Sometimes the best way to get a feel for a broadband provider is to read what those who are already customers think of the service they're receiving. Below are all the reviews we've received for Vodafone Business.

We have had serious problems since we changed over to Vodafone Business Ultra Hub router with WiFi booster. Have been with Vodafone for a few years with no issues until April this year. Speed is fine but constantly and regularly drops out for no reason, which is causing the business issues as we need a consistent connection during business hours. 5 phone calls and 2 engineer visits later, and it has still not been fixed. Now been advised by Vodafone that there is a fault with some routers being used, a replacement will not resolve, and that their technicians are working on it during October and should receive communication to advise of fix. Just feel like we are being fobbed off constantly, and they are making excuses. Considering changing providers very soon......

AVOID at all cost. Very poor customer service. Worst company I ever with. Won’t be getting Vodafone services ever again. I am taking my case to OFCOM. They don’t listen and they don’t understand at all.

Firstly, there is nothing wrong with the speed of functioning of this service. It's been reliable throughout and I have no complaints.
The issue is entirely with customer service and the ongoing horror of dealing with Vodafone. Literally it sends my system into trauma thinking about having to contact them now.
I have 2 business mobile broadband accounts - a 4G Gigacube and a 5G one.
Issues began when my online account stopped functioning properly early on. After contacting Vodafone, they closed the online accounts and said they would set up new ones. After 2 years, this has not happened despite being told it would on multiple occasions. So I have never been able to access my accounts online to check things, pay bills, etc.
This means I have to use the circuitous horror of phoning vodafone or their fairly useless chatbot. My last phone call with Vodafone in April 2023 involved being asked no less than 13 security questions, just so I could get to speak with someone about the end of my contract.
13!
This was because they could not text me a code to my Vodafone number as its a 4G/5G router, not a sodding phone!! This seemed to send their staff into panic and resulted in the 13 questions...
At the end of this circuitous horrendous set of questions, answers to many of which I needed to guess at as I had no access to an online account, the assistant said she would reset my security so I wouldn't go through it again.
To do that she sent me a form. The form needed me to show a bank statement. Fine, did that. It was then rejected because the bank account wasn't on their records. Even though it's the account I'd paid with for 6 months, we had switched banks from our old one and they'd only accept a bank statement from the old bank that was less than 3 months old. But that didn't exist...
On and on it goes. Even cancelling my contract involves a potential 13 questions and possibly being rejected after all that. That has happened before as well after I failed the security because they asked impossible questions.
It's a nightmare, Vodafone are a nightmare. It drains my life thinking about them. Just be aware that you will likely waste precious hours/days of your existence dealing with them over the course of a contract if you take one out. Why do that? Just go somewhere else.

They're currently charging me double their price invoicing me with additional fees in an invoice that doesn't add up. There's no way of contacting them other than requesting phone calls. Why can't we email? And please stop stealing my money

We are a business which relies on broadband. Since we have been with Vodafone business broadband we have had a very patchy connection and poor speeds. I actually do not mind issues with tech, I accept that this is complicated stuff. But you have so many steps to get to a human with vodafone. When you finally get to them there does not seem to be an audit trail, so you start from scratch every time. This means that you as the customer need to do all the work and if nothing works after the calls, you start all over again. Hours spent identifying their problems, often repeated over and over again.

AVOID at all costs!!!
Please, please do not use Vodaphone. We have a business which used their sim card for an internet router. Vodaphone deliberately moved the refresh date for the data twice in the last year, the first time without our knowledge or confirmation (we fought this charge and was offered a discount and won) and the second time at the most disadvantageous time for us a business but to a date which would net Vodaphone the maximum amount of extra money (just received a bill for over £700.00).
Be aware they do NOT cap their data usage (no matter how many times we asked) and our Vodaphone sim card serial number would not work with their online registration system so we had to install our own software to monitor it but due to them changing the refresh dates we could not tell what we were using accurately enough to monitor it.
Their customer service is atrocious with one representative saying they will phone back or email and it never happening and then when we call again, the notes from our previous conversation mysteriously disappear so we have to start again.
Thank you for reading this review.
