been a customer for years I am absolutely appalled by how they treated me and their attempt to combat the problem by saying they'll give me a small tiny fraction back only highlights this ridiculous company, their shambolic customer service and their total ignorance of customer loyalty. I will be parting service from the buffoons and transfer to another service provider because to be quite frankly honest I have no idea how I have lasted this long with garbage company.

Talk Talk?! More like No Talk. Their customer service is the worst thing in the entire technological world. I was promised a call back from an advisor within a few minutes because her computer was being slow. I waited 30 mins for a call back. Rand the helpline again; the second advisor dropped the call! The third advisor then treated my entire query like it was brand new and started asking me the same questions, to perform the same tests I had done ten times over! I then got so frustrated that I demanded to speak to the manager. Who turned out to be worse than the advisors! Her tone of voice/attitude/lack of professionalism/lack of empathy left a lot to be desired. She treated our case like she was the one doing us a favour! She then resorted to booking an engineers appointment. At which point I said “if this doesn’t fix the issue then I would like to cancel my contract” - to which she replied “so shall I cancel your engineers appointment then?”

TALK TALK customer service is SHOCKING.
Their WIFI is slow.
Their response time is slow.
Their communication skills are non existent.
They steal from you.
They talk to you like they’re the ones who are the aggrieved.
WASTE OF MONEY.

Finally got through to customer serviceis where I logged a complaint. And all I got was a “I’m really sorry this happened we will do our best to make sure it doesn’t happen again”.

8 months of internet problems, 6 engineers requested 4 actually came out and still not fixed, 8 months of phones calls empty promises, not sending equipment, the latest 2 engineers not turning up, still charging full price for a crap service, not even being offered reduced rate until fixed. Owed 8 months of compensation going elsewhere for a reliable service!!!

Worse experience I ever had in broadband and phone service. When we complain about the service, for couple weeks the service could improve but after that there is no comments for that...when we talk about costumer services...they are worse than you can imagine, in my opinion they do not have enough trained staff to take care about their services...and when you want to leave, they have always something behind to get new charges...no really recommended for anyone...spent over 5 years with them but if I would broke a leg on that moment when I made the contract with them at this time the leg was already good.

Not only that the broadband was on but in my pc or my phone it says no connection or its says internet way not be available , its been happeing for 5 days.if u guys dont fix up am leaving and go for sky or bt

Absolutely shocking Wi-Fi speeds, drops out every few days for hours on end, customer helpline is useless when they actually decide to pick up

Cheap fees tempted me into getting TalkTalk internet but they never will again. We were charged early termination of contract fees despite the fact that we need not terminate our contract early. It took 5 letters (replied to by 5 different Customer Services Managers) and 2 15 minute phone calls before I gave up on getting my money back. They repeatedly said 'this isn't the kind of service we want you to have with TalkTalk' without actually doing anything to resolve my problems. In fact, they kept responding in ways that showed they had no understanding of the problem at all.
Unless you love writing complaint letters for the fun of it, I would strongly suggest avoiding this company.

Absolutely abysmal service and treatment of vulnerable people.

For 2 weeks my 80 year old grandmother who lives alone 4 hours away has been without any telephone service. Her friend lent her a mobile phoneto contact Talk Talk customer service and the waiting time alone ate her £10 credit. I have been on the phone to talk talk overseas call centres 4 times over the past week, which have a poor line and staff speak very basic english. Each time I am promised something will be done tomorrow and it has not been done.

I am still waiting for my 80 year old grandmothers telephone line to be fixed.

Please do not chose this provider especially if you are setting it up for someone vulnerable or you yourself are a vulnerable individual as they have a complete disregard and lack of care.

Its a big joke! Im not a customer anymore after days of calling and asking why i don't have internet. They don't know anything and after no internet connection for almost a month, they told me to wait for a call for about 3 days! What a joke.

Terrible service! On the day the engineer was suppose to arrive they sent me a message that he will be there between 8.00-13.00. However no one turned up! They took the money 2 weeks before!! No apologies or anything... Ridiculous!!!!!!!!

I'm quite glad that Talktalk have imposed price rises as it has allowed me to end contract without penalty. The actually offered me a £20 per month deal, Inc phone sim. I was tempted, but my broadband service is patchy and their customer service is terrible. Top tip. If you do an online chat with their advisors, you can email yourself the full transcript, which should save a lot of arguments later on!!

Do not go with this company. Above all else, the customer service is atrocious.
I phoned to find out when my contract was due to end and was told 17th March, but after that date it would continue on a month by month basis and I may be charged if I move house!!
What a cheek, when I have only signed up for a 12 month contract.

I was then transferred to another 'team' - sounded like a group of people chatting to each other loudly in a shack somewhere.
The advisor couldn't understand a single thing I said and just kept going silent - she didn't seem to have even a basic grasp of English.

This is not a company who have any morals whatsoever when it comes to the treatment of staff or their customers, clearly.

I would certainly not sign up with them again.

Your members of staff are extremely rude and do not listen to anything we had to say when trying to explain. Also i feel that you rip of your customers and when my contract is up i will no longer choice to be a talktalk customer. Such a shame as iv been a valued customer for sometime but feel very upset with the way i have been treated with my last querie!!!!!!!!

TalkTalk promise good download speeds but i've never seen more than 8mbps often much less. After 1.5 hrs on the phone they said they'd send a new router but of course this doesn't increase the internet speed only the WiFi. Will probably change ISP.

are you looking for a broadband that will make it so you have to wait days just too download anything or a broadband that works for 2 minutes then breaks again constantly making it so you cannot play videos or online games then this is the broadband for you just in general a giant load of crap that should have never been made in the first place.

Bloody horrible internet speed. 500 kb/s.
Would be bearable if they didn't disconnect every 2 seconds. I was disconnected for a week (due to some "technical issues") and they pretended like it did not happen. Never again.

The worst one of all. Customer service is absent. The managers are having a laugh. I was overcharged by £80 for two months when they failed to cancel my contract. Response was "I can only apologise" and "Don't think you're paiying too much read at your bill breakdown not just the first page" this is two months after virgin took over. The manager was trying to say I pay good money for something I font use !!!! No comment

Talk talk have been awful from day one internet drops out constantly, told them this and they offered me an upgrade if I paid, I thought i had already paid for an upgrade when I moved to fibre optic. Called then again today as oddly enough speed tracker doesn’t work, the call cut me off and sent me a message saying if they don’t respond instantly get on with your day... shocking! I called them again to be told I can have a paid for upgrade again, I’m sure the technical team are just sales people. Contract ends in June so looks like they have permission to take my money and give a rubbish service.

Talk Talk is the worse company that I have ever been with, the internet connection is nearly inexistent and so bad that I have to switch my phone to 3G! I pay money for no reason at all and I couldn't cancel my contract unless I payed a huge sum which was very annoying. 'Lowest price broadband company' you get what you pay for as it is cheap!

Poor speed - not what I pay for. customer service is also poor, with their agents phoning at odd times of the day, in an hard to understand accent that is hard to recognise whether it is a scam (I have been scammed unsuccessfully) so am doubly careful about unidentified calls.

Awful broadband service providers. It has taken me almost 3 months if chasing them up to resolve broadband slow speed issue only to find they’ve know since June I can’t get the speeds quoted even with the extra boost. Apparently my time (calculated at approx 20 hours) is worth nothing yet the ‘resolution’ only happened due to MY persistence in. Chasing them up. Buy a barge pole you’ll need one ...

I am very disapointed. I took talk talk broadband because I tried to save money - that was the cheapes option for me. And the biggest mistake which I did!! I hate this Internet. Nothing is working when I connect two or more devices. Router stops working without any reason, and people from TalkTalk can't help me. I tried to chat with them few times. I lost my time only. They asking stupid questions, at the end they lie that the problem was resolved, but it is still the same. I am not reccomend this broadband. It cost me a lot of stress, better is take more expensive broadband, but be happy.

When running is ok. Keeps cutting out. TT will not accept responsibility and some guy (on the bloody moon I think) wants to charge me a Minimum £50 for a call out. He say its my problem. I am only using TT equipment so this cannot be true. Won't change his mind (what there is of it)so stuff them. Leaving in September -- thank goodness. worst customer service I have EVER encountered.

This is a shame as they provide excellent broadband, fibre and mobile deals. It's the lack of real care and service that will force me out. I'd rather pay a bit more. Talk to and English-speaking person in the UK and get the problems sorted - in the UK.

Internet is 2mbs for 5 months have spent a total of 8 hours on the phone still they dont believe me when I say my internet is slow.

I have stopped paying my bill an dinformed them where to shove it.
