I don't know why people moan about talk talk, I have a brilliant deal with unlimited broadband, unlimited calls 24/7 to landlines and mobiles, all for £27 a month and if I have had to contact them, they have always been polite, knowledgeable and the problem resolved. I don't know my broadband speed but it seems pretty satisfactory - everything is instant. . |

6Mbps down and 0.5Mbpa up average just about all the time. Line speed slow-downs or outages are extremely rare and brief. In terms of price to speed TalkTalk is still by far the best on the market. I've been with them for about 6 years now and their customer service has greatly improved and provides fast accurate responses should issues occur. To be honest I do not know how TalkTalk provides such a good service for the price! |

Been with TT for six years plus,have had only a couple of outages in all that time and the broadband is very reliable,i get about 7mbs.I pay £7.50 per month for unlimited broadband and unlimited calls to landlines and mobiles,and if you pay 18 months upfront for the phone line,it works out at just over £15 per month Therefore total cost is just over £22.50 per month.However their call centre should be moved to the UK.On the few occasions i have had to call them i had difficulty in understanding them.But in the end it was worth the hassle as i always came away with a better deal than before.Would definitely recommend |

Sorry to be the part pooper but I’ve been with TalkTalk for 10 years now. I have a constant broadband speed of 70Mbps for which I pay £19.95. The speed never drops and nor does the connection. Not ever. Last time I spoke to Customer Service was about four years ago. They resolved my issue quickly and accurately. I’m so impressed by the service I have received for the price paid that I’ve now signed up for Broadband 150. I am not expecting any problems. |

I've had great service from talk talk. Very efficient and helpful. I think it's a well organised company. There's been no trouble with my broadband. Signal seems to be strong all the time, even though they explained it could be intermittent at the beginning. |

Since joining TalkTalk fibre broadband I have consistantly had over the 38meg speed that they offer, albeit just 1 or 1 1/2meg. their customer service has been friendly and also efficient, so I have no gripes at all with my supplier. |

have been with Talktalk for 18 months and broadband has been great, sometimes slower on evenings but can still watch films and play games on Playstation plus use iMac all at the same time with no dip in quality. We moved from BT who told me what a big mistake iwas making and that I'd be back with them in 3 months. No way! We've saved more than £30 a month and broadband is every bit as good. We are in a rural village too so I don't understand why so many people are unhappy with this provider. |

Recently had a problem with stability of connection which caused speeds to drop. Your service enabled me to monitor the position and also show the Openreach engineers when they visited. I am not saying they didn't believe me but so much easier to show them the speed check history visually. |

Had talktalk a week and so far can't fault anything. Just a bit tricky to set up but I'm not an electrical/cable/wire person. No issues with broadband what so ever and TV package is really good. Was a bit unsure due to reading bad reviews but at half the price of other providers, can't fault it. Glad I changed. Plenty of good films on the cinema channel. |

I'm very happy. Everything is working great. Cheap and speed Internet. I didn't have any problems. Activation was very quick, and nobody was in my home, to turn on it, so that is very good, because you dont need to take day off in job to wait for service. No hiding charges. No activation fees, free router. The best broadband ! Thank you |

We have been with Talk Talk for quite a few years. Only ever had one problem with out broadband, it turned out to be a broken cable out side our house. We contacted Talk Talk and received a text 4 hours later to say the problem was resolved. Brilliant customer services. We always had a close enough to the speed promised. 2 Years ago we upgraded to their fibre package. Simple and relatively fast process. although an engineer must attend, they wouldn't just send me the router etc. No problem though as the BT engineer turned up did his thing, even rewired the connection in the house to make sure it was decent cable etc. advertised speed is up to 38mbps, I haven't seen it drop below 33mbps since we have had it. |

I’ve been with talk talk broadband for over a year,and have extended my contract for another year.Previously with Virgin,and there service was terrible,nowhere near the speeds they promised at top tier,and was constantly going down.Its this,it’s that,send you a new router,still same problems.Leaving,well,that call was almost as long as my 8 years with them. I had talk talk years ago when it first started up,and never had a problem. 15 months in,and it’s the best move I ever did,never had any problems,and the promised speed of 76mb is just that and some,I struggled to get 50 on virgin cable,when it was working.No throttling,and am very happy that they delivered what they promised.Thats just my review of the service they provide me.A very happy customer. |

Normally I don't write reviews but my recent experience with taltalk made Me write this one. I had been been Virgin for the past 14 years and they charged me a fortune! Signed up with talk talk despite all the negativity on the Internet and warnings from friends and colleagues to stay away from them. Came home from work one day and rang talk talk to cancel my order, the lady at customer services very professionally convinced me to try the talk talk services. Now I am pleased that I listened to her!! The engineer turned up 10 mins before the appointment time, I was live on broadband service within 1 hour. My phone line went live one day later and my you view box arrived which connected very easily using power line adapters and it's working fine! I was told my BB speed would be up to 38MB and I am getting about 35/36 mb which more than I need! |

I ordered the the broadband before I read the reviews in sept, I thought oh great, I got the upgrade for the same price as the lower one, but apart from open reach coming with the the wrong equipment which delayed it for a day it's been running perfect, fingers crossed, no complaints yet |

I've been with Talktalk for around 10 years for phone and broadband. To be completely truthful I have never had a problem with the products or service. They are always helpful and usually quick to answer a call (today at 13.40 it took 10 seconds to be put through to a real human being !) So,as with most review sites...complaints Usually get posted and happy customers are less likely to review ???? |

Talk Talk are a Company that cares about their customers. I was given excellent service they were able to resolve my problem and I was highly impressed by the office staff who dealt with my difficulty the lady went that extra mile to resolve the problem that had occurred. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends. |

Can't really comment on customer service as I've never had to contact them. I've had the faster fibre (38Mb) for just over a week now and haven't had a problem at all. After reading the reviews here I was worried about switching so have been closely monitoring the speed with regular speed test. Generally it sits at about 35-37Mb/s, I'd say about 95% of the time it's at this speed. Sometimes during peak times it dips to about 20 and once it went down to 14. Never had to reset the router and I get good signal to my phone all over the flat. Couldn't be happier that I switched. |
