Following the release of the broadband speed awards last month, we’re pleased to announce the final part of our home broadband survey that reveals how providers have performed in areas such as customer service and value for money.
The awards are the result of a survey conducted by OnePoll and Broadband Genie of 4,337 UK broadband customers.
Each respondent to the survey was asked to rate their provider for customer care, value for money, trustworthiness, and also whether they would recommend their provider to friends and family. The percentage scores below are the number of positive responses received for each ISP.
Zen Internet was awarded the best broadband provider for 2020 thanks to its overall performance in all areas. Zen was first in several categories and ranked highly in most of those it didn’t win.
