Awful. Really, really awful. Moved to PO from BT at the end of September. I've been trying to get out of the contract ever since because as soon as we switched, our internet speed slowed down to less than 1 MBpS such that we could no longer watch iPlayer, or UTube, or really even surf the internet. We had perfect internet for 5 years before that with BT (with a normal internet service). To be fair, their customer service team tried to help find the problem, but they weren't very good at it. Their technical teams didn't have the know how of the BT technical teams when it came to trouble shooting technical problems, so nothing ever changed. PO has, I think, finally agreed to release me from my contract without penalty, and I will be going straight back to BT. |

Complete joke. Was with them for years but changed recently due to appalling service. The service got worse over time and the connection speed with it. Absolutely disgusted by customer service completely incompetent. Would not recommend to anyone! |

Absolutely terrible. If you are thinking of changing then don't, especially if you are a gamer on console. You always lag and the customer service is rubbish , I would recommend moving to Plusnet as they cost the same and higher Wi-Fi speeds. |

The staff on the phone are shocking I have a voice mail from a "manager" stating he would reduce my bill on the contract due to being messed about for nearly 2 months then when I called to disguss he point blank refused to talk to me I then used my brothers details to trick him and he was rude to me Post office Internet is not what you want!! Shocking service.. very few of the staff have given me the correct information.. WHY DO THEY ALLOW THEIR STAFF TO LIE!! I'M NOW RAKING LEGAL ACTION AS I'M STILL NOT LIVE!! |

I have used post office for 6 months now. My internet speed has varied from 3mpbs to 7mpbs. Generally is very slow when there are two people using it. Sometimes it takes ages for youtube videos. On my phone, I sometimes prefer to use my mobile data to my wi-fi connections as it is very slow. |

Atrocious service, appalling customer support, zero accountability. Avoid like the plague. Purchased broadband, no service was provided, got tired of waiting for resolution so asked to cancel but advised I would be charged for the remainder of the contract regardless. |

WORST WIFI EVER. Never works. Can not stream a single episode without consistent buffering. It drops out atleast 5 times a day. Never works in the evening. Often not even enough to send an email. We have rung post office countless times and they always just say it seems to be working fine to them and there is nothing they can do. Counting down till we can change provider. Avoid this wifi. Absolutely terrible. |

I lose connection daily, at least half a dozen times a day, I have had 2 live chats which were no help at all as both times they did a check' on the line and both times claimed no problems with line, I have done everything they suggested, still the disruptions continued, I sent them an email to complain,I received an automated please allow 5 working days, this was 2 months ago, no email, letter or phone call, terrible service and no customer support |

Worst internet service imaginable always cuts out and internet speed is unbelievably slow. Only good thing about the service is that you can pay your bill in any post office, was heartbreaking having to pay for this service though! |

I dnt have words and the ones I have are not suitable for this forum. I applied for post office braodband connection on the 2nd of August and was told that someone from post office would be coming and my connection would be running in no time. I received an sms on the 15th telling me the name and contact number of enginer. waited till 16:00 and called helpline and was informed that the engineer did vsit my place and no one was home and the description given by engineer was no way near my place. anyways i was told someone else is going to visit me the same day and yes the next appointed engineer did turn up but we have a problem again. the pole from where the connection was to be taken was not tested by BT for safety so he couldnt climb it. Was told that some BT guy will come to sort it out. It took them another 2 days to come and when the line was connected no broadband service... I contacted postoffice helpline again and was told that a technical member of the team will visit me on the 24th of August to solve this problem. when I contacted helpline i was told that an engineer is scheduled to visit me on the 25th. now this morning i received another call from helpline saying that the engineer is scheduled for 13 of september. I asked then why was i given a date of 25th and there was no answer. so thought of availing this opportunity and requested that my connection request may please be cancelled and money refunded and Thank you very much for wasting my time. If installation process of this company is so poor, how bad would the service be??? Totally disappointed. I hope their refund policy is not as bad as their connection service because am going to take them to court for this even if i have to spend more than what i get back. |

Went to the post office for two postage stamps after waiting in line for about tem minutes I walked to the clerk . I was informed by the clerk that she did have change for a $5 bill and told me to go to the next clerk. I walked out after getting back in line and waiting for another 15 minutes with only two clerks at the windows and about 12 people waiting to be serviced. This post office really need to hire more people and get their workers to work more efficiently. The clerks really need to improve their customer service etiquette because without the customers you would not be working at the post office. The waiting in this post office is extreme. |

I regret this decision so much, we joined with them 6 months ago, our router was delayed getting here then they set back our date for another 2 weeks despite me pleading that I am starting Uni and need internet, then for the price and hassle they offer the slowest internet it seems in the area and the router is so unreliable we have to reset it every other day. |

To be honest I don’t think the post office have much of a clue as I signed up for fibre optic and they tested my line said it was fine then the day it was due to go live a open reach engineer turned up and said my line was faulty my speeds were 11mbps he went but came back and said he wasn’t leaving until he fixed it he did and now my speeds are 39mbps 12 mbps faster than bt if this continues I shall be more than happy the post office just need to sort out their technical department |

Complete and utter rubbish, new router from Post Office delivering a fraction of speed promised, I will never sign up with them again. |

Zero rating for everything. The worst possible internet connection, and am fobbed off with cut and paste replies that "we cannot identify a problem". I recently lived in Madagascar and the connection and service puts the Post Office to shame. AWFUL! |

Dissatisfaction due to regularly have breaks in reception of broadband. Impossible to watch anything on bbc iplayer or ITV hub. There's more buffering than film. Will not get this company again. |

sent me a bill including missed appointment charge which was incorrect, they had full access but failed to keep appointments themselves. Wrote to them in March giving chapter and verse, they ignored my letter and sent me a threatening reminder. Sent a copy of my March letter by recorded delivery, they ignored that and cut the line off. Took an age to get through to customer support who were completely useless. Didn't have any record of my letters and just wanted me to settle the outstanding bill. Do not go anywhere near this shower, avoid at all costs |

Signed up for Broadband, engineer was supposed to come and connect the line on the 27th, phoned them when he was a no show, got my router in the post then they called back claiming the appointment had not gone through. So now they want another £6 delivery for a new router even thought i have a brand new one in the box and i now have to wait another 2 weeks for an engineer to come out. |

Awful. Cant stream now TV on a single device plugged in ethernet during any evenings or weekends as network overloaded. 24 hours after going live complained and 2weeks later after technical help including engineer visit fruitless been told tough!!... £250 to end 18month contract even though unusable service when I need it. Lived here 5 years with no issues with plusnet or BT. DO NOT EVER USE |

The speed ok at about 12 MBps but I'd be having really bad connection problems. I wondered if it might be a crappy router so I tried connecting my previous D-Link TalkTalk router and the connection stability seems to be much better (at least for the two days in so far I've been trying it out). If you do this you'll need to be comfortable logging into the Talk Talk (or other) router admin and adding the post office connection details. You can get these from the Post Office router back up file that you can export from the admin login and open in a text editor. |

Hopelessly slow and intermittent. To cap it all when the router failed they refused to replace it as I was "out of contract". |

Worst internet I have ever seen. Claimed 12mbps but actually getting 0.65 Mbps. The router doesn’t work properly you have to keep reconnecting your phone also says you have the wrong password even though you were connected 10 seconds ago |
