Moved in a studio flat on the 19 of February 2021, after searching on the net for a quick easy to handle broadband provider I decided to go for Three 3 mifi mobile broadband. Down load speed between 6.9 Mbps up to 18 Mbpps (late night) 2 devices connected, I am pretty satisfied with the service. And it is the best cost effective solution on the market for an unlimited download mobile broadband 2 years contract.

Absolute piece of s... Impossible to use, the connection disappears for no reason. In the last hour, I had to reconnect maybe 30times.

Terrible. Was sold a 5G connection to my address but when I was experiencing below expected speeds checked the Three website to be told that 5G was not available in my area. When coming to cancel the contract I had to enter my details 3 separate times only to be cut off mid conversation with the person who was meant to be helping me cancel my contract. 0/10, Would never use Three again.

7 days after purchase Download speed 11.4 MBPS upload 4.9, handling a laptop and 2 mobiles connecting at the same time with no issues at all. Pretty happy very easy set up you are online in no time after unboxing. No hassle, It is a small portable device highly recommended.

If there were 0 stars, that would be my rating for Three. Their broadband speed is at modem level for most of the day, the customer service provides no help at all but pesters you with standard blah blah blah. They wouldn't even let you out of your contract w/o cancellation fees, even when they're clearly not able to fulfill their part of the contract. If you want so spare yourself a whole lotta trouble, do stay away from this company. They are an embarrassment in every aspect of their doing.

Please stay away from Three. Shocking speed. Not able to watch a Facebook Watch video without disruptions. Sucked into a 2-year contract.

For seven months had nothing but trouble with three cost me more ln letters and phone calls got nothing back got a phone call couldn't understand man talked sarcastic nothing wrong then box went off altogether had to wait in n all day sent me same box had to change everything still doesn't work I am paying more than any other company anywhere and getting nothing for it please please don't never ever use three

Just beware that if the post office is slow in returning the router, under the money back guarantee, then you will be receiving almost hourly phone calls from the collections department. There is nothing you can do to stop this (I was told before hand that if I called with the barcode from the return receipt that would be enough - its not, only the router in their hands counts). This might sound minor, but it took the post office 2 months to return the router and during that time I was flagged as a debtor requiring hourly calls.
