    Talk talk are dishonest . If you have a complaint don't deal with it verbally they deny what they have agreed and try to take money you do not owe. If you speak to someone on chat . Save the conversation as otherwise they deny that it has taken place. Do not trust them. They change your contract without telling you so you incur charges that were free and then they are not with no notice. I would not recommend them to anyone

    My issue is with webmail only as talktalk do not operate on the Isle of Man. Cannot access webmail since 24th March. Urgently require access. Been given so many reasons and no change. I want to access it transfer all information to a non talktalk email address . This company is so bad !

    At first all seemed ok for 6 months,then speed slowed down so much not able to use laptop or phone on wifi at same time.have had 2 engineers out new modem new master sockets and wifi booster sent and still no better.the staff on chat go through the same messages every time and not very helpful. called up to cancel and I still have to pay cancel my contract even though its been on going for over a month. even had the cheek to say let us try and fix the problem within 30 days to leave contract free of charge. what makes them think they can fix the problem? now when not before. Do not use this company. I am now going to try bt or use a wifi hub from 3 gotta be better can not be any worse than these cowboys.

    Was with talktalk for 18 months until my contract run out, the WiFi was awful wouldn’t load videos films on Netflix or nowtv would buffer and wouldn’t be a clear picture, as soon as my contract run out they charged me £40 (was £19) when i rang in to complain their systems down and was told they would call back, they never did and I had an extra £30 bill on top of the other £30 in unpaid direct debit bills because they didn’t call back!

    Absolutely ridiculous never got a proper signal lost my job over it costing me thousands in lost wages it has been playing up for more 6 months. I asked about compensation they offered me £5 STAY CLEAR OF THEM GO ELSEWHERE

    simple dreadful left my mother 75 year old with out phone for 19 days and counting and have heard a list of excuses, problem will be resolved by midnight in 2 days , x 3 , not our issue problem with openreach, we will call you back x 2 never happened, we cant call you back, computers not working so we cant update you please call back tommorow.

    Your service is terrible. I've been on phone to one of your team for about 2 hours in total, just trying to place an order for broadband. Sales team can't sell me one cos my order a month ago was 'rejected' apparantly, even though I had no email or new anything about this. And apparantly the cancellation hasn't gone through so can't order a new one. But the cancellation team new nothing if this cancellation. I was put on hold about 10 times. 2 people just put the phone down on me and the complaint department was apparantly "closed" when I wanted to put in a complaint. Awful service!

    I have been with TalkTalk for years and they've been OK - not good, but OK. Download speed is now down to less then 0.2mbps; line checked and is fine so engineer booked but couldn't be arsed to turn up. They're now blaming Openreach. I have spent 5 hours plus on the phone to them over the last 72 hours and no resolution in sight.

    I shall be moving as soon as I can. I would strongly suggest that you use any supplier other than TalkTalk; their service claims verge on the fraudulent. Trading Standards should take their case on.

    Worst experience ever! 6 months of intermittent broadband numerous calls to talktalk each time making you wait on line while they test it speed from 0.2mb/s to 4.5mb/s. They say they'll "optimise" the line, it then recovers then a few days later back to 0.2 or there about mb/s. This has happened on numerous occasions.The frustrating thing is I can't go elsewhere without penalty

    If I could sue them for false advertising I would there isn’t a day goes bye that this awful broadband service isn’t down so much so I’m on first name terms with their engineers you should avoid at all costs you will only be giving yourself another problem as if life isn’t bad enough with your business can’t be done because your chasing engineers you can’t stress enough to avoid never ever go near this crew of inept suppliers.

    Dreadful customer service, changed my plan without authority. Line faults were attended by sub contractors who had not got a clue. Blocked my phone line for no reason and they could not explain, be prepared for customer service calls to take hours and hours to get a negative response

    Don't bother, broadband is 0.42mbps not the guaranteed minimum speed promised of 1.3mbps. Made a complaint nearly 2 weeks ago and have had no contact whatsoever about what is causing this, when they said I would be updated within 48-72 hours. Now on-line with them and they are driving me mad. The original guy said if the fault can't be sorted out I can cancel with no charge. the on-line advisor says he can't do this unless I show him a copy of the transcript I had, well who keeps a copy of that, what a joke.

    Internet goes off every 10 mins, customer service staff dont know what they are talking about and can not even speak English we told them we needed a engineer and they said no there is nothing wrong with the line at last we got a engineer out he said there is a fault with the line, phoned back up they still insisted there is nothing wrong also tried charging us £50 for engineer coming out.

    They told us we would be getting no less then 7.5 Mbps we are not even getting 5 Mbps, we told them they had broke there T&C but they said there will be a £9 charge per month left on the contract so we told them to canal it and we will pay the money (total of £66)


    PERFECT COMPANY OF YOU LIKE YOUR INTERNET CUTTING OFF EVERY 10 MINS

    Pay that bit more and go with a good company.!!!!!!!

    was on a 18 month contarct at our first flat. then we decided to move house and was tricked into thinking that we were on the same plan but instead our price gone up by £8 and the plan was renewed. absolutly disgusted with the way they treated me and hope they get whats coming to them. DONT GET TALK TALK

    Been with Talk Talk since they took over from Aol. You will notice the price is never the same every now and then a couple of quid is added.Last bill they added £1.36. Contract ended on the 24th. I was paid up to the 27th. I was dissconected from all there services. Got a final bill asking for£36 even though i have no servicers from them. Woman manager from call center in India needs sacking the lies she told you would not believe.She told me my line speed was what i should be getting. Everything was fine.I said thats strange? I had been dissconected. So i told her she was wrong and is lying. She came back again and still insisted everything was ok. So i sent her the screen shots. Pause for a minute. Passed too another liar. That all this company does is pass you around in the hope you give up.

    The WORST experience I have had EVER! The person who sold me the package never bothered to check if I had an aerial on my roof. They came to install everything and TV package didn't work. I cancelled the package on the same day they tried to install it, that was on March 10th, TALK TALK confirmed that I would get a letter in the post (not email) by March 20th that my package had been cancelled. Today is March 27th and I have just checked my bank account, a standing order has been set up but TALK TALK. I have CANCELLED it and currently on a call holding on to speak to someone... I am 40 minutes in to holding on?????? I have just spoken to someone told them the story and they have put me on HOLD??? Are you f...... joking right now....

    I have moved to Virgin happy with their service. I was so pleased when 2 months ago my contract with Talk Talk came to an end. Poor in all departments. Had no phone line for a couple of months. Broadband kept dropping out. I can't tell you how many many hours I spent trying to get things sorted out.
    And now That I have moved to Virgin they don't have any way to notify them of my change of provider through my account with them or by phone and so still being billed. Avoid this company is my recommendation.

    Hi I have talktalk broadband I'm not satisfied with it at all it always disconnect and when ever I call them they promise to solve the problem but nothing has changed and I'm tired of all this game I really don't know why I am playing them I want talktalk to stop my contract Please thanks.

    Tolley usless limited broadband servive keep getting yellow triangle on laptop stating limited broadband. Have to put in wireless number into smart tv as it keep losing conection contacted talktalk told give the 28 day to fix if no fix can cancel contract free of charged
    Want and see. Can't want to get rid of talktalk

    Had a new business broadband and mophone with them on 17 july 2014.Till date it has not started working.I have to twice cancel my e pos installation in the shop as broadband doesn't work.Their technical support is the worst in uk.I phone them every day and each day I an given a different story.They say it is an external fault which bt open reach is responsible for and bt engineer says the line is fine it is the problem at talk talk end.It is a shame the way they treat thrir customers.I will never ever suggest talktalk even to my worst of enemies.

    Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been without phone line and internet for 11 days now!!!!...The call centre back ground noise is unacceptable together with zero updates relating to the fault I will be definitely not reccmending to anybody.... Wish I hadn't left BT.

    There's just no point even trying. I am trying to cancel my contract that I started yesterday after reading reviews on here. If you mention cancelling on the phone options you simply never get through. I said I wanted to upgrade just so I could get through to a person and as soon as I said I wanted to cancel she said she would transfer me. I'm currently on hold and I doubt I will ever get put through. They seem to make it impossible for you to cancel and you can only do it via telephone. When you call you need the home number.

    If I could choose to have minus stars, I would. Don't waste you money with this utterly horrendous company. The broadband doesn't work half the time and when you contact the firm (eventually) they pass you around not knowing what to say to You. The customer service is horrific. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

    I am making a massive complaint about your talk talk company they are bang out of order I pay my bill on time every month and I’m a new customer and the way my and my partner has been spoken to for the past 2days on the phone is bang out of order with attitude we have been given and been refusing to speak to the manger and have been threading to hang up on the phone number of times and the when my Leah speak to the agance speaks to me he changed and gave me attitude towards a female but not a male and when we got through to the manger she hung up and refused to sort this complaint I’m so so angery with this situation as my and my partners phone bills has gone over so we have to pay more money on bills and get spoken to rubbish by three people on the operation teams and I’m paying every month to be spoken like that this is bang out of order and I want to take this further !!!!!!!! This is my complaint to talk talk as I am disgusted by the way we’ve been treated

    Stay away from talk talk. I cancelled 2 days before contracted ended because bad Internet speed I've had loads of chargers. Everything I ring up they don't understand a word in saying. I feel like smashing my own phone up it winds me up that much being on the phone for 1 hrs repeating yourself over and over again. Still haven't got anywhere

    Useless . I have been trying to get my 87 year old mother transferred from virgin. Three times in the last two weeks they have booked a guy to come round to connect broadband and phones and help her set up etc, and three times no one turned up. their call centre is staffed by people who do not speak complex English, and I am walking.

    Worst company ever. Stay clear.
    Internet was working great with another povider, talktalk took over resulting in slow speeds and intermittent service. After trying dozens of times to deal with their Asian customer service they failed to even acknowledge an issue.
    So I'm still stuck to a contract unless I pay the exit fee..
    Hopefully they bankrupt soon to save others the hassle.

    I have just spoken to the overseas call centre after waiting 27 minutes to get through. My question was to ask why my bill had increased from £27 to £39 pm and the answer was basically - because charges had went up. I believed that I had a contract for a fixed term @ £27 - silly me for not reading the very small print. Dreadful, dreadful customer service.

    Do not ever go close to talk talk. Even they give you free service its not worth it, as the time you have to compliant & get the resolved it will cost you, your own time more than what you pay talk talk even though thier rate are high and quality is rubbish.

    Worst I have ever been with. Endless internet problems! Service is useless! Clueless! They fob you off with lies! Dont solve anything! Charge way to much for what you actually get. Slow internet that cuts off ALOT. They dont offer to put down monthly bill even if your internet connection was lost for days. Leaving them with a smile on my face!

    Shouldn't be legally allowed to trade, had issues with the mother's broadband, phone operators are foreign and blatantly reading from a script, engineers are cock up artists... When and if they actually arrive, completely disgusted with service, if I can put just one person off having to experience there terrible service writing out this is completely worth it!!

    I wouldnt recommend it to anyone we dont use a landline just one iphone and one tv and we have all the day trouble with the internet connection we called them many times but they couldnt resolvoe the problem the only thing they can do is to send a new broad band but nothing changes Iam so angry and they are taking every month about 27 £ for nothingg!! Worst brand !!
