Awful! Customer service is terrible, the Wifi constantly logs you out, WiFi is incredibly slow when it does work!

I would advise anybody against going with talktalk! I switched to talktalk and was supposed to be on exactly the same package as my previous supplier, 4 months into the contract my tv channels go off and i find i am still being charged by sky. I tell talktalk and they remove package so i now have tv with sky and broadband with talktalk , not only have they given me a new 18 month contact but are charging my 27.00 a month for normal broadband, when i was paying for super fast unlimited with previous supplier! They say I can not get out of the contract and am stuck with being over charged for a service i didnt order!!!!

talktalk customer service is the worst i have ever experienced i was a customer for nearly a year and had problem after problem with poor internet connection i have now switched to vergin media and now works perfect

Avoid, broadband was always inconsistent on connectivity compared to the post office who is cheaper but a much better service. When I was disconnected they charged me a month I didn't use an late payment because I cancelled my direct debit there's no understanding whatsoever they will say anything for your money but aren't interested when your unhappy with there service. Won't ever go back again

Awful speeds despite paying for the top package. Line keeps dropping and has been down for over a week now. Two engineers have apparently visited and fixed the problem although I am not aware that any have. Customer service is appalling, they avoid questions and give you generic non informative answers. Avoid this company !!!

They set it up to start working in December it didn’t work I called them several times and they couldn’t find my account every time then when they did I was with technical support for over an hour every time and it would never fix it they wouldn’t send out a engineer if when I asked after the third phone call. Then the modem stopped working I called to cancel which took over an hour and they then said I will be charge a cancellation fee EVEN THOUGH IT HAS NEVER WORKED. They then refused to cancel my contract saying the internet works when it never has and my modem is dead. NEVER USE TALK TALK EVER

Paid for Faster Fiber advertised by Talk Talk at 76 mbs speed. I was actually getting 10 mbs - So basically paying £25 per month for 10 mbs
Switched to EE for £30 per month and immediately getting 70 mbs.

Talk Talk speeds are so slow and they may send an engineer out but they never fix the problem so you are left paying the higher rate for an inferior speed. Once locked into that contract there is no getting out.

The foreign customer service call centre is a nightmare as well.

They ‘arranged’ an engineer to come out. I took a day off work. When no one arrived I called them and they advised that ther was no appointment! Just great!

They arranged another engineer to come out and sort the terrible speed. He arrived at 7am only to tell me the line was dead. I called talk talk and they have cut off the line and told me that I had requested it. Oh yes of course because I enjoy getting up to let an engineer in to come and look at a line I’d asked Talk Talk to come and switch off. They offered no compensation for this inconvenience.

They offered me £5 compensation for the slow speed with is inadequate.

Because I had paid for the month upfront they owed me a rebate. The customer service agent said they would refund that amount to me ‘as a good will gesture’. Haha come of it... a good will gesture. Firstly that’s my money so its got nothing to do with a good will gesture. Sometime I think the call centre staff try wind you up on purpose.

Pay a bit more and get a quality product. EE has excellent customer service and excellent speeds and only £5 extra. It’s a no brainier people.

Can never get a good connection never EVER works properly customer service is like listening to someone talk gibberish ultra slow even if I’m the only one on the internet my ps4 can never complete to test network connection and end up having to use my personal hotspot if you are reading this and you haven’t got talktalk good on you DO NOT get it if you already have it you will know what I am talking about

Internet keeps on getting off and they charge £300 if u want to cancel the contract.
Its like you pay the money to charity.
They will give you nothing

After receiving my monthly bill which is £25.50 a month as only having broadband with them. Spent 50 mins today on the phone trying to get the extra £4 removed. That they was charging for TV. A lot of typing and waiting on the phone. For her to say sorry we will credit you next month I have better things to do on a Sunday afternoon. When it's not even my mistake
