    This is a terrible network. Never try getting it because even after an hour of trying to trouble shoot, nothing was possible with their tech support. Please don't go for this crap.

    Shocking service. After waiting for 3 weeks and taking a half days holidays from work so I could be there for the installation - they never showed up. No message, no email, no notice. I called them and was offered no explanation and then told I have to wait another 15 days for installation. Horrendous service, horrendous customer service.

    I have been on the phone for over an hour trying to talk to someone about an issue and have now been transferred 5 times between duffearnt teams 3 times back to the same team! They don't have a clue what they are doing and should not be a broadband provider absolute scammers!

    To be honest I don't think customer service is to be blamed for TalkTalk's incompetency. I had a chat with one of their agents who explained to me that whatever they tell you is a scripted system. And if they do not follow the script they are penalised and their salaries cut short. TalkTalk is a slave driver which takes from the poor South Africans. The agents are working U.K hours and to expect TalkTalk to value their efforts and pay them at list U.K's minimum wage, they pay them change.£229 for 180 hours including weekends and public holidays. TalkTalk does not only offer rubbish service they also treat their own employees like rubbish. They are only worried about what comes to them and nothing goes to their customers and customer service employees.

    Worst broadband ever. It’s been 1.5 years with talktalk and I never had a reliable connection even for a week since day 1. I am tired of calling them and even made formal complaints but they were not able to fix my broadband. 2 times they cancelled my contract and charged me early cancellation fee with me calling them. But I am very happy my contract is finishing next month and I am leaving this rubbish provider with rubbish service. I will never ever go back to them not even in my dreams. I wish I could minus stars from them. I wonder who gave them more than one star.because they worth nothing and should be sued for giving wrong information about their broadband if you are getting 0.5 mbps then you are the luckiest man on earth.

    no t.v. service for 8 weeks talked to technical team what a hoot everything they told me to do I had tried myself.Telephoned main office still waiting to hear from them even though they said they would call back. for the record talktalk service TO THEIR MAIN OFFICE IS BT.[need I say more.]

    appalling, terrible terrible customer service. They lie and make promises, its just all about the money and how much they can screw you for . Have endless amount of truly abysmal support and help. Just gave up after again chasing complaints about broadband and wifi. Maybe that is what they want anyway. Lop of one head and they grow another, endless frustration

    Talk talk what a load of rubbish . After being on the internet on chat to them for two hours to try and sort out why our phone would stop working after a couple of minutes and broadband . They said they would send a bright sparks engineer out to fix our problem but would cost £50 . On the chat they asked if the box inside the house has BT on it we replied yes . Ok we will send him out . The night before the appointment the bright sparks man phoned and asked if it was a BT box we replied yes again . When he arrived at my house the next day he looked at the box and said I carnt touch it it belongs to BT and went . After a big argument with talk talk I have now cancelled what a con . Going back to sky

    Well.. Where do I start?

    This company is SH*T!! And that's putting it nicely.
    We moved house and asked for the broadband and phone line to be transferred... Since then, we have had no broadband AT ALL...nothing!
    Pointless calling the company and speaking to the so called, customer service advisors, they sit there twiddling there thumbs telling you the problem will get sorted, has it? NO!!
    No call back as PROMISED??!! ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME.
    I will not waste another second of my time with this pathetic company, absolutely shocking!!!
    Take my advise- if your thinking about joining this company - DONT!!!!!!!!

    Awful company - we have now been without internet for 3 weeks, both my partner and I work from home and have been out of work for 3 weeks due to this!!! No support was given, appalling customer service... each time I call, it cuts out. Each time I email, they apologise but do nothing about it. Will never go with this company again, they have caused me so much stress these past 3 weeks. Severely lacking in communication and customer service skills! Steer well clear of this provider.

    Just changed from BT to Talk Talk, DON'T DO IT their service is a non starter, twice the engineer was suppose to have come and not turned up, and they billed me. How can I get back to BT who I thought were bad.

    These people are liars, cheats, and totally disinterested in achieving customer satisfaction. They lie from the moment you sign up with them to the time when you are finally able to extricate yourself from their evil clutches. Even after they have failed to deliver broadband to you, and lied about the reasons why, they refuse to let you cancel. They will go on billing you completely disregarding your wish to cancel and threaten debt collectors if you don't pay up money they are not owed. People warned me about them before I signed up and I wish I had listened. When they failed to deliver any service to me as promised and I finally cancelled they hounded, threatened and harassed me to the point that I was unable to work, eat or sleep for weeks. In the end I complained to their CEO and said if the continual harassment didn't stop I would issue an injunction and contact the police. I cannot emphasize enough that for the sake of their health consumers must give this evil collection of crooks and charlatans a complete miss. Go anywhere, but avoid Talktalk like the pernicious plague they are.

    I hate talk talk, it is so slow, it takes
    ages to go on to a new page; they rip you off and when I called up talk talk they sounded like they didn't give a damn, I highly recommend not to spend the £28 a month and choose a different company!

    Internet channels freeze spoiling entertainment and games online take ages to load then broadband drops out during a game

    I wich i could give 1 star. Really avoid don't use them. We canceld direct with them after 1 month. Internet broke down every few days. And customers or technical support is extremely useless. Every time they said we don't see anything wrong it should work! Or they say its normal because your internet connection is new it needs few weeks to get the highst speed!!! That was most nonsense thing i have ever heared. Never heard that or had that from any provider before. And they speek extremely bad English i couldn't understand so much when i had them on the line. Back to my previous internet provider.

    Absolutely appalled by the broadband network. It’s been over a month and the connection and speed to WiFi is disgraceful!!! Each time you call them they ask you irrelevant questions and end up sending you a ‘new’ router which does not help!! Not helpful at all. Will be switching to something much better.

    Dreadfull service.
    Signed up in April 2014 for phone and Superfast Braod band.
    Broad Band very slow.
    Finaly died 4 weeks ago beginning of September. Called Talk Talk Service line and Talk Talk Engineer came out after about 7b days, and said fault was in the road with BT Open Reach. Open Reach engineer came out, and siad Talk Talk had not connected up in the house correctly, and also had broken the portal connection out in the road, and there was no room for another connection, So open reach coulf not give me Broad Brand.
    I subsequently went back to Talk Talk at the telephone every night for nearly three weeks asking a question, cold thye give me braod band ' yse or no'...they could not say either, they just blamed open reach.
    I asked to terminate the contract because they could not supply me with the service after nearly 4 weeks. they asked for a cacelation fee of £380.0?
    After 4 weeks on constant telephone calls, i now have a broad band connection. But the speed is less than 10MB...noy suoper fast.
    I am now back again with Talk Talk at the telphone most nights, asking when they are going to fix it and give me Super fast. They say they need to get Open REach back for an inspection.POn reach say the fault lies with Talk Talk who have not instlled correctly!!???
    Im still waiting and still paying for a service i have not been supplied with.
    In my world If i gave that sort of service the company would have been fired and face proabale legal action.
    The sercice is not fit for purpose, and is missing selling.
    Dreadfull service!!

    Talk Talk have been selling Fibre optic broadband with customers confidential details safe; or we thought so, for some unknown reason just after taking their package on a Scammer telephoned asking the home owner to check their computer because there was a Trojan on it; and in some cases; the home owner let these scammers remotely control their computers and install bugs and also issue an no screen invoice to take payments. Someone at Talk Talk is passing on customer's details to thse scammers; otherwise how else could anyone obtain the customers tel no and details. Talk Talk don't seem botheres; so I would suggest you stay away from them and go elsewhere. Hundreds of pounds are beig stolen by these scammers by remotely issuing invoices for large sums of money; the scammers we believe are somewhere in Asia; Be Warned if anyone telephones you and you don't know who they are PUT THE PHONE DOWN AND NEVER LET ANYONE REMOTELY GET INTO YOUR COMPUTER; THEY COULD STEAL EVERYTHING INCLUDING BANK DETAILS.

    Talk Talk took over the Tesco service and transferred it to the TALK Talk system last Friday. The internet works badly and we are unable to receive telephone calls. We can make phone calls.

    Disgusted and appalled with this company ! Got talked into upgrade to fibre after upteen faults , openreach engineer turned up to install.
    When he left I noticed my card reader was not working in my shop , (the master socket for broadband and phone is in the staffroom )the engineer had called the cable to the card reader in the shop thus unabeling us to except card payments ...
    Talktalk after numerous noncence phone calls just asking for an engineer to come out and fix what he broke ?? Your answer was .. and I quote ... " THATS NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN " with a smug attitude !! Wtf
    If I can't take card payments without embarrassingly asking customers into the staffroom as opposed too the till ( in the shop ) err talk talk err business ? .. think I will be seeking action .. loss of earnings etc....

    Absolutely terrible, WiFi never worked awful customer service, when trying to sort issues with the service they hang up on you or move you from place to place no one actually helping. Wouldn’t use them again if you paid me

    Absolutely appalling Words fail me. AVOID at all costs. Can't wait for them to go into administration. I"ll probably throw a party to celebrate. Pay bit more with BT, Skype anyone bar Talk Talk.

    The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life!

    Terrible connection!
    Even worse customer sevice - passed around from pillar to post. Very rude. They don't kow anything. On hold no less than 2minutes at a time. I have never had a call that has lasted less than 45 minutes.

    Dooooo not buy talk talk!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    AVOID if you care about your time and money.
    Purchased a plan. They send the router, plugged in and no Internet connection.
    Reported the issue, they said the technician sorted out the issue. Told to wait 2 days. After this still no connection.
    Asked for a cancellation wich is my right within 30 days... After long debate, they tried to push me to wait for 29 days for them to fix the issue.
    I told them they couldn't activate a phone line within 2 weeks and I suppose to wait for them 29 days?
    You judge for yourself.
    The contract was cancelled eventually.
    Avoid a major disappointment.

    Terrible service! On the day the engineer was suppose to arrive they sent me a message that he will be there between 8.00-13.00. However no one turned up! They took the money 2 weeks before!! No apologies or anything... Ridiculous!!!!!!!!

    Worse broadband provider out there problem never gets resolved no matter how many time you call about it . Costumer services have about as much skills as a 2 year old . Then again that's a insult too a 2 year old they would offer better broadband

    I have had the worst experience with a broadband provider to date. I have been messed around for the last 6 months with very little broadband speed, often falling below 1mbps. I have been on the phone more times than I count to no avail. I contacted talktalk to say that I am leaving at the end of May and was told that I simply had to contact talktalk and my contract would be terminated on that day for no extra charge. Contacting them today, I now find I have to contact the company 30 days prior to the cancellation date and I now have incurred a cancellation charger. I would absolutely never recommend talktalk to anyone. The customer service has been completely unhelpful.

    My rating for TalkTalk is literally ZERO. I don't think it deserves any ratings at all. Ever since I have changed from BT to talktalk I keep calling them to complain about how SLOW and TERRIBLE the internet is. The reason I am using my mobile data to give this review is because my wifi and internet are both so slow that the page is not even getting loaded. This is the worst broadband out there and I will be making sure no one I know will be using this broadband.

    I took out an 18 month contract with Talktalk and after 12 months I moved house and contacted them to have the equipment installed at new address. They said that they would do this if I agreed to a brand new 18 month contract, I said no because I was only going to be living in the new house for 6 months, they refused to do anything and advised me that I needed to carry on paying until the end of the contract which I did, even though I wasn't getting any service from them, I made it very clear that I was not happy to pay but they said that until the contract finished I had no choice. They are now chasing me for additional money for the month after the end of the contract. DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, GO WITH SKY THEY ARE REPUTABLE AND NOT CONMEN

    It is The most appalling service ,how i it is still allowed to trade is beyond me . My advice would be to go somewhere else for BROADBAND PHONE AND MOBILE anywhere else but talk talk ,you have been warned have a look online ,google up talk talk reviews and see how bad it is ,i can say that those reviewers are not exagerating in anyway ,i am getting out myself i have had to pay a high price but cant stand anymore. any where i can post a review and get peoples attention to steer clear i will do so .

    Cannot even rate this company, sadly have been with them for years!When i went with Talk Talk it was for broadband and telephone line, when fitted it tuyrned out that i cannot use my phone at the same time as my broadband due to terrible interference. I contacted Talk Talk only within a couple of days only to be told its not the broadband but my telephone line and that i would need to call an engineer out which would cost me!! Funny that everything was okay prior to having Talk Talk!! Also trying to get through to them was a complete nightmare. I cannot use the two together which i actually pay for. STAY AWAY from TALK TALK they are an awful company to deal with!!!!

    The worst service ever!!!!
    Since I've joined them I've had to call them at least 5-6 times every month sometimes more because of the dreadful Wi-Fi connection. The connection keeps connecting and disconnecting, there's not a single day where I don't have problem with the Wi-Fi. I need to restart the router everyday just to make it work. On top of that the speed is extremely slow. When I call them because of the problems I experience they make me go through the same process every time which doesn't fix anything at all. I end up having the same problem again after a few hours. I was on an 18 month contract so when I told them that I want to leave them before the end of the contract they told me I have to pay a cancellation fee of over £200. They then sent an engineer in who just wasted our time and did not fix the problem at all. After arguing back on forth on the phone they finally agreed that I could cut of the service if they could not fix it within 28 days, So now finally I am leaving their service and joining a more trustworthy and better service. However, now that they know that I am leaving them it seems that they're giving me even worse service. Take heed from my experience with TALKTALK and NEVER EVER join this revolting service!!!!

    BEWARE!!! I was a customer with TalkTalk from 2010 to 2015 using their broadband and telephone package.
    During this period, I was an extremely good customer, who always paid my bill of approximately £25 on time via direct debit.
    In September/October of 2014 after chatting to another customer who advised me that she had been awarded a free YourView box (for being a good customer) which can record and provide on demand etc, I decided to contact TalkTalk to ask if I could have the same deal as I had also been a good customer.
    On speaking with a member of the sales team I was advised that unfortunately I was not eligible for the free YourView box however I could have it for an extra cost of £10 per month and they would have to send me a new router for free as the one I have would not be strong enough. There was nothing wrong with my current router but obviously I was taking their expert advice. I was told I would have these 2 new items and be up and running within 1 week.
    The new router eventually arrived some days after the expected date and then I had to wait some more days for an engineer to attend which caused a great inconvenience.
    2 weeks then passed and no YourView box or any updates regarding the box or apologies sent to me. Every time I called I was met with unprofessional, inexperienced staff that did not seem to know what I was talking about and just kept advising that the box came from another company therefore it was nothing to do with them. I asked if I could just cancel it and they said no I should just wait for it.
    3 weeks passed and still no YourView box. I then received my November bill and was shocked to discover that TalkTalk planned to take £45 out of my account when my bill has never been any higher than £25 as I only ever used the calls when I was home during the free period of evening and weekends. I was being charged for the YourView box I hadn’t received and for the new router I hadn’t requested or required.
    I called TalkTalk immediately as they never reply to emails via contact us on their website. I advised them that this was a terrible way to treat customers and was spoken to in the most rude, impolite and professional way. They told me that it was not their fault that I had not received the box and that I should still pay. I advised that I had cancelled my standing order due to monies being charged that I did not owe but would happily make a debit card payment over the phone for the amount of my original broadband and telephone package. This offer was refused and I was told if I didn’t like it I should go to another provider. I then followed this instruction and contacted Sky who were appalled at the way I had been treated by TalkTalk.
    Over the next couple of weeks I made numerous calls to TalkTalk asking to speak to managers, the MD and so forth. I also asked numerous times if I could pay my original payment for telephone and broadband package. All of my requests were refused. I also made it clear to TalkTalk that I was disgusted with the way I had been treated after always being a good customer and always paying on time and that I would be cancelling my contract free of charge as TalkTalk had breached their agreement. All I was told was ‘fine’.
    They also said that I should pay for the new router but I was told this would be free as it would be needed for the YourView box to work. I didn’t request the new router, nor did I need it and I asked numerous times how I should return it but was not provided with an answer.
    I was then harassed by TalkTalk and the credit referencing agencies that were appointed by TalkTalk. Due to busy work commitments I found that making an appointment with Citizens Advice etc or a lawyer was difficult. This has caused me great upset and stress and I feel that TalkTalk are bullies who are only out to con people and provide a poor service. I originally chose them as they came up as best value on a compare site but had I looked through their company reviews beforehand I would not have proceeded with them at all.
    I am currently pregnant and will be looking to move out of my small 1 bedroom flat and purchasing a larger 2 bedroom flat. I carried out a credit check with Equifax and was horrified to see that my credit history is poor all because of TalkTalk. All my other payments to other companies are all great, paid on time etc and I have no idea how I’m going to rectify this. I will have to seek legal advice which is a huge stress and strain during what should be a happy time. I think it’s therefore safe to say that TalkTalk can actually ruin your life.
