Avoid like leprosy. Broadband service cancelled in the first month as service was rubbish (connection stopped working every 2-3 minutes) in the first month I had to contact customer service around 10 times, they did not fix it. After I swapped broadband they kept charging me months. In the last 6 months I tried to get my money back. They promised me the refund in 5-10days and they always forgot to send the money. I have printed all the conversations so time to ask for legal help.

I ordered broadband from them on 21st may which they promised that my services will be activate on on 4th of june and I will receive router within week after placing an order. Today is 6th of june and I am still waiting for router and my broadband service activated on 4th of june. Their bill payment started and I spoke to staff everyday from 2nd of june and everyone saying it will come next day and they wasted week. Today I spoke to paul which is english guy and he don't understand english. When I asked him to can I spoke to your supervisor or manager then he clearly refused and said to me that first I have to tell him reason which I already explained him before requesting to speak to manager. I thought from last week I was speaking every day with staff and they couldn't help, so I will raise issue to their superior people and they can help me out. But I am very disappointed with vodafone and it will be my first and last order.

Swtiched from BT, good but expensive.
Router regularly reboots. Connection drops on broadbancd both wired and wireless.
Pages very slow to load yet somehow it does OK on speed tests.
Customer service very poor.
But worst of all I am not allowed to get Vodafone mobile phone contract via any third party whilst I have BB with them.

Have had broadband with sky, BT and Vodafone. Had a longstanding issue with poor connection across all providers and Vodafone were the only provider who found the issue and resolved it quickly and efficiently. Great service great speed and the router is good too

At the start of my order, Vodafone missed the connection date by almost 3 months blaming our exchange and said it needed work done on it. Considering I had BT Infinity for years before, I wondered what was wrong; especially as my neighbours, who have BT and Sky had no such problems.
Not a great start, but Vodafone was very helpful and provided us with free mobile data during that time.
When finally up and running, I noticed the speed was getting slower as time went on.
It started off at 69mbps slowly going to 55mbps, which I did not mind because it was enough for our usage.
When with BT I averaged 74.6 and only had the odd disconnection.
Recently disconnects started happening, and huge amounts of FEC and some CRC errors. I phoned Vodafone and they agreed an issue was there and arranged for a BT engineer to call out saying I had a RAIN issue. The engineer called out, said it was not RAIN, and proceeded to change my master socket faceplate and fixed some loose wires that he noticed were loose at the cabinet.
The issue still wasn't fixed, leading to another engineer visit to do a lift and shift at the exchange and some more tinkering with the wires coming into the house.
I left it for a few days, but things are the same. I am left with a connection that has disconnected 3 times yesterday and 14hrs connected today that I had to reset manually because the connection went stale. I phoned Vodafone support who insisted that no issue is present and took me through the range of useless tier 1 support stuff that was never going to check things. In the end, the lady agreed to raise another ticket with second line support who were to ring me back within 24 hours. Over 24 hours have now passed, and no return call.
The Router, as you would expect, is not great - poor wifi that cant cover my terrace house and lacking management features like QoS.
My impression of Vodafone is that there is lower speed than BT, never mind the shaky start, and now there is the issue of the unresolved fault that I feel Vodafone has washed their hands of.
I would never recommend Vodafone Broadband to anyone and even if they fix my issue tomorrow and it stayed fully working, I will still be leaving as soon as my contract ends.
These are my own opinions based on my personal experience.

Immensely happy with Vodafone. Was previously on Post Office, calls and broadband. since the switch we're getting greater than 10x faster download speeds (6~mb to current 62-71mb, both confirmed on Vodafone App and Ookla) and it makes all the difference. Had the occasional drop out, but they are usually resolved within 30 seconds, far quicker than any we had with PO, and those are very rare. Wit the £4 add on for weekend and evening calls, were paying almost exactly the same for better speed, better service, and the same phone line. Could not be happier.

I often feel that people will only review when there is a problem and therefore, reviews are generally biased towards the negative. I saw an offer from Vodafone offering fibre broadband for £20 a month with 24/7 calls, which I could add and takeaway at my leisure, for £8. My then existing supplier, Talk Talk, could not match that. They got a little closer after I had already given them notice to quit, which is really quite ludicrous. So Vodafone was my choice. Throughout the process, Vodafone kept me informed of my "going live" date. When I called them about the delivery of my router, I was assured that it would be delivered on time. Sure enough, within a day of that call, I had my new router. On the day of the switch over, I was out but plugged in my new router the night before, so it would be ready. As it turned out, my day was long and I didn't get back until the early hours of the next day. Naturally, I checked my broadband. All appeared well, two solid green lights were on the router but at first, I couldn't get my laptop connected via wifi. I merely powered the router on and off and restarted my laptop and there is was. A download speed of nearly 38 mbps and an upload speed of nearly 9. Bearing in mind that was the speed I requested, it all looked pretty darn good to me. The wifi signal appears very good, no problems at all in all rooms in my house and at this stage, everything appears solid enough. The router itself is very neat and modern looking and I was told how to get inside the router to change the wireless name and password, which I will do later today. Vodafone were able to port my telephone number without any issues, although I was on BT Openreach lines in the first place, so that made it easier. I felt the whole switchover process was handled perfectly, the communication with Vodafone was excellent and although very early days, I can only say that I am delighted with it all. My non fibre speed with Talk Talk was always around 6 mbps download and around .80 upload, so the speed I have now is equivalent to a snake! For my needs, the 38 mpbs service was perfectly adequate. Regards the price, well in real terms I am getting this cheaper than I would have done with Talk Talk. Talk Talk were trying to retain me my giving me half price calls but when I asked what would happen if I were away for a month or so and dropped the calls part of the package and then re-instated them, they told me they would go back at the full price, so that would bring the price of fibre and calls to £33.50 and they would not budge from that. With Vodafone, I am paying £28, with the assurance that if I took calls away from time to time, they would be reinstated at the same price £8. What I have also been impressed with from Vodafone, it their no nonsense approach to pricing without all these ridiculous add ons that competitors try to sell you, for example tv etc. I don't require any of that. Vodafone's pricing and contract arrangements were clear and concise. I would highly recommend.

Terrible avoid like the plague! Internet data stops and things time out but Vodafone say it’s a WiFi issue and they contract allows for this? Doesn’t happen any my other house with a different provider or when I visit friends etc?

Failed to switch my broadband correctly. Paying £42 to BT instead of the £25 promised. Vodafone blame BT even though they share the same network. They said they will handle the switch but in the end blame the customer. Useless service, lies and contradictions. Never again.
